This company disguises as a charitable business that helps local schools, their website is even called wehelpschools. Nothing could be further from the truth. They ask small local businesses to make a donation, and in return the local school would receive 100 free t-shirts for their sports team with your logo on it. After near daily phone calls from this company, I was harassed into agreeing to make a donation under the understanding this would help my local school. I then researched the company to find that they do not donate any of the money to the schools and only donate the t-shirts. The real issue arose when the t-shirt came in and had approximately 10 businesses logos, totaling upwards of $3000+ in advertisement money collected. When I questioned where the money is being used to help the school, they come up with an entire excuse for the usage of funds like a normal person doesnt understand how cheap t-shirts can be made. ****, it is a business, that hides behind the facade of a charitable organization doing good for schools, just to profit off small businesses. Disgusting. For 3 months Ive asked to hear from anyone at the school to corroborate the doing of business with this scam company, but not an email or a phone call can be received from anyone at the school. But, this company is very eager to send me to collections and sends me a bill almost biweekly. Three months of back and forth with collections and they still think Im going to pay them to continue scamming small businesses. Im not sure how anyone could work for this company knowing what theyre doing to small businesses in *******.

****, Your feedback is important to us, and we take all customer concerns seriously. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication you experienced with our company. It is not our policy or our intent to communicate that we are a charity. The sales *** who you spoke with is no longer employed with us. I also want to address your concern about our pricing. We work diligently to ensure that our products and services meet high-quality standards and that our pricing is fair and competitive. We prioritize sustaining operations, investing in research and development, and providing competitive wages and benefits to our employees. Also, you may not realize that since 1996 we have given back over $20 million to schools. The t-shirt project you participated in gained enough support for us to provide 200 t-shirts instead of just the standard 100. Not all of our projects perform as well. We wish you all the best in the future. Your balance is credited to zero.

I was contacted by this company about advertising on T-Shirts for our local high school. I am all for supporting the local schools and agreed to learn more. However, I expressed my skepticism of the legitimacy of the company twice in two separate phone calls. When asked to ****** my sponsorship, I was told that the shirts had already gone to print and I could not do so. I received the sample shirt to find that an old logo for our previous company was printed on the shirts. This is not even a family-related company that is in existence anymore. Reviewing my email correspondences, I see where I sent our current logo, however, it was not used. Now I am being charged $349 for T-Shirts with a logo for a company that no longer exists. I have called the school and they have not even heard of this company or this program, so who knows if the shirts will even be distributed. I certainly don't want to go into collections over this, but I do not feel that I should have to pay for a logo that is not mine and I did not approve.

I am very sorry that your experience with All American Publishing was not a good one. After reviewing your account notes I see that proofs of the shirt were sent to you in June and July and we had multiple attempts to contact you. Your request to cancel was on September 13th, but at that point shirts had already printed on September 3rd. We do our best to serve our schools and businesses with excellence, and its very disappointing when we miss the ***** With the volume of work we do, mistakes are inevitable, but I am very sorry that you experienced the mistake of the wrong logo printing. We will credit your account to zero. We wish you the best on all of your endeavors.

In July I was contacted by All-American Publishing about printing shirts for ***********************. I raised concerns to *** in **************** as we had not heard anything from **** in this regard and on 9/17/24 she forwarded an "authorization letter" supposedly signed by ******* *******, the *** Advisor for **** -- the date on that was 6/15/2022. In looking at the **** web-portal, it clearly states that the criteria for projects like this require prior approval. I sent email to ******* via the **** portal and have not received any answer to date. On 10/5/24 I sent a response to *** in **************** (this goes back to ****************************************** there is no individual email address) outlining that we had NOT received confirmation from WVHS/******* in this regard and notifying them that we were declining involvement with this product or processs & requested removing us from any current projects requesting support of in addition to any future requests as well. On 10/29 I rcvd an email from ***** ******** ************ stating she shows no emails from me, that *** called and provided proper contact (again we did reach out and no response), and threatening that this will go to an outside collection agency if we do not pay. We did not sign any contract nor did we authorize any proofs to accept this project. We responded this morning with a note regarding the date and time of our email clearly declining this project again and instructing them to cease and desist -- we would file a claim with BBB before end of day today and any collection agency would be forwarded to our attorney. ***** sent a follow-up email stating no email to *** on October 5th and that would not matter as this went to print on 9/30/24, and "as for threats, go ahead with whatever you do....and will move forward to sending your invoice to an outside collections agency if I do not get payment". Ours was not a threat but that certainly sounds like one in return.

