    BUYER BEWARE
    This is the second time I have ordered a firearm from Battle Hawk Armory on two separate occasions. Both times I have receive a confirmation email of the order and my money was taken by them for the orders. Once I even receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for my order.
    After nearly a week.....I contacted Battle Hawk Armory about my order status......Then and only then do they tell you that your items purchased are out of stock.
    Both times they gave me a lame excuse that employees were out sick. Both times they tell me it can take up to 7 DAYS for them to refund my order money they gladly took.
    THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC!
    They will take your money instantly for a order. They will NEVER contact you about your order status and expect you to wait up to a week to give your money back.

    It’s been 2 weeks and they have not canceled an order I made. I used the buy now pay later program and it surly looks like I’m paying later. I have a contract with to pay for something I’m not going to get. But the credit company will pay them. This is definitely a shady company. All they had to do is cancel a contract so I could of ordered it again. I went a head and made a purchase out right with another company and got the item I wanted. Thanks Battlecock

    I recently received an Email from BattleHawk Armory for a sale of various calibers and quantities of ammunition. As I could not find the specific ammunition that I was interested in purchasing in their WebSite Catalog that was advertised on their Email sent to me, I sent BattleHawk Armory an Email explaining that and also my intent to place an order for what was specifically detailed/illustrated on their Email sent to me which was AMMO INC .223 REM 55gr FMJ Brass Rifle Ammunition. This was for twenty (20) Boxes of 50 Rds. each at their listed price of $7.99, or $159.80 Total. Shortly thereafter, I received an Email from BattleHawk Armory stating that the listed price was a "TYPO". I sent BattleHawk Armory an Email stating that a "TYPO" or stated mistake on their part does not constitute a justifiable reason to dispute my intention to purchase the above noted Item(s) at the price that was listed on their Website Email. I informed them that this would be considered fraudulent advertising. The FTC Act prohibits unfair or deceptive advertising in any medium. That is, advertising must tell the truth and not mislead consumers. A claim can be misleading if relevant information is left out or if the claim implies something that is not true. In addition, The Consumer Protection Act gives the customer the right to seek redress against false and misleading advertisemments . I feel that they are obligated to honor my proffered purchase/order as expressed herein. The entirety of this back and forth communication is referenced under Ticket #33100 which I believe is their Tracking System. NOTE: I received a quick rejoinder stating that BattleHawk Armory disclaims on their WebSite and in their marketing emails that it may not be free of typogrphical errors and that they cannot and will not honor the price. BattleHawk Armory should be more diligent of their advertising. Even major shopping stores and grocers among others willl honor a stated price whether it was a mistake or error

    This is a great family owned business who I bought a difficult to find firearm (Sig MCX Rattler Canebrake) from as well as thousands of rounds of ammo. I trust these guys with protecting our second amendment freedoms. Their prices are competitive and I will continue to order from them well into the future.
