    First time ordering from Battlehawk Armory and it was one of the more favorable online transactions that I have had in purchasing bulk ammo online. Placed my order, order was confirmed and one week later my order was delivered.I don't think I could ask for more. Keep up the good work Battlehawk Amory. I will be back soon.

    I see some negative reviews here, but I recently purchased a Trijicon SRO and found the price to be among the lowest on-line with minimal shipping cost. Order was processed and shipped faster than advertised on their website. This was my first time ordering from Battle Hawk Armory, but wont be the last! I cant speak to their customer service and problem resolution other than to say I had no reason to contact them because they exceeded my expectations from the start! Extremely satisfied with every facet of the purchase!!

    These guys sent me the wrong caliber rifle, then refused to help sort out the issue and potentially solve it due to the fact that I had already filled out the *** paperwork, which displayed the correct caliber rifle I had ordered. Instead they said 'too bad, get lost!' I would be cautious ordering from these shady people, and always double check the rifle, caliber, & serial number before filling out your paperwork, Battlehawk Armory will not care about any mistake they made & will only blame you.

    This customer ordered a 6mm Creedmoor rifle, was sent a 6mm creedmoor rifle as he ordered, this was in december of 2021. In July of 2022 he claims he ordered a 6.5 creedmoor rifle and was sent a 6mm creedmoor rifle instead. Also the customer picked this item up from his local dealer, basically accepting the item as is. Several issues here, the customer received exactly what he purchased and then 7 months later he claims he didn't. Please *******************!

    I know what I bought, my ************* shows I bought 6.5, this seller is a liar & doesn't want to admit they made a mistake, & instead of talking to me with customer service, immediately jumped down my throat with an argumentative & defensive attitude, which also leads me to believe they know they are wrong & don't want to admit it. Shady business practices.
