      In my six years as a shopper at Melaleuca, I have had very few occasions to call customer service. But when I have, they have been quick and courteous and ready to help solve the problem in the best way for me. In one case, that was a refund and in another, it was a replacement product (that arrived in two days.) In addition, the lady who referred me is always willing to answer questions and help me make good use of my membership. I see a lot of bad reviews around the backup order, which my lady explained very clearly before she signed me up. So maybe its a communication thing with the referrer? But, I really love this store! The products work, sometimes better than brand name, and once you understand the program, its pretty easy to manage.

      Why I shop here? 38 years in business, invest in science to provide quality ingredients that are proven to be safer, cleaner and out perform leading competitors. The best supplements to enhance major health markers and all USA made. After 4 years of shopping here and sharing this store with over 100 family and friends, Im confident in my devotion to this company.

      I have been a customer for over four years, and love this company. A dear friend shared it with me, and we are still close friends. When I have called customer service, they are professional, kind, and always helpful. They replaced my order when it was stolen and replaced products because I ordered the wrong thing, all for free. The quality of the products is superior. They also care about the environment and go the extra mile to create things that we can use with a minimum footprint I also liked how clear they were about their terms are conditions, their backup up order is not an auto-ship like other companies, it only ships when I do not order but keeps all my member benefits. I am also able to customize it so I am never without the monthly items I use. Anyone who claims, "a box just arrived" is not been genuine, they remind me when I forget to order, nothing happens without me having full control on the website to opt-out, or change. I have also saved so much money using their marketplace perk, in the past few years. They also care about helping those in need during hurricanes, I saw it. And they are military-friendly and support them when in need, especially veterans. I fully recommend this store!

      I absolutely love every product I buy from this store. I love that this is a privately owned company. I love that they genuinely care about peoples total wellness. Im only sorry I didnt hear about them sooner!

      I cannot say enough good things about Melaleuca! I have been shopping here since October of 2023 and it has changed my life, and my health! I no longer have anxiety, gut issues, or sleepless nights. I believe these products can change lives because I've seen it happen! **************** is top notch, the most positive upbeat group of people who can honestly turn a bad day good again, products with safe ingredients, and a mission to enhance lives! What more could you ask for honestly? Every website or company has their policies, I have never had a bad experience with Melaleuca, they will work with you on anything you need! God Bless this business!!!

      I love shopping here for over 4 years now. Everything from the fiber, magnesium, electrolyte drink to the shampoo, toothpaste, cleaning and laundry supplies is so good. **************** is great too. Highly recommend this company.
