      They put a ********* Dollar lien on my truck saying I didn't have insurance. I told them I wasn't making a payment until the lien was taken off as I have never had a lapse in insurance. I had ****************** send in verification of insurance proving no lapse. Once lien of ********* was taken off I made my payments up to date and continued making my payments never missing one. They are now claiming I missed payments for two months, even though I paid them in full as soon as they took the lien that wasn't supposed to even be on my truck off of the loan. Horrible bank to work with, would never suggest getting a loan through them. They will just get you for every ***** that they can.

      Green ***** Credit Union has the worst customer service tried to pay them off gave us a 10 day pay off and then 4 hours later when they already had the check come back to tell us that we needed to have another $584...They think it is all right to talk to you rude and so you give it back and they get mad...They also gave confidential information of my account to my husband which is not on the loan and then they lie about it I am thinking of calling the Credit Union Board and let them know this...Heard from other banks that they are having assets issues and they wrote loans for a certain interest rate and then change it without telling customers they are so out of compliance and I would love to see them be fined for all of everything because they think that they are the best and they are not they are the worst of the worst...They charge $25.00 to make a payment over the phone but they want you to pay...

      this is an institution that prioritizes collecting fees from low-income clients, holding onto their paychecks & transfers for as long as legally possible, and not providing convenient atms so that their 3.50$ transaction fee kicks in. avoid greenstate cu if possible is my advice!

      Someone charged over $900 on my mom's credit card. Not only did GreenState find against her in the fraud investigation, they also accused her, on the phone, of committing the fraud herself. All this while she was in the hospital recovering from major surgery. My 76 year old mom, who has been their customer for 40 years. They are truly the worst bank. It's nearly unbelievable, except it happened to her. We had to call the police (who said that most banks will tell defrauded customers to file a police report when something like this happens. GreenState did not advise her to do this, but I'm advising you to do this in case this ever happens to you.) DO NOT BANK HERE. Clearly their security is bad and you stand a good chance of losing your money.

      This "credit union" behaves like a predatory bank structured to extract fees at every turn. Closed my account and went to an actual local bank and the difference is night and day, no games, honest people, always a pleasure to deal with.

      Bad customer service. Dont care about there members. They fee you for everything 25 dollars just to make a car payment over the phone. This is Ridiculous. They are rude as well. I would not recommend them at all worst bank ever.

      I have been contacted by Green ***** several times that there is an issue with my account. When I try to contact them, I get voicemail. When I email, there's typically no response, specifically from max@greenstate. I teach classes all day, so email is the best way for me to conduct business and no one from Green ***** has told me otherwise. I believe they did not receive a payment, but I have an invoice indicating that they did receive payment, and I just mailed another check. I'm frustrated because I've done my due diligence, but now I'm receiving messages from collections as if I haven't paid my bill, but I've paid twice in the last month. This is a small medical loan from the birth of my child. This is very frustrating and inconsiderate.

      I have been with this bank for over 10 years and have never felt like they were helping me build credit, not a single time I made a transaction did it help me build towards a more financially prosperous future. They are there to take your money. Charged me insane number of overdraft fees and haven't helped me when I put the best effort forward to pay them over **** a year for no real service. Moving all my accounts to Veridian this month. It really ***** to hear people with similar experiences here and their responses just ask people to submit feedback in a private setting (call the bank, etc). Thank you, BBB!

      They take a lot Of money out my account on weekends and say its pending transactions when the transaction already went through this bank is the worse bank I have ever banked with I wouldnt advice

      Horrible experience It's hard to list how many mistakes they have made. 1. They failed to transfer a title on a car loan as paperwork showed then didn't inform me. Then at payoff I had huge back taxes 2. 5+ attempts to get online banking working. Calls and stop ins. Never fixed it. Online says talk with branch beach says talk online. 3. Was 'sold' on getting a credit card with them Banker promised to handle autopay for us. Then when we actually needed autopay it wasn't setup , I got a 30 day ding o credit, and they wouldn't resolve it. Combine with never fixing my online banking I was dependent on their honesty in getting my autopay setup. I was certainly wrong to trust them. When I tried to fix the credit issue I had to make 10+ calls all said they would fix it - except last one they said. Oh it was never on autopay. I left. At another bank a private banker helps me, has gotten me multiple quality loans at better rates and terms than greenstate - and the part 5-6 cars in last 5 years greenstate fails every time. Extremely poor customer service, not competitive, and just drops the ball in handling important documents. I will Steer clear and never go back!!!