After reviewing the messages between you and our company, I can understand your concern and effort to do your due diligence in checking on the legitimacy of the t-shirt project. We have been providing t-shirts to *********************** since 2011. I reviewed recent communication with the school contact and see emails from the school approving the design on the front of the t-shirt - which by the way, has a custom design by the students at ***********************. Additionally, just last week we received an email from the school contact thanking us for the shirts and that the students are very excited about a new color of shirts we offered because of the great amount of support by your community for the project. Unfortunately, your request to cancel your ad on 10/5/24 in this project was after the t-shirt production deadline of 9/30/24. In response to your complaint that you did not sign a contract, our process for securing agreements is a two-step process - we ask for authorization over the phone and then have a *************** a manager- verify the purchase details over the phone. We consider this a completed contract. The artwork is also sent with very clear language indicating that you must respond with changes by the deadline or we will move forward with it so as not to delay the product to the school. There were two emails sent to you one on 8/1/24 with a proof of your artwork and a second on 8/8/24 with an updated proof. Regardless of all this, I will correct your account to zero balance and add you to our Do Not Call list in the future. Best wishes in your future endeavors.

11/08/23 and 12/05/23 this company said that this was an advertisement that would benefit my local school. The bill is $549 total. They are now putting me in a collection agency for this money, but my dispute is my school has never heard of them has never received anything from them. Theres been no advertisements of any kind in my area, and therefore I dont believe I have to pay this bill. *** tried to talk with the company. They dont answer and they dont call you back. Tried to settle this with the collection agency. They dont wanna hear anything except when Im going to pay it.

****, I apologize for any miscommunication during this process. We spoke to the school contact, *******************************, at ******************************, and she was unaware of your concern. She isn't sure where the misinformation came from.Since we work with groups within the school, and contract directly with athletic directors, coaches or club advisors, this does happen sometimes where the front office is unaware of our partnership. She did say the students love the shirts and they hand them out as prizes at the pep rallies and to different extracurricular groups and sports team members. After review of the notes regarding your advertising, I see 20 unreciprocated contact attempts from our customer service team to you between February 2024 and July 2024 in which we tried to resolve payment for your account balance. In good faith, we will credit your balance to zero. Thank you for being willing to support ****************************** and we wish you all the best in the future.

AAP contacted me over the phone offering a fundraiser for a high school and printing my business on a shirt. I agreed and they informed me I dont have to pay for 30 days. I gave them the correct information on my print ad . They sent multiple invoices and I had decided to not follow through with going ahead to process everything. They never called and confirmed with an Initial payment to start the printing and went ahead and printed with my home address on a high school football shirt . I never approved my address to be printed. They inform that its my fault I didnt contact and cancel even without a payment they printed shirts. They had 2 other businesses on the shirt and they could have easily contacted me to confirm. Not they are billing me for incorrect information on the 100 shirts the school will be selling. They should confirm with clients with a payment before printing incorrect information .

*****, we think that both parties could have communicated better throughout this process. We would have gladly canceled your advertisement if you would have communicated this to us prior to print. I understand your frustration which is why we are giving this advertisement to you free of charge. You no longer have a balance with us and we will not contact you in the future, per your request.

All American Publishing call my contracting business (ASC Construction LLC) last year saying they are fundraising for the local Highschool basketball team and if my compony would like to contribute. I continued the conversation saying I would be interested in hearing more about helping the local community. They explained pricing per location on a t-shirt, but as the conversation went on, I didn't feel this was a legitimate fundraiser or at best how much of my money would the high school actually be receiving. I never gave payment and told them I would think about it. I called the local high school to ask if there was a fundraiser being managed by All American Publishing and no one could say they knew of them. I also saw the other complaints with this same problem. From that point forward I treated the company as a scam and did not respond to the constant harassment of phone calls. At no point did give them money or agree to. Today I have received a collections letter from a debt collector.

