      How can you trust a company that claims to be a holistic approach to cleaning and hygiene products when they still sell products with harmful chemicals? And the fact that you are required to make a monthly order when you are a member is absolutely absurd. And it's nearly impossible to cancel your membership. I've used these products since I was a little girl and had faith in them. I'm disappointed to know that they are a farce. Read every ingredient for this "wellness" company.

      We became members of this company pursuant to a recommendation by a San Diego physician. Immediately after joining I was solicited by a loud and falsely friendly salesman inviting me to join the sales staff, which I certainly had no intention of doing. The T-36-C5 healing melaleuca oil is excellent, but it can be found on ******. Some of the cleaning products and personal care products are of good quality, but I judge no better than those obtainable from other sources. I agree with ***** that this is not a green company with regard to their heavy use of plastics. I've been disillusioned by their raising their shipping prices in an attempt to coerce customers to spend even more money in order to get "free" shipping, which amounts to giving them more points to use on the website! Very underhanded; and they sell some products that are even detrimental to health such as mints with a harmful artificial sweetener, sugary snacks and beef from some ranch which is neither organic nor even grassfed. They are not about wellness but exclusively about the almighty dollar. I had to send a signed letter to the company in order to cancel my membership; and unlike some friendly companies, they refused to prorate and refund the unused part of the membership fee which I just paid.

      I signed up because I was excited about some of the products. They claim to be a green company but if they truly cared about their environmental impact they would not force you to purchase plastic bottles, separate plastic caps, for the products that are already coming in a bottle. The caps and bottles dont earn you any of the 35 credits you MUST spend per month once you are a member. If anyone is wondering, to reach ********************** just shy of $100 for minimal product. And you have to spend far more if you want free shipping.They also send a great deal of excess packaging and advertisements like booklets, catalogs,and magazines.Another reason they are not green is that they REQUIRE a monthly purchase. Shipping and packaging on a monthly basis when you most likely do not need that much product is the opposite of eco-friendly.This business only concern is making profits and nothing more.I am not happy with 2/3 products I have tried so far. The cleaning products are only subpar. The girls pushing sales are quite uneducated and are obsessed with saying theres no chemicals. I tried to cancel my membership and it was difficult to navigate to that page. Then you are required to type in your email and it says it may take a few minutes. I have tried 3 times and have not received an email of how to cancel. I had to call my credit card to do a stop-pay so that Im not charged. Its my own fault for signing up. I wanted to believe this company would be different than some other MLMs but it is not.

Reducing plastic waste and environmental impact has been a core part of our mission for *********** way we work toward this is through the use of super-concentrated formulas for many of our home cleaning and personal care products. By concentrating our products (and letting you add the water at home), we reduce the size of everything in the supply chain. Less storage, a smaller footprint, fewer trucks,fewer trips, less cardboard used in shipping boxes, less fuel, dramatically less greenhouse emissions. And, most of all, less virgin plastic used.

      In addition, our EcoSense cleaning line uses durable, reusable spray bottles designed to be refilled again and again. This approach has helped prevent excess plastic waste from entering landfillsplastic that would have been used if customers were buying new, ready-to-use bottles each time, as is common with grocery store products. We take a similar approach with pumps for our personal care products, incentivizing the reuse of those pumps vs. disposable pumps that are discarded with every purchase. The long-term plastic savings are significant.

      We also continually work to reduce packaging waste across our operations. That includes printed materialslike catalogs and magazineswhich are included to keep customers informed of new products and ********************** information.       I placed my first order on May 19. Got is today which isnt bad. The box had been opened and resealed. All the items ordered were thrown in the box. Some bubble on the top. **** were off products. I dont like the fact that you have to order so many products every month.

      I love the products. Use them for all my personal products and even some food (snacks and other). I'm disabled and can't shop around so the convenience of having everything delivered is ideal for me.

