9/5/2023 I tried to change my address online. Website appeared to be usps. I was very wrong and was charged 179.95 for a change of address. I have no idea what website this was and have absolutely no contact information. I received an email telling me to go to the post office with the barcode that I never received to confirm my change of address. That’s when i got suspicious. Then saw the charge pending in my account. No response from the company and no way to contact them

Today I was online trying to process a change of address. I went by my local post office and they didn’t have the paper forms and they told me to go online. I Googled “change of address” with USPS. I have been on the website several times before but my card wouldn’t process the $1.10. I still don’t know why because I had more than enough on there to cover a $1. Let me say this, this website looks exactly like the USPS website, colors, layout, boxes, questions, usps, etc. I know it said that I would be charged $1.10 for identification purposes, which is the same thing the actual website states. I went to the grocery story shortly after with my 3 kids to purchase groceries and that’s when I realized I had $179 missing off my card and not only that I was going to purchase school supplies for my youngest daughter. I had just received my paycheck on yesterday and after paying my bills, all I had left was a little over $200 for groceries, gas, and school supplies until next weeks paychecks. I did all I could do to get my money back but my card company said that’s it’s still pending and I have to wait till it clears to even start a dispute. After finding this on here did I realize that this has happened to so many people and I’m sad to say the post office customer assistance line knows nothing about this scam and they don’t care! I have to fight back tears even typing this. People work to hard for their money for this to be ok and acceptable. Even the post office should try and warn consumers about this like I’ve seen so many other companies do. For example Alabama Power, was warning consumers not to give out any personal banking or card info over the phone because they had scammers calling people threatening to shut off their services if they didn’t make a payment over the phone and they had somehow been made aware of this!! I will pull myself together and let go and let God!! But this is not ok! My only hope in getting my money back is my credit card company! I hope these scammers are shut down!!!!!

I attempted to change my address and this website used similar fonts, colors, and language to the official USPS website - misleading customers into believing we were utilizing the legitimate USPS website to change our address. Only after having $179.95 withdrawn from my account, did I realize it was a fraudulent site masquerading as the USPS. The fine print from their correspondence states a full refund will be issued if not satisfied with their services, however after multiple attempts at seeking a refund, I received no response or refund from them. They are nothing but fraud and should be charged and have the site shut down.

One 05/24/23 I searched online for change of address form. I knew USPS offered this online option to complete the form. I clicked on a website that said change of address and even had USPS in the title. Their website was the USPS colors and seemed to be the actual USPS website. When I went to submit the change, I realized the URL was odd. As the transaction was processing I saw in very fine print the charge would be $179.95, when I tried to go back to cancel the transaction it still went through and charged my card. I reported it to my bank immediately and canceled my card. Even the charge on my bank account shows as USPS change of address. This company is a SCAM!

I recently moved and thought that this was a legit source to make an address change. It is a fraud and charged me $179.95.

I submitted a change of address request online with this company, like many other recent comments I am seeing, and was charged $179.95.

I thought it was the US postal service and submitted my CC information for what I understood was for a small processing fee and then the charge of $179.95 showed up on my credit card statement. As many others have said, I need a refund and this company needs to be investigated and shut down.

I submitted a change of address request inline with this company ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** which I thought was the US Postal Service. I submitted my CC information with I understood was for a small processing fee then a charge of $179.95 showed up on my credit card statement. I returned to the website to request a refund and there is no phone number to call. I sent an message request through their website and no response. I would like a refund and this business should not be functioning in this matter or at all.
