Stole my money and didn't stand by the shipping insurance you pay extra for. They drop ship these items. Even though I sent customer service proof with pictures that the order wasn't delivered to my house and it was someone else's. In the pictures, I provided below. I also showed my house per Zillow. You can see the package is to a completely different house than mine with the wooden deck. They did not refund me. *** said that BattleHawk needed to file a case, but they wouldn't. I am rejecting this response because: As you can see from the very first photo the order receipt, the Billing and Delivery address is *****************. The second picture is what that same address looks like per ******. The third picture I took of my front door with the porch (wooden floor) as you can see on Zillow. The 4th picture labeled other house, is where the package was actually delivered. Which you can see plain as day is not my house. It's a brown door and has concrete in front of it. It does not look anything like the actual service address. The owner is obviously not looking at any of the evidence. Or trying to provide any of his own because it would just validate my claim.

On 1/24/24 placed order online, order number ******. Ordered firearm and firearm magazine which i admit i ordered wrong part number (MGMP1575BLK) but should of ordered part number (MAG570-BLK PMAG). Invoice #*****-4017107540. After finally finding a phone number which they do not show on their site i attempted for 3 days to call with no answer, finally on day 4 a real jerk answered the phone and acted like i was bothering him, explained my issue to him only to be told "your just stuck with it" and then was hung up on. Keep in mind this was the morning after i placed the order and it had not even shipped yet. So for the next few days sent email on site they give form for complaints which they dont even give you as it just gives you a "submit" button to try to resolve sent 2 emails and have heard nothing. Apparently once they get your money they don't care about you.Business Response

Ordered a few items online. Took about 2 weeks to actually ship. My front sight was missing and I emailed customer support. They emailed me back a tracking number for package which contained most the items but not my front sight. I have emailed back with multiple times now with no response. No one picks up the phone when I try to call to dispute this as well. Poor customer service. Wouldn't purchase from them online.Business Response

Business sold a faulty firearm and because I didnt know it before I brought it home they wont take it back. It is still new but I left the dealer with it so they say to bad try the manufacture .Business Response

This policy is that of almost every online retailer of firearms and is explicitly stated in a box you have to checkmark and sign under.

Product was order and recieved late, scratched and not working properly. I contacted for an RMA to simply return it and was told they don't do returns. They have a "Not Our Fault" policy. This was not being returned for any other reason, than damaged good received. There answer was to contact the manufacturer. It's not our fault and we have a policy.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The business does not openly advise ALL returns are non-returnable. It is expected on firearms and ammo. It is deep in there agreement and not read by most customers. Put this information. I a conspicuous place on the front page. Behavior like this is viewed as deceitful and dishonest. The item you shipped was damaged and defective and I wished to return it for a refund. The manufacture would only refund if it was directly purchased from them. They stated I would.have to get a refund d from the seller.

Hi Sir,
This is stated on the very last page, in a 1 paragraph box where the customer has to checkmark. (See attached) Also the manufacturer would not issue a refund but they would happily repair and/or replace this item, it was checked off and signed for by the customer at checkout, see attached. Customer agreed to our terms and conditions of sale which was clearly outlined.
Specifically see the part where it says:
BattleHawk Armory DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, we are not responsible for recent manufacturer changes that do not match our pictures or descriptions , and are not responsible for manufacturer defects on brand new in box items. ***** agrees that if anything is missing or defective on new in box merchandise buyer will be responsible to arrange repair/replacement directly with manufacturer if applicable, not BattleHawk Armory.
This is clear at checkout, customer checked the box and signed below it.

I purchased what was represented to me as a new firearm. Before taking the pistol to the range I cleaned and inspected it and found it to have excessive wear. The barrel is also hand engraved with "XV-D". This engraving is NOT done at the factory and not applied to a new firearm by the manufacturer. The firearm is not in new condition.Business Response

This was a brand new in box firearm from the manufacturer, we allow the customer to refuse any transfer at the receiving dealer and return for a full refund. We make it very clear of this policy at checkout, have a bold statement right above where you sign. This item was transferred to you the customer at the receiving dealer, when that happens the sale is considered complete and we do not offer further support on firearms. You will need to contact the manufacturer of this firearm for any further support.

Longer story short, I purchased ammo from them in early 2023. About 4 months later, an recall was issued on this ammo. Battlehawk sent out an email stating we would have to send the ammo back and receive a refund or replacement. I sent my purchase back, at my own shipping cost, and they "lost" it after it was delivered to their shipping dock and signed for. I contacted them for a few months about the issue and they just ceased communication and offered no further correspondence regarding my issue. This is poor business practice and also obtaining property by false pretenses, which is a criminal offense. I just want my money back and to never deal with this shady company again.Business Response

Hi ***, We never received this recalled ammunition back, and/or directions were not correctly followed to identify whom it was from or for. All of this recalled ammo got put on one pallet and gone thru by our owner and all ammunition was refunded and or taken care of except for one case, we were able to identify the owner of that one case as well and get them refunded. Anything we received back was properly allocatted and refunded back to customers, and all of this ammunition was then sent back to the distributor. They falsely advertise their products and have a very strict "No Return" policy. I recieved (1 box, 50 rds 22short) for $50 which was mistakenly advertised on their website as ***** rds which probably should have been 500 rds. 1 box of 22short ammo is about $5 normally. Customer ordered 2- 25rd boxes, not ***** cases. We list the case quantity behind the box quantity, but on the individual item it is still the box quantity. Had the customer wanted 2 cases he would have needed to order 20 boxes. Customer ordered and paid for 2 boxes of ***** and was shipped 2 boxes of 25rds.

I am rejecting this response because: This is not the way the advertisement reads. Even supplier stated that it was very misleading. If it was by case ordered why is the case price listed and lined out. Also why is the item number for case not box. This item number can be verified on other web sites. Also it doesn't say or by box the add reads as by case. I know of 5 other customers who have the same issue so it not only me. This is False advertising the way it reads.