      The company claims to be a good moral group that "blesses" families but their business practices are unethical. You are obligated to purchase a minimum every month or risk having your card charged. I was charged for a package of products I did not order and was told that happened because I didnt place a required order. They stated, however, I could return the package but they would have to charge me $10 for the *** shipping label. Previous month I was charged an annual fee even qlthough I wasn't even a member for a full year. They 'fixed' that by giving me a $20 credit toward my next purchase. Another time they emailed saying they would he changing the billing date on a shipment of steak and even though I emailed and called several times tell them I did not authorize a different shipment or billing date, they did do anyway, overdrafting my account. They apologized claiming they tried calling me back but I never answered. This is untrue. When I asked why the email were not acknowledged they said they don't typically respond to emails of that nature. What does that even mean? Previous order I forgot delete something to and called up the SAME day and they said changes could not be made because its already being processed. I called within 2 hours of the order and the order didn't ship until 3 days later. And of course, I could return the product afterwards but would have to pay a return label. Just now i get an email saying my order this month shipped but *** has no package. Their skin products are not as 'clean' as they say, loaded with carcinogenic ingredients and rated very low on many apps. The only products I like are their surface cleaner and laundry. I am placing one last bull order and canceling for good. Very deceptive company that charges your card at leisure and pretends to care. In order to cancel, I was told I had to send in a hand written letter asking to cancel and email it to them. Really??

      this company will not even be getting a one star. First of all, they seem like a pyramid scheme. One person reached out to me from Instagram, telling me how great the product was the next thing you know my card information was up on their site. I was signed into a membership. I had no idea until I got my first bill for my credit card company. I did reach out to my company to let them know what was going on. They canceled the card now I'm receiving emails from Melaleuca saying that I'm signed up for a membership and I owe them money. I've explained several times that I don't owe them anything I never signed up for the membership and upon looking on their website, I am a member but no password or can't remove my personal information because I have no password. I talk to customer service about four times with no results. They were trying to say they were going to cancel it but the email that they gave me was basically worthless Which was a mail system email. it failed to send and I'm starting all back over to the beginning of calling them again and going through the same nonsense. Just want guys to know about that company. I will eventually have something done about this legally, but don't sign up don't give anybody your personal information tosign up for this company. They are like trying to get you scammed into their system.

Our business is built on providing high-quality wellness products to our customers with a 96% reorder rate.  We strive to ensure that every enrollment is clear, intentional, and properly informed.  Our records show you enrolled and placed your first order using Melaleucas website on the same day. 

      Customers set up a Backup Order when they enroll as new members which ensures that their membership and all the benefits, like loyalty rewards, exclusive services and discounts continue uninterrupted each month.  We expect our independent Marketing Executives to be transparent about our membership program, and it sounds like a miscommunication may have occurred.  We have contacted the Marketing Executive who helped you set up your shopping account to ensure membership benefits are covered in detail in the future.  In the meantime,we did receive and process your request to cancel your membership on May 12,2025.

I have contacted my financial institution for corrective measures dealing with Melaleuca company that is in *********. remove me from your contact list .do not sell all my information.       I have been a member for a few years now!! I love their cleaning products but their stupid commitment amount and the amount you have to spend for sale items ect. is ridiculous! There is only my husband and I and I am retired!! Now I understand why people don't want to join or quit!! I am looking for other options! ******* ******

      I was a customer for a few years and do love the products, however there is no point system for a single person, which is unfair and unfortunate. This is mainly why I had to leave the company, my orders were to large for a single persons income. When or if they change this I may return. Other than that it is not a fair system.

      Ive been a member for a few years now and I love most of the products. They still put harmful ingredients in some of their stuff, like seed oils. Their cleaning products are wonderful. Customers service is great. HOWEVER I was lied to about joining the selling part. The lady Im under talked me into quitting my job, telling me she had so many leads for me and it would be difficult for her to help me grow my business if I worked another job. I believe in this cause so I quit. She did not help me at all. She brushed me off. I asked customer service about it and they told me Id have to quit for six months and then rejoin to be put under someone who might actually help me. That is unacceptable to me. Now this chick makes tons of money off me because I buy for my household, my three childrens households and not to mention other family. And Im not making any money because she refused to help me and the company wont put me under someone who will. Its not hard to move someone to be under someone else. And their credit card? What a joke! The company they are using is ruining my credit because they refuse to take a payment from my husbands account. Did you read that? They are REFUSING payment because my name isnt on the bank account but my husband also has a card in his name under my credit card account. How can I pay from my account when that lady talked me into quitting and then refused to help me. I have no money!!! They were being paid but wouldnt accept it? Who does that? Im seriously debating on trying to find other options for my buying needs and quitting because its all so ridiculous.
