    Placed an online order for (2) AED batteries. Order was charged to my credit card on 8/12/2024, in the amount of $378.00. I decided to check on my order status and I could not log in to my account for this site. When choosing the option to login, I am directed to a page on their website for Heartsine 350P AVIATION PAD-****07 11516-000027 FOR *************. I started looking for a phone number or email address in order to contact vendor. Under the CONTACT US option, I came to a screen that looks like this -- Contact Us --If you have any questions regarding your order or about any of our products,please send us a TEXT message and well get back to you very soon.Text **************.I replied to the email address that sent me my order confirmation. The email address that it was sent from looks like this -- AEDLand.com <***********************************>; (AEDLand.com via ************). The email address changed to ***************** when I replied.I am concerned that this website is a scam. My job is to order materials, parts, and equipment for a State of SC supported University. In 22 years, I have not had a problem like this until now.I need the batteries, or I need a refund so that I can order from elsewhere.

    We do not show that you texted us as it states is the preferred contact method and what you are replying to is a no reply email so that is why you are not getting in contact with us. You did not order 350 p batteries you ordered the heartsmart batteries that are out of stock at the manufacturer are being shipped directly from their warehouse to the customer as they become available.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Any legitimate business would not limit themselves to only receiving text messagers from their customers. I do not have a business issued cell phone that I can use, so I used my landline phone and called ************. The phone rang like a normal phone and after no response a msg. came on to leave a voicemail. So I left you a voicemail on ************, however I never heard back from you. 

    I could have used my personal cell phone to text you, but since I was already uneasy about the situation, I did not want to give a possible scammer my personal cell phone number.

    I replied to the email address, do-not-****************** to send you a message. When I checked my sent items and opened the email that I sent, the email address of *********************************** had changed to ****************** I was then thinking, so ok, they do have other email addresses that they have not published.

    Also, I created an online account from your website for being able to keep up with my orders, the documentation that is generated from online order, and hoping to find tracking information once my order was shipped, like I do with all other websites that I purchase from. However, like I said in my complaint, I was not able to login. When I clicked on the login link, it did not take me to a login screen. The login link takes you to an item that you are supposedly selling on your website. Very odd, and I have never had that experience before.

    After I placed my order, and you found that you did not have my item in stock, and that it would be on backorder from the manufacturer, you should have told me so and given me the option to cancel. The least you could have done is to let me know, instead of sending me a confirmation email like there is no problem.

    I do not find your way of doing business to be very customer friendly and professional. 

    After reading the comments on BBB and contacting them, I placed an order with AEDSuperStore for the batteries that I was trying to receive from you. I am very pleased to say that I received my order from them on October 10, 2024. They originally told me that it may not ship until October 18, 2024.

    I need you to cancel my order and issue a refund to my credit card. I no longer need the items. It has been over 2 months since I placed my order. That was not acceptable, as it did not meet our needs.

    I have spoken with ***************** Procurement Manager, and we are preparing to dispute the credit card transaction should you not oblige and issue the credit. 

    I will need documentation reflecting the credit. It can be an email or a credit invoice.

    I placed an order for an AED battery from AED Land on 8/31/24.. I received an email stating that the order was received. I have not received any other communication about the delivery or tracking information. I emailed asking for information with no response I called the phone number on the website and it went straight to voicemail and sounded like a cellphone and not a business line. I want the battery I ordered or a refund.

    We purchased an *** device and child sized pads from ***Land on June 6, 2024. The child-sized pads shipped immediately with a tracking number, and we received that item. The *** device itself never shipped. I attempted to contact customer service both via email and via text which is what the website suggests. I never got a response back. I eventually was able to track down a name attached to this company, and I emailed him directly twice with the only response being "I'll check it out for you". Eventually he got back to us with an alternative order idea due to a manufacturing issue, but never followed up on how we could make that adjustment. I finally got a reply via text that indicated the item would ship that week, but it's now been two weeks past that date with no shipment. We have started a credit card dispute, but we would really just prefer a refund.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the information contained within this response is misleading. The issue was not solely manufacturing delay, but a lack of timely and adequate communication by the business. In fact, the last message we got from the business was not regarding a manufacturing delay, but instead was a statement saying the item was scheduled to ship to us that week. We never received that item. We also received our money from the credit card company itself, not from the company.

