2 starsI bought my lease through them. Everything was great until I kept getting delays in my vehicle registration. I waited 3 months, constantly reaching out to get a status update on the registration when out of nowhere I get a voicemail saying they're now unable to do it and I have to go into DMV to do it myself. Their whole offer is not having to deal with the dealership or DMV, and they stung me on for months until bailing out. Would not recommend it.Review fromBRIAN W

5 starsMy experience with Lease End was positive. The people I talked acted professional. I appreciated working with ******* and ******. They were pleasent and friendly. They were able to answer most of my questions. When they were uncertain of the they answer they said so and attempted to find the answer. There were no mistakes made in the documents. It appears to me that the loan process has been carefully engineered. I like the way the people made them selves available by phone and texting. It did not feel like I had to go through an annoying phone trees to make contact. The process was flexible. I wanted to make a larger down payment and they accommodated me. They waited about a week before I had they down payment available.

1 starIf I could leave 0 stars for Lease End I would. I have been working with them since April after trying to purchase my car. I have been waiting since May for them to get me new license plates. I have gotten excuse after excuse as to why they have been delayed. From them moving offices and losing the original copies of my documents (my inspection and power of attorney papers) to being told the state needs this paper or that paper they did not have before. I have had to call them to get any updates instead of them keeping me updated because they have made continuous errors. We are in September and I still don't have plates 4.5 months later. As someone who does customer service for a living this is the saddest treatment I have ever received as a paying customer.Review fromJohn M

5 starsGreat Experience and very helpful. Glad I responded back to letter that was sent by Lease End. They made the entire auto lease-purchase really easy. Great guidance, expertise and follow up. Addressed all of my questions /concerns. Took 1 day to get funding approved. This was very helpful as I leased my car in ******* and then moved to Alabama. I called the dealer I leased from and they never called me back. I went to the bank I use and was told they didn't do automobile loans anymore. The best part of all of this is that Lease End is taking care of all of the paperwork and I didn't have to do anything but Doc Sign all documents and had to send a picture of odometer reading so they could see the mileage. They offered extended warranty and gap insurance as an additional offer and I accepted. This is included in my total amount. I hope that everything else goes as well with getting title changed over and contact with DMV.Lease End, LLC

5 starsSure glad I found Lease End, they have truly made the entire auto lease-purchase really easy in terms of their guidance, expertise and follow-up. **************** guided me through all of the steps needed. She explained all of the options that were available, as well as what to expect, up to and including title work. It only took a couple of days to gain funding and we don't even have to go down to the **** it's all part of the Lease End program!Lease End, LLC
