      Went to Hy vee in Sioux Falls SD on east 10st. I saw in their ad 9.00 off coke if you buy 3. I thought that sounds like a good deal. So I bought cherry coke 20oz bottle 6 pack 3 of them to get the 9.00 off.

      They also had daily deals which was cottage cheese for .49 cents & lay's chips for 1.99 so I bought the cottage cheese and two bags of chips.

      Went to check out and Caleb help me which he did alsome job. I did not realize I didn't get my 9.00 of the pop so I had to go back. Turn out that the 9.00 off was for the small can or small bottle not the 20oz bottle. I told them that there is price tags all over by the coke by big bottle and small ones by the 12 packs. Made it look like the sale is all the coke size. That is miss leading. If just for one size then just have it by that size. Not a happy customer

      Shakopee location has gone downhill since I was there last, 3 years ago. One open register and no self checkouts open. The open register had no body bagging. The register next to us was closed, but an employee stood there like he was waiting to bag. They finally opened the other register an employee went up to the guy bagging and started talking about their breaks for an hour later. The cashier suggested he help bag in the line I was in, he didn't care. 230 pm on a Friday, fairly busy, and no one doing their jobs. They had more guys behind the meat counter than doing cashier

      Too expensive and too many ads to keep track of!!!!!

      They need 1 ad for the week!! Not all these 1 day here 1 day there and 3 days. It's all just a huge ripoff!! DO NOT SHOP!!

      The customer service at the Hy-vee floral department in Fort Dodge is awful. I met with a florist from the Hy-Vee inn Webster City a few months prior to my wedding but she was moving so she sent my arrangements to the florist in Fort Dodge. I receive on phone call from them in May and they left a voicemail to call back to verify the plans an floral arrangements. I tried calling back twice and left to messages with staff at Hy-Vee. Both times I was told the florist was not in but they would get the message to them and have them call me back. I tried calling again the morning of my wedding 6/17/23 to confirm delivery time and was told they did not have any weddings scheduled for that day. They stated they left one voicemail and never heard back and did not get a payment so they never ordered the flowers. I asked it there was anything they could do to fix this and they stated "NO". I informed them I tried to call them and was NEVER given an invoice and was met with rudeness and sarcasm. Thankfully I was able to find another florist in Webster City who was able and willing to help out the best that she could in such short notice. Thankfully someone else was able to help save such an important detail to my wedding day. I will NEVER be using them again or recommending them to any one.

      All I have to say is stay away from the Southridge Mall Hy-Vee or one day you'll get falsely accused of shoplifting. I have been shopping at this Hy-Vee for about 23 years with no problems. Till a year ago last March when I found out I was caught on camera shoplifting. There was no evidence and I got an apology. Now I am yet being falsely accused or I should say being framed when my receipt and their cameras say otherwise. Please stop harassing innocent customers and focus on your true shoplifters pushing carts of stolen merchandise right out the door like your cashier on register 9 said last Friday about 2:30 pm to the management but yet the paying customer gets harassed for honesty paying.

      I'm a regular at north gas and south gas station here in ottumwa iowa and there is a big difference between both north side very friendly and I just love going there! south could use some friendly cashiers and not be so rude over a fuel saver card by scanning it! I use my card all the time and no problem at the north station they are happy to see you and punch your card and scan fuel saver! It needs to be that way at south station also! I hope mgr takes care of this problem because it's happened twice now to me by 2 cashiers!

      Has everyone noticed all sale items now are while supplies last. What a joke. This place has gone down hill for 2 years now. I will now shop at price chopper.

      Shopping lanes closed down during morning shopping hours(9am) so they can stock shelves. Isles blocked with product!
      Isn’t this something that should be done after and before store hours?

      Hy-Vee has become such a disgrace and unpleasant experience in every aspect. Their service is terrible and their pharmacy as well be shut down.
      They never answer the phone and wait in hold for hours or leave a message with no call back. Then show up with only partial order ready. You would think enough people would see the corporate greed taking over what use to be a great experience. Please consider going to another local store.

      I've been filling a number of scripts since a work related fall resulting in multiple fractures two years ago. 3/2/23 2 diff doctors phoned in scripts. One was oxycodone 5mg #40 the other was for percocet 10/325 #90. I saw that both scripts were filled the same day I called the pharmacy & spoke with Nick.I told him it was not necessary for me to pick up both of those scripts the same day and said I'd pick up the oxycodone #40 & fill the percocet when my #40 ten day supply was depleted. I called to fill the percocet today because my 10 day supply ends on Saturday and work comp scripts run through the computer for payment aren't authorized on the weekend. When I called to ensure the oxycodone was ready on 3/2 the woman answering said it wasn't going through with work comp & I explained to her that anything filled after 3:30pm m-f wouldn't be approved as my adjustor is not available. She offered to run it through my private insurance for authorization but I explained that would be fraudulent & that I'd just pay cash. Fast forward to today when I spoke with Lindsey. The first thing she said was "nope I will not be filling that for you, you picked it up the other day." Again, Nick did not dispense it on 3/2. I tried explaining this situation to her again but she continued to talk over me. I told her to please allow me to speak or get someone else on the phone. I explained the situation & that I could have easily picked up both prescriptions on 3/2 but asked Nick to place the #90 on hold until I needed it. She said "nope I'm not filling it you picked up oxycodone #40 a week ago." At that time I told her that because it's work comp it needed to be authorized before the weekend otherwise I'd have to wait until Monday. I have been bedridden and unable to walk for over two years. I have multiple fractures in my leg & ankle that for 2 yrs haven't healed. Does she think it's funny to accuse someone of misusing medication? Does she contain any ounce of humanity or kindness?
