      I appreciated the friendliness of the staff person I worked with. She explained the process step-by-step and due to my hearing loss, she was willing to speak with the plumber. The reimbursement for the water heater came very quickly. In highly recommend them.

      I see I am not the only one who sees this company for what is it. WORTHLESS. Do not give them any money! They will find any way possible to get out of paying ... Even after giving approval for the tech to do the work. I have access to a large community of realtors and will make sure they all know not to refer this company!

      We are sorry to hear you are less than satisfied. We paid out the maximum amount allowed in the contract ($20/lb) for the 10 pounds of refrigerant added to your system, the labor for the refill and to replace the breaker associated with your system. The balance of the refrigerant cost outside of the maximum allowable contract limit would be your responsibility. We have already remitted reimbursement to you and in no way are trying to get out of paying the claim. Please review the terms and conditions associated with your plan and reach out to us if you have additional questions.

      Had many problems with other home warranty companies in the past who never wanted to cover things and local technicians refused to do work once they found out a home warranty company was involved. I decided to switch to Home Warranty *** because they had helped many local real estate agents and their clients. Fortunately I have only had one claim but the rep was top notch and fought to get more money toward replacement of my refrigerator when it went out. When the warranty company only wanted to offer me a couple hundred dollars for a part that was pretty much obsolete on my ****s Frigidaire, the representative ended up getting me enough to cover almost the entire cost of my new refrigerator. My suggestion to those who have complained and left bad reviews: make sure you have the full warranty coverage details and read up on all of it. First, make sure your real estate agent or rep provides this to you not just the overview or highlights. the multiple page coverage contract of what is and is not covered. Secondly, find out who your local rep is. He or she should be your primary contact after you have a claim or if you have any questions about coverage. They can also help you find technicians if HW cant. There is no perfect home warranty company many technicians are soured on home warranty work because of other companies that have given home warranties a bad name. I will be sticking with Home Warranty *** because of the extra effort they have made to make things right. They cover things that home insurance wont.

      I thought I was the only person having problems with this company. But after reading their reviews, I see they are.*** looking for ways to deny Legitimate claims through miscommunication and misunderstanding.. They decided to cancel our policy accuse me of fraud When I'm simply trying to communicate the problem with several of my appliances. The supervisor is extremely rude. And has the worst customer service of ever experienced. But you need to be held accountable..
