  I have used these guys for my last rifle purchases this year alone, 10k plus. They advertised a price one way and then shipped me the wrong product, saying they couldnt honor the original product's price. When I wanted to refund, they wouldnt let me drop it off or respond to my email asking me to use *** instead of the post office because of the distance. Just crazy man! Save your money go with a better site with better customer services

  What I think is this. They sold me my first pistol. I got a fair deal on it. Only problem is he said I didn't need a cleaning kit. I had planned on range shooting, for some practice. I'm disappointed that he was gonna let me have to come back to spend more money on getting my gun repaired or the dangers of shooting a dirty pistol. I'm green but I know how to research. If the folks at Battle hawk armory could explain why I would be told I didn't need a cleaning kit that would be great. Also my practice rounds are hollow point when he said I could use cheaper rounds at the range. I am not too happy with being treated like a dumb woman.

  AVOID AVOID AVOID. Sent broken item with missing parts. Refused to rectify. Lied about their own website ad regarding the item. Said it didn't say what is plainly online to see. No one to answer phones. Ghosted me after asking for pictures. Took over two hours to get a response basically telling me to pound sand for the mistake they made. All sales final. No effort to rectify their obvious mistake. AVOID AVOID AVOID. snarky as well to top off the crappy interaction with them

  Initially, I was seeking the Sig ***** P226 XFive ************** extensively, and during my search, I discovered that your establishment was one of only two online retailers to have this pistol in stock, especially after contacting numerous local gun stores in *********, ****. Accordingly, on Saturday, August 10, at approximately 8 PM, I placed my order. Immediately following my order, I began to research BattleHawk and encountered numerous negative reviews. I noted reports of firearms being shipped in damaged condition or incorrect models being sent, which understandably raised my concerns. However, on Monday, my firearm was shipped without incident. *** provided timely updates throughout the shipping process, and my firearm arrived at my FFL on Wednesday morning. At this juncture, I was still apprehensive as I had yet to physically inspect the weapon. Upon receiving a call from my FFL, I was delighted to learn of the pistol's outstanding condition. When I arrived to examine the firearm, I found it to be in pristine condition.In conclusion, I am exceedingly grateful to BattleHawk Armory for their service. I perceive that many of the negative reviews may stem from individuals who have had experiences with other companies or from those attempting to unjustly disparage the business out of dissatisfaction for reasons unrelated to the quality of service provided by BattleHawk. I believe that such negativity towards BattleHawk Armory is unwarranted, and I am taking the time to share my experience in order to underscore the excellence of this company.I highly recommend that others consider making purchases from them.These people complaining throughout these Better Business Bureau complaints are clearly people trying to get a cheap used gun that are sad in the condition. If you actually pay the full price of a new product, you will enjoy a new product. Im a customer for life now :)

  Did not stand by the shipping insurance you pay extra for when my order was delivered to the wrong house. They have cheap prices for a reason as others have stated. They drop ship these items. Even though I sent customer service proof with pictures that the order wasn't delivered to my house and it was someone else's. They did not refund me. *** said that BattleHawk needed to file a case, but they wouldn't. The few dollars you could potentially save isn't worth it in my opinion. Crooks Please see the below photos. The first is of the package delivered at a location that does not have the correct color house or front porch. I even attached a photo of the delivery address per Zillow. And this is ok with the owners of this company to allow this for orders worth hundreds of dollars. Instead of just filing the claim with *** where I paid extra for *******************

  ****************** and very competitive prices were all excellent. While my orders came in multiple packages, even with different carriers, they all were packed very well and arrived safely. Speed obviously varied by carrier with the **** coming in last as usual. Already a multiple return customer.

  Excellent experience. A great price on a case of ammo and for the shipping as well. Arrived well-packaged and in a timely manner, even with the winter storm delays messing with shipping. Product was exactly what I ordered. Thanks Battlehawk Armory!

  I've tried ordering items from them 2 times. First time through credova payment. My order went through with credova but not the company who had the products. So they had to cancel my credova contract, which they did, and it went fast. Then they said to try again when I can. I tried again after spending my time re setting stuff up with the credit company, ordered it again, same thing happened. this time they said they contacted credova, and so I waited the 72hrs they said it could take credova on there end. 3 days later credova hadn't received anything from them. Through my correspondence with bha they were very short and rude. I contacted bha after the time period and just nicely asked if they could resend the the information to credova since it seems that they didn't get anything and I get a response in all caps saying," they sent it and I need to call credova, and to not message them again about it." The customer service through ********************** is ridiculous and non existent. After reading other review about the misrepresented items and items arrived damaged or what looked like used. And then thier reply which it's never thier fault it seems, im never going to do business with them and I would caution anyone else from trying to do business with a company who couldn't care less about how they treat people. Best way to help people would be to not do business with them. I have had good experiences with numerous other companies and theres no need to use these guys to save a few bucks if you get subpar service and or products.

  These guys have the worst customers service I spent around 5k on items. All the boxes came destroyed and late no bubble wrap loose items rattling around. I was missing some, I had all the documentation. They said the order didnt exist. Called me a liar. Then said they basically didnt care if I reported them. Spend your money with people who have actual Americans working for them. People who support the 2A. Not these scumbags.

  I bought 2 firearms from BHA recently via website sale (directed from gun.deals). 1 rifle was a sale item I couldnt pass up. The other rifle I chose to purchase from BHA simply due to the advertised availability. The experience to this point has been atrocious for many reasons:1- customer service is a complete joke. Not only do they not answer phones, but they do not respond to inquiries timely via messages, and have very little interest- if any at all, to try resolving the mistakes in a transaction that they created. **** was extremely unprofessional and refused to accept the mistakes and discrepancies makes by BhA.2- they advertise items on the website as available. (The reason I purchased it in the first place) and in fact, the rifle I was purchasing I found out via *** was not available and was being shipped to BHA adding additional time to the sale and consumer myself)Long story short- I have been told my ffl is invalid and holding up the order completion. I was directed to chose another and send it to the email address provided. I immediately changed my *** and emailed the complete info needed. I now somehow have 1 rifle going to the *** that was invalid, and 1 rifle going to the new *** I provided. This sale with BhA cost me time and money due to multiple ffl fees and background checks needed in my state (over $200) between the 2 sales now. **** @ BHAs response was ok ****** just refuse the shipment then. Absolutely no effort or desire to help recoupe some cost of the mistake they made, or even just an apology. Being a veteran, and family of law enforcement from the largest police **** in the country, I have a very large circle, and will never recommend BHA to any of them under any circumstances. ****** learned.. be patient for items to become available and buy from local small business.
