I tried to change my address online using a page that look exactly like the USPS postal service. I was charged to my debit card 179.95 for a change address. I did this before and usually postal service only charge 1.10. I tried to see if I can stopped the transaction when I realized that was a scam but still no response from them. No phone number no email nothing. Last resort I'm gonna file a dispute with my bank to see if they can stopped the transaction.

I thought I was on the USPS official site to change my address. It was supposed to be $1.10. This site charged me $179.95. The email they sent me did not have a confirmation of my transaction. Also, no where in their literature did it say they were charging me $179.5. I found it when I received a message that I was below $50 in my account. I saw the charge. This site does not have a phone number to call. The email site comes up as postmail-ups.com.

I called the USPS and they told me this is a scam.

This business took 179.95 directly from my account. I don’t who or what this business is. I got through the first time and the charge was reversed. The moment I noticed the reversal, I was relieved. Later that same day, they did it again. And of course, I can’t get through. I don’t know what they are, represent or their products. In my financial position I would have never paid $179.95 for whatever they’re selling. This scam and fraud. They’ve stolen my account information and keep withdrawing money I’ve not approved. That’s theft. Theft by deception. Please help me.

I was scammed by a website acting as the united states postal service. I was trying to change my address on 6-9-23. after filling out lots of information to what i thought was the us postal service, i was told the fee would be about $1.00. i submitted the paperwork online to change my address and pay the fee. after about 30 minutes i received a notification that $179.95 was charged to my debit card. the charge reads as US CHANGE OF ADDRESS CARD. i then received an email from [email protected] saying i needed to go to a local post office for in-person verification. the email says to not reply to or message back that email address.

I put in change of address online with USPS and the site charged me 179.95 without my knowledge or consent. I thought the site was legitimate because it looked just llike the USPS website. April 28 2023 I requested change of address and May 1, I tried to cancel request because they charged more than the $1.10 that the REAL USPScharges, they charged 179.95. I told my bank it was a fraudulent site and they overcharged me , but the bank is going to give them money because they gave them some kind of proof they are USPS. When i received email from them stating they were changing my address their sender info was post-mail-usp.com. And no where to contact. Ichanged my debit card number but the bank is still going to honor the scam and pay them.

I went to the USPS website to change my address and must have re-routed to these people. They charged me $179.95 for something that was supposed to be $1-$2. Will be filing a dispute with my bank. Dont bother trying to request a refund from the site. Its a non working phone number and the log-in information they sent to you via email doesnt work.

I tried to change my address through this website. I ended being charged 179$. It was not clear that I would be charged that amount for this service. I have attached a receipt below and have filed a dispute with my bank.

I was under the impression that I was changing my address using the USPS site. I knew it would only cost $1.10. I gave my debit card info thinking it would only be charged $1.10. I didn't see any confirmation or receipt of payment for a price, so then I looked at my account, and saw that I had been charged $179.95. I have tried to stop payment, but since it is pending, there's nothing that can be done until it finalized and only then can I request a dispute. I did receive an email from [email protected] showing a guaranteed no questions asked refund policy, but there is no information on how to request a refund. I went back to the site I realized looks nearly identical to the USPS website,

I’ve sent several emails requesting a refund using the Contact Us page and have not received any response. Crazy that I clicked on the USPS COA form and this is the link I was taken to! I need my money back!

Last year, 2022, I accidentally used this service to change my address. I did it late night, on my phone.... my bad. I looked at my account, and saw that I had been charged $179.95. I did receive an email from [email protected] showing a guaranteed no questions asked refund policy, but there is no information on how to request a refund, and no actual business name or link to even know the site I used. Now, a whole year later, imagine my shock when my card was charged AGAIN for the same amount. I did not move this year, I did not use this service, yet, here's a charge on the exact date, 1 year later, for the same amount. No email confirmation, no contact. How fishy. Had to file a dispute and cancel my card. Watch out people!