    Business Response

    Date: 05/22/2024

I think we have 2 main miscommunications here. The first is the idea that we are a scam. This is incorrect. We have a contract with the Boys Basketball program coach at ********************** to produce shirts for them twice a year. We have held this contract since 2018, and it was renewed when the new head coach (***********************) came on board with the program. Since are working with this coach specifically, it would make sense that you could call the front office of the school and they would not know about our program. If you have future questions, please reach out directly to ***********************. The second miscommunication seems to cover our sales process. We only consider an ad to be booked when businesses pass through a two-part conversation with our sales team that includes a second party to confirm a business's intent to purchase an ad. I even see that there was a phone call dated 9/25 where you asked to see ad copy in case you wanted to make changes. I am not sure how this could be considered anything but intent to purchase. Regardless of all this, I understand you now do not wish to support the ********************** Boys Basketball team shirts with an ad, so I will correct your account to zero balance and add you to our Do Not Call list in the future. Best wishes in your future endeavors.

    Business Response

    Date: 05/22/2024

************ apologize for how frustrating this experience has been. I do see several emails between you and our customer service team from the last two weeks, but the shirts were printed in April after booking all the ads in Feb/March. We are contracted by the school and bound to their print deadlines, so all our communication states clearly that we cannot hold up the printing process for advertisers and you must indicate desired changes byt he deadline or we will move forward. I see that we spoke to you on 3/7 about your logo and you asked us to check back in as it was almost ready. Then, we were unable to get back in touch with you until May ( I see 5 unanswered call and email records). As such, your ad went on the shirt. However, we did make the grave error of using the wrong contact information on the ad. I am truly sorry for that. I would be frustrated also. This is a mistake we have seen several times over the last few months and we have made internal process changes to ensure that this error is not repeated in the future. We try to do our best to serve our schools and businesses and we want the right info on everything we print. Since you declined the option of letting us make that right by printing your corrected ad on next season's shirts, I have instructed our team to correct your account to a zero balance and add you to our Do Not Call list for the future. Best wishes for your business endeavors.

I was called by All-American Publishing to purchase an ad on the local high school football t-shirt. They stated there was only 3 spots on the entire t-shirt. I purchased all 3 spots. I received my complimentary t-shirt in the mail today and not only are their the 3 spots I purchased, there are 3 additional spots added to the t-shirts that were sold to other contractors. I was charged a premium for buying the entire t-shirt advertisement. I have repeatedly attempted to call All-American Publishing and cannot get anyone on the phone and no one will return my calls. This is appearing to be a fraud situation. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General of Idaho as well.

    Business Response

*******, I apologize that we were not able to catch your call immediately on Monday. Due to the high volume of schools and businesses we work with, sometimes our phone lines are full. I do see from our records that you were in touch with our customer service team since then about the ad sizes you purchased and how they were printed. I understand that the confusion stemmed from the difference between our banner ad options and our premium banner and how much space they represent on the shirts. Your banner purchase, while generous, does not cover the entire back, and it is our standard operating procedure to secure enough community support to cover the whole back of the shirt when we are able to. I am sorry to hear that we will not have your business in the future, but I wish you all the best moving forward.

Just as all these other complaints listed. I was contacted about advertising for local school. I stated I might be interested but that was as far as I got. No verification of what they were going to do for me. Several months later a bill for $1200. Now in collections. I never authorized this nor did I approve anything since I never got to review any advertised material. They are a scam. I contacted rep about this there answer was since I did not communicate it is assumed it is approved that's company policy!!

Mr. ****** I have researched your account in our system notes, and I am having a hard time understanding where our miscommunication occurred. Our sales process involves a sales person, a quality assurance verification (by a second person) and a customer-supplied security code, which all show as completed on your account. Those steps represent a completed sales agreement on our end. Due to the volume of businesses supporting high schools that we represent, we send out proof emails with language clearly stating that we will move forward with ads unless we hear back with changes. This is the only way we are able to meet school-dictated deadlines. I also see several emails where you indicated intention to pay the outstanding bill. Apparently, that intention has changed. I am clearing your account in our system, mostly so that we do not have to have any further dealings with you. I strongly object to the way you have communicated with several members of our team, who are only trying to complete their jobs as required. Your vulgar and abusive language are in opposition to everything we stand for and the way we conduct our business. Please accept our best wishes moving forward and rest assured you will not be contacted by us to support your local high school in the future.

Per their request, the account has already been resolved and was marked as a zero balance as of this morning when I looked into this matter for you.
