      They charged my account 30 days later Im still waiting for a refund. Said they could give it for a $10 fee. They charged the fee twice and still Ive never received the money back for products I never received.

      2/21/23 I recently paid over $30 (incl. shipping), for 3 tubes of toothpaste & one $1.00 catalogue. There was no invoice in the box which disturbed me as I had no record of the purchase nor the charges! I love the toothpaste and it has done wonders for my teeth, but the tubes are considerably smaller than they used to be and when I depressed the top of the tube to dispense the toothpaste nothing happened. Not until I moved my fingers down the tube to the middle did the toothpaste inside come out, indicating it was only half full. So in essence, I got 1. 1/2 small tubes of Exceed toothpaste for the price of 3! This greatly troubled me. It has all the earmarks of deception & false advertising. I have ordered from Melaleuca over years passed with no problem, but this is over the top! **************** will be hearing from me!

      I have been shopping with melaleuca monthly for 9 years now. A few years back, I was told by my doctor that I would need to go on a statin drug due to my high cholesterol. My mom and grandmother both had my same heart issues and I've had high cholesterol almost my entire adult life, but it was progressing. My mom had a heart attack and 3 strokes so i took this news seriously. I started the Peak Performance Heart Health vitamins instead of a statin drug, and within 5 months my bloodwork had completely changed. My total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol as well as my triglycerides had all dropped. My good cholesterol, HDL, had risen. It was the best blood work I've had ever! I will be a forever melaleuca customer! The quality of the products are top notch and so much better than anything I can find in local stores. I helped my cousin cancel her account easily. We knew how to do it and just followed the process. I feel like the sad part of all these reviews complaining about cancellation issues is that it falls back on the enroller for not explaining and educating. My enroller had explained it. So my cousin and I sat down and wrote a one sentence note saying she needed to cancel her account. She signed her name and wrote her phone number and we Emailed it in to the email noted on the website. The next day she received an email that her account was cancelled. She never received a backup order or another charge. So it is disheartening to read all the confusion about a great company because of the lack of appropriate education from an enroller. This company has life changing products. I'm in my 50s and feeling better than ever! Oh, and my cousin has since created a new account and shops with melaleuca again. If you are considering melaleuca, ask your enroller to show you in the website how to cancel and explain it in detail. Or call the company and ask up front. **************** is so kind and helpful. Then give it a try! I promise it is worth it!!! ??

      Very shady company! Worst experience I have ever had! They forced me to take a backup order even after I cancelled my membership! They didn't even ship it for a week so they could have easily stopped it.

      Horrible experience. I have spent over a thousand dollars with this company being a member for the past 2 years and have been treated awful. They keep sending a "backup" package when I specifically asked for convenience dollars for the months I did not make a purchase on the website. I have called customer service several times and each representative sends me to another and tells me that it is the customers responsibility to cover the shipping payment back $10 or keep the package. I asked since it was their mistake to cover the shipping back and they refused. So Im stuck with the cost or $60 worth of random items I did not ask for or want. They do NOT care about the long-term clients and will charge you for THEIR MISTAKES. Please look elsewhere if you do not want to be loosing money monthly.

      The cleaning products are quite good, but the business does not take accountability, nor care about customer satisfaction. It is a for profit business. They need to improve their ethics and learn how to improve customer loyalty. All this business is concerned with is the bottom line. Putting customer satisfaction higher on its list would be a good thing. Management never takes the time to treat customers fairly. As a business they take zero accountability when mistakes are made in the ordering process. I wont be going back. We will take our business elsewhere to a company that actually listens and cares about their clients.

      Products are hit and miss. But what convinced me that this company is a scam is the cancellation process. They will send you a link to cancel but of course the link doesnt work. They will tell you its a temporary problem so please write us a letter to cancel. When I persisted that they send me a valid link or a form - they refused. Only when I requested the contact information for their legal counsel did they offer me an email address to send my cancellation request. BBB wont permit me to share the address with you unfortunately. Truly an awful experience trying to cancel. Hard to believe a company with these types of practices is permitted to operate.

      I have been a customer of ********************** for about 3 years. I absolutely love the products. Two of my MANY favorite products are the Peak Performance vitamin pack and the ***************** products. My husband and I both take the vitamins. We have seen significant improvement in our blood pressure and cholesterol. We have converted our home over to their non-toxic products. Therefore, I have NO ISSUE shopping once a month. Sometimes, I shop two or three times a month. My family even drives to the *********, ** store every summer for the last 3 years. We have NEVER received a backup order because we are ALWAYS out of something. If Melaleuca makes ******* use it, I buy it from Melaleuca.

      The absolute worst company that I ever done business with. I was doing Melaleuca as a business for a few months and grew a pretty great team. Until I found a much better opportunity in another like business and quit doing Melaleuca. You are not allowed to do both as a business. (By Melaleuca). Which was fine. It was a no brainer. The other business by far treated me better and paid a huge percent higher. It got to where Melaleuca would not pay me what was owed that I had taken months to build. They accused me of soliciting their customers. I did not need to solicit their customers. I barely even thought about Melaleuca any longer and knowing what I know now I would never solicit anyone to be in that company. I actually met the owner personally, and he is a very very rude person. I highly recommend not doing business with this company. Dont take my word for it, look at the rest of the reviews.

      I have been trying to cancel for 2 months now and they are still sending product (that I didn't order). Then they are not going to reimburse the full amount when I send it back to them.
