I purchased my 2022 East to ********************************** July 2022. I brought the camper home July 30, 2022. October 15, 2022, I returned the camper for repairs and to be winterized. I called the end of November 2022 to find out the status of the camper and the service department stated that they didn't know the camper was there. They called me back the next day and stated that someone had moved it and they found it. The work orders will be submitted and start working on the camper. We never received a phone call to state the camper was done and had to call many times to check on it. We finally got a phone call and I believe it was February or March 2023we were able to come pick up the camper. When we arrived to look at the camper a lot of the work was not done or was poorly done, and many new issues were noticed. On April 8, 2023, we were told the camper had all repairs completed. We drove a little over an hour and a half again to pick up the camper. Upon doing a walk around we noticed that a spring was broken that was attached to the slide out. We also notice that someone had hit something with the back of the camper or was hit by someone damaging the Spare Tire cover and it was loose. The booth repair was very poor among many other things. On June 8, 2023, the camper was to be delivered to us and we received a phone call from ********* stating she had done a walk through and found a tear in the flooring that was caused from the slide out and she was having it fixed and would have the camper delivered the next day. June 9, 2023, you had a had a transport person return the camper to my residence. The Driver drove the front power **** into the asphalt road and caused damage to the road as well as the front power **** stand, and Emergency brake control and the Township is wanting us to pay $1,500.00 to repair the road. We returned the camper to your dealership on November 4, 2023, with the same issues with the booth and water leaking from the connections by the pump. This was probably from not being winterized correctly or because you guys didn't complete that job well after a month or two from being returned October 15, 2022. The booth issue was from Prior work under warranty and then in January, it was discovered that the issue was from the Slide out floor flexing and causing the booth seat to not stay secured to the wall. Service Advisor stated that Forest River states it is past warranty, and they will not fix it. You stated that you turned it into my extended warranty, and they stated it was a manufacture defect and they will not fix this. Is ****** going to repair this camper and no cost? As, this should have been caught initially while you were repairing the Camper and was not found till January 04, 2024. Your ****************** had the camper for 9 months from Oct 2022 till June 2023. I had it for 4 Months Used the camper 3 times from the time I got the camper back till returned to you November 4, 2023. You have now had this camper for 6 months. I have continued to make payment on a camper that you have had for total of 1 year and 3 months so far. You have had this camper at you Facility longer then I have had this in my possession. This is not expectable and **** needs to get the camper fixed ASAP. I will not turn this into my Insurance as a claim for repairs as recommended by you and your service manager. This would technically be Insurance Fraud. This leads me to believe this is a very ************* with bad service.Business Response

March 11, 2024 we traded our travel trailer in for a moterhome from ****** in *******, **. They have not paid off the travel trailer as agreed upon. We gave them a check for the pay off of what was still owed after the trade. They have not made a payment to the bank as of April 15, 2024. They have the travel trailer we traded in already on their website for sale. We have contacted them a few times and they said it would be taken care of. It still has not been paid. My new camper has been in twice and for repairs to the entry door to be replaced and several other issues under warranty. This is twice now and they fix one or two minor things and dont fix any of the major issues.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: only 1 item was addressed and several still need to be addressed. They only addressed the items that could be easily repaired and did not repair the main items being the bowed entry door and the missing wiring for the router to make connection to the 360+ as well as the master bedroom blind. I returned it to bishs as we had approval from the factory to replace the entry door previously and that repair was not completed. The door is so bad I had to shim out the latch for the screen door so it would latch and both stops for the steps are fully extended and still only one of the stops make contact and the other goes past and catches on the back side of the frame. Purchased a new Avenue *************** in 2023 with an extended five year warranty. I have had the camper in for warranty work three times since then. The last time they had it for four months before I was told repairs were completed. When I got the camper home, I discovered that not all the work had been completed. I contacted them on 15 Mar 24 and was told I would receive a call back on 18 Mar 24. I never received a call and tried contacting them again on 25 Mar 24. Left a voice message with my contact information. Since then I have left two more voice mail messages and sent two messages through their online message system. Bought a toyhauler from the Cheyenne ****** on the 17th Feb 2024.They (**************** ************ were supposed to install 2 products in the unit and I would pick it up on the 19th March 2024, when I returned from overseas.Surprise surprise, when I arrived as planned nothing had been done to the unit. It was in the exact condition as when I had left it a month earlier. Many promises were made but once Bishs had my money, nothing was done.I immediately canceled the purchase of the toyhauler and Bishs promised to refund my $6000 in a few days.It is now 2 weeks and I am still waiting. After many emails and phone calls I decided to get hold of ****** (Customer Director) and he assured me I would get refunded....still waiting!This has been the worst service I have ever been faced with, not to mention getting the runaround when it comes to getting my money back....unbelievable and very frustrating.Business Response

