The entire process only took a few hours from beginning to end and the follow-up by staff was truly exceptional. ****** was very friendly and helpful. He cheerfully put up with my dozen or so questions and various loan options. I've been through the car buying process numerous times, and this is the first time I actually enjoyed it! 5 starsWhile I did not end up signing with LeaseEnd, dealing with **** throughout the process was effortless. She was always very helpful, even getting back to me on the weekend. I thoroughly vetted the LeaseEnd numbers, and there were no hidden fees., and it all seemed very fair. Excellent work. I was receiving letters from Lease End throughout the last year or so of my lease. I ignored the letters and waited until the last minute (month) and I was pretty much out of options. **********, ***** and everyone at Lease End really bailed me out, they got the job done!