    Im sorry we3 did not meet your expectations but I'm not sure we or anyone else could have performed any better than what we did considering the order was placed after hours and delivered via fed ex with photo proof within 5 business days which included a long holiday weekend.

    The order was placed and confirmed June 14, 2024. The order number is ******. Still have yet to receive it. I tried to Sign In on the website and Im unable to at the lock in the upper right corner of the page.

    I'm sorry for your issues, the email we have for the order is not the one listed here today, I'm not sure what you are trying to log into as we do not store customer information and do not have a login on our site. It does appear your order was returned to our warehouse but will absolutely ship it back out to the address on file.

    I purchased a Powerheart AED battery for a youth football team on August 14, 2024. I have yet to receive the product, and the team is playing without the unit. The company's only contact is via text to a number on their site. No email, no call center. I just want my battery!!

    We did respond to your message and since the lower cost battery that you ordered was still on backorder, we upgraded you to the *** battery that was significantly more at no cost and per Fed ex tracking has been delivered. Please let us know if the replacement has not arrived.

    I placed an order on July 23, 2024. I have not received and tracking information, have not received the product. I paid via **** $169.00 . I have called the number ************ and the phone goes to voice mail. Have left messages but no return call from this vendor. No tracking info however he they did charge our credit card.

We are more than happy to refund you or keep your order in the shipping Que when they are available. Also stated in the email we do offer the recelled version Of the M5070A battery that we can ship out as a replacement if you would like.

    I patiently gave the seller the timeframe of two weeks and clearly this has turned into 4 and a half weeks.  I have heard nothing from them nor have I received the product.  Can someone please advise what is the issue here?

    I reached out to you on yesterday in regards to complaint  below and complaint number above.  After giving the vendor ****** I have not heard, been updated nor received the product ordered in July for 169.00.  Please ask the seller to refund TMS Global back our money as it appears he is unable to service us and we have been more than patient with them and they gave no explanation at all since the agreed 2 weeks of why the delay.

    My order from AEDLand.com was placed on July 23, 2024 and a confirmation email was received. On July 24 a second email was sent stating the order had been complete. I have had zero contact or response from the company since then and my item has never arrived. I have been locked out of my account and can not log in to check the status of my order. I have sent several requests to reset my password and attempt to regain access to the site, yet I do not get a password reset link. I have tried the text feature they offer to contact them and that has not worked. I would like to know the status of the order and if it can not be fulfilled I would appreciate a refund.

I'm not sure what you're trying to log into as our website does not offer the ability sign in or create an account all shoppers check out as guests. We do this so there is no customers information stored for security reasons. Please reach out us Via text as the website states and we generally reply within that business day.

    I would simply like to communicate my response in hopes that it alleviates any problems for customers including myself in the future. 
    The order was delivered yesterday after the initial complaint was filed to BBB. There is in fact an icon at the top right of the businesses website that looks like a lock which brings the customer to a "My Account" login page. This is where the failed log in attempts come from. In addition, this situation could have been completely avoided if there were some better communication from the business on when the item was shipped and a tracking number provided. I apologize for the inconvenience and the misunderstanding on my part.

    I placed 3 orders for replacement AED batteries and pads through the AEDland website and none of the orders ever arrived. I received emails stating the orders are complete but clearly that is not the case. Order #****** on July 9th for a battery, order #****** on July 12th for 4 batteries and order #****** on July 12th for 2 pads. When I go to the website looking for help, there is only a number to text. I texted it and got no response. The emails don't have confirmation information listed either. I really didn't think a company would scam people needing life saving medical equipment but here we are. Shame on me for making multiple orders. Disappointing that we're out more than $1000 and still don't have the equipment we need to run our AED's. Sad day.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Attempted to cancel the order due to the long wait time.  The *** had to be functional for a County inspection. Forced to order from another vendor due to no response and no ability to email or contact AEDland.com.  Please remove the charge from the credit card and the battery will be returned.  I contacted the shipper/wholesaler who gave me the actual business phone number and email and STILL haven't gotten a response.
