      HORRIBLE! I've now attempted to cancel my membership 5 times. On their website they say it's a simple process and yet simple doesn't even describe it. I've now been charged nearly $200 worth in products (not including annual fee). When I emailed my cancelation form I keep getting notifications that there was a problem delivering the message. There was a link that was provided by gmail to "learn more" about the problem. It read, "The recipient server did not accept our request to connect". DO NOT become a member with this company. Their products are overpriced and don't do what they claim it does.

      I've been a happy Melaleuca customer for the past 11 years. Love all the products. The company has the best marketing on the market. I love that they put the money on best ingredients and the proof is the result. I can't use any other cleaning products in my house beside Melaleuca even when I travel, I take my products with me. If I have a problem, never hesitate to contact their great customer service, they are one of a kind. ********************** keep doing what you have been doing since day one. I love Melaleuca.

      I am sincerely dissatisfied with Melaleucas company, and products. The fact is, this company kept my banking information to charge for products I did not order. Its simply abusive. Furthermore, I had to pay to send those products back. Also, It took several phone calls before getting the cancellation form sent to Melaluca. This company's website does NOT allow for direct cancellation, nor it allows the customer to print the (suspended preferred customer benefits form) without having to sign an electronic "pdfinder" (must pay for services). Never again, I don't recommend this company. I cannot even give it one star!!

      I started using melaleuca products. My family love all the products. I started converting all our house hold product to melaleuca products. I would like my family to enhance their lives and good health. Be careful on black propaganda and people just has nothing to say or their motives is to destroy good companies reputation. You need to test it first before passing off to good product. They say its expensive no its not. You can save more because its concentrated.

      Absolutely terrible and shady company. Theyre green washed and their products are NOT chemical free or clean, as theyre advertised to be. Their reps will even claim the lack of child proof caps shows how safe it is. Anyone can check the *** Clean Living App and see how many products are rated a D or F because of the ingredients.

      Melaleuca is more and more a scam. They claim to offer benefits and specials, but when you have a balance in "loyalty dollars" to use there is one reason or another that you can't use those dollars. Their practice that led me to the last straw, was that they charge you an annual fee in order to buy products from them!!! Their type of products are now widely available and so belonging to their club is not something I want to pay for. Avoid wasting your money on this company. Don't get caught ** in their fraudulent programs. I had a credit in my account and because I wanted to cancel my "membership" I had to forfeit that balance. Avoid wasting your money on this company.       Excellent products. Never had a lawsuit for the products, so that was something I admire. All the other companies I have seen do have litigation for choosing greed over quality and safety. I have been using going on 2 years, the skin care and consumables are the best I have ever used. They have a guarantee IMO that is the best! 90 day ************. I've been able to research the science behind the vitamins. And myself have had a cholesterol reduction, my anxiety is gone, and my body is no longer inflamed. I've had blood work from my doc before and during and then currently. American owned. Which I like, you can't find a company like this with such great service. Oh and the oils are the BEST I've done other companies, but the quality surpasses that of other high teir in quality. I'm just really impressed. I would give more stars if I could.

      These products are amazing, my husband lowered his cholesterol in 6 months by over 80pts from the heart health pack. Also have been switching over to the other lines they carry. Extra Bonus I love that i'm also supporting a *** manufacturing company. :)
