I am happy to have home warranty, it is a relief to have help paying a repair bill. It would be silly not have it, and Home Warranty is the one I have had since I bought my house 5 years ago. They have always been there to help.

Submitting my claim was very easy. I called Home Warranty to start my claim before I scheduled my service appointment. I received a claim number, had the work completed and emailed my paid receipt to Home Warranty. I received refund check within 10 days.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc

Weve had a faulty dishwasher since we moved in to our house in December 2023. Weve put in 3 claims and all were resolved promptly. We ended up buying a new dishwasher to avoid further potential claims down the track, but were able to claim a partial reimbursement through the warranty. Great service, great outcomes.