I purchased a used toyhauler ** from Bishs in February of 2023. At the time of purchase I inquired about the tires on the ** and if the integrity was good or if they needed to be replaced. I was told the tires passed inspection and were in good shape. On our first trip 2 weeks after purchase, 2 of the 4 tires blew out on the highway with my family in the vehicle. It caused almost $5,000 worth of damage to the **. My insurance was contacted and the tires were examined and determine to have dry rot which is what caused the blow outs. This all occurred less than 30 days after purchase. I attempted to contact the salesman I worked with and the general manager, but neither would return my calls. I had to pay to replace the tires and the insurance deductivle for the repairs on my new **. I have in writing that the tires were good and passed inspection, however that was clearly not the case and Bishs will not call me back. This ** was not in the condition they reported it to be when they sold it to me and it put my family in danger and cost us significant money.Business Response

When we purchased our Jayco 5-wheel in Oct of 2021 it was supposed to come with a convection microwave oven. Unfortunately, we did not try to use it until about 18 months later and that is when we found out that it was not a convection microwave. We contacted *****, the ** manufacturer, to let them know the issue since the unit was still under warranty, but they told us that they reserved the right to change their specs. We then contacted Bishs ** since that was where we purchased the ** from and with whom we had a contract to provide said **. They told us they could provide the microwave for $1700. Below is the package that showed the option was mandatory in ******. Luxury Package (Mandatory) Convection microwave The Luxury Package clearly showed the convection microwave oven and the Jayco web site continued to show that this was the case even after we reported the issue. We feel that since these items were specifically noted in the options list when we paid for ******, we should have received them. Simply stating that they reserve the right to change the specs should not allow them to not provide options that we clearly paid for. By that standard we could order a 5-wheel ** and they could send a pop-up tent camper. We are asking that they install a convection microwave oven in ******.Business Response

Bought new 27 ft ***** travel trailer 1 month ago. ****** brought it up to my place for it and took my Old trailer. They brought it up to me because my truck cannot tow that much. No I'm im having things going wrong on it and they won't send anyone up the mtn to do this warranty work. I cannot get it down to the dealership and they knew that when I bought it. I would like the extended warranty refunded to my loan like it should've been months ago. I canceled my extended warranty Oct. 11 or 12. Was told it would take 4 weeks and the money would be refunded back to my loan. I called the extended warranty company in November and it was confirmed they had canceled the warranty and funds were released, so the dealership just needed to pay the money back to the loan. I've called multiple times with no answer. And even called and left voice-mail with gm. When I did talk to somebody in January they said they were new and they would take a look. A week later called again *** was told to contact the accounting office. I've called them twice and left voice mails with no response. I called the ******* dealership this past Friday and was told they'd send emails. I still have not received an update. The warranty has been cancelled since November and I would like the money credited to the loan. I do not feel I should have to make this many phone calls to have a simple thing done. When the refund is processed I would also like to receive a copy to make sure I am getting refunded the correct amount. This has also costed me a lot of extra money in interest because I want to refinance at a lot lower interest rate and have been waiting and waiting on this refund to be able to refinance.Business Response
