It started off great but since has been a nightmare. It's been almost 3 months and they don't have my title done. Where has my title been? Who knows. They call or text 2x a week asking for some other piece of information they just realized they need. Seems like they have no idea what they are doing. It's really been a dreadful process

The worst experience I have ever gone through in my life. I signed a contract and the title process is still not done; it has been 5 months and the title is STILL not been done because they didnt work with ***** before (an excuse I was given when they couldve called any DMV to check vehicle/title registration requirements). I do not recommend anyone to them , they are the worst and I still have to pay for a service I did not even receive due to their incompetence. They told me they wouldve eventually figured it out and reached out to me in regards to title requirements I reached out 2 months later confused as to why my title has not been switched to my new lien holder. Its a shame that they are taking advantage of people. I have begun legal action against them and plan to ***.Lease End, LLC

Normally I'm very skeptical of solicitation via the mail, however I thought I would find out about their interest rates. The reviews on Lease End were quite good and the representative I spoke to was knowledgable, competent and low key. I was offered a great interest rate (much better than my bank) so I elected to finance rather than pay off my lease out of pocket. They took care of every detail and it was exceptionally easy via doc u sign. I would do this again and highly recommend Lease End.Lease End, LLC

LeaseEnd was the easiest way to end my lease. Immediately upon completing application, I was matched with **** and I was matched with a new loan! **** was very patient with me as I had never leased a vehicle before. He texted and called me to answer all questions I had. I am very thankful for a smooth transition out of my lease.Lease End, LLC
