5 starsGood Morning. This review is a little bit later than I wanted but things just kept popping up as often happens in life. A few weeks ago we we took our new (to us) Motor home to ***************** in *************. Nothing really serious was wrong, a fresh water leak it needed a bath and the slides were making a little noise. *****************, our service writer, looked the coach over and suggested a few items that I had asked about. He knew we had a trip planned and said that he would his very best to have it ready. The leak turned out to be a screen near the water pump. (fixed). ********************* was our tech and he took care of everything and then some. The slides work much better now. They did a mini detail and spot sealed the roof. *****, the parts advisor, got us the right replacement screen unit for the pump. ****** took great care of us and was a pleasure to visit with. All in all we were ready to go in less than 3 days.On a personal note, I'm a disabled vet. I can't remember being treated as well by any company's employees as ***********************. Without going into detail I'll just say I was blown away and very appreciative of the bill. Everyone we came into contact with were super and the folks mentioned here were spectacular. 5 starsThe entire staff of ****** of ******** are totally awesome.My service dog, *****, loves the girl at the front desk!************ folks listened to me, answered all of my questions,and gave recommendations.They also saved me a few Buck$ by suggesting a more co$t-effective and efficient way to add improvements to my RV trailer, versuswhat I read on a popular website.Then ****** in service called me a few days later to update on how everything was working.The work performed on my RV has always been great. My technician is a professional and never leaves a mess and even let's me know if there is something I should keep an eye on.And ****** parts manager is a hero in helping me out when I'm confused about what to get. He is a wealth of knowledge.No one else does this or treats me like family, no matter which ****** location I visit. This is true business excellence!************************************** will be the only shop I go to for work.Fast, reliable and trustworthy.I am a lifetimecustomer.******************* A comment to others bad reviews.I want to add that no matter where you go, if you have a crappy attitude, you won't help the situation any. If you treat people bad or crappy, what do you expect from them.They understand you have problems and want good fast service. Be patient and kind. I have never ever had a problem with any ****** locations. Maybe because I'm not a jerk or an a$$.Next time try kindness and understanding. You may get surprised what you receive.Review fromSelena L

3 starsI literally want to cry. I bought a 2021 Jayco Baha brand new. I didnt take it out until 2023. Family issues. However, befor I did take it out, the toilet leaked and the si k leaked. I was able to get it fixed same day and I truly appreciate the help I was given as I needed to pick up my son who was 400 miles away. When I came back from that trip I notified them that the lights werent working properly. After a few weeks, they came out to fix it. Today I am taking the trailer out for a 2nd time. The fresh water tank is leaking all over the inside of the trailer. I am just so bummed by this. I cant really say th?t **** is the problem. It seems it is *****. But it is still incredibly frustrating. I spent good money on this trailer and have had to spend more money to fix it. I hope I can get some help to at least make it back home. I plan to sell this trailer and go a different route. No one needs this bs.Review fromKevin L

1 starThey hired my buisness to come in and do a interior detail on a big Rv.It took us 8 hours to do the job just to have them not pay **** contacted pat and he gives me a run around.Its been 6 months and still no payment.I don't recommend this buisness to anyone.Review fromAmanda S

1 starMy wife and I just bought a new travel trailer here. When we decided to go ahead and put a deposit down, nothing appeared to be wrong with it. However, upon coming down for the orientation, there were multiple things wrong with it. An outdoor storage lock was somehow missing, the blue tooth sound bar was now missing, and a light strip had fallen down inside. All parts and pieces were present when we put our deposit down. We were assured that ALL of these issues would be corrected by the time we came back two days later to pick it up. Show up two days later for pick up, and the lock and sound bar are still missing. We brought it to their attention, and they are apparently parts they need to order but haven't yet done. Was told we would receive a call about these issues being corrected two days later and never heard back. Reached out a week after pickup, and they had to track down information about the issue and had zero updates as far as when these issues would be fixed. Now, here we are almost a month after pick up and STILL no word. Was mentioned they may have to mail the parts to us if they weren't in by the end of our apartment lease on October 26th.Review fromRie G

1 starHorrible customer service. Made a deal for a camper with ***** and he said he was going to take good care of us. Told him we definitely wanted it but we live in another state. Was told no problem. They will ship it to the local dealership and we can pick it up there and they would even pay 1/2 the shipping fee. Talked to him later that day to find out exactly what we needed to do to *********** to us when he told me another salesperson had a pending deal with them (after we made our deal). Said they were there in ***** and we werent, so basically we got screwed and they sold it to someone else. Dont give them your money or your time. They lie and have no honor.Review fromMichael F

1 starWhen I bought my unit approximately 3 years ago, I made several attempts to contact the service department about warranty issues. I called several times and left 3 voice-mails trying to get my unit in for warranty work.As of today (August 30th, 2023) my unit is in to get the generator service and other things looked at that can be covered under the extended warranty. I was left a voice-mail over the phone that the generator was "running lean" which is considered a maintenance issue, even though I followed all guidelines in having the generator serviced, therfore I don't believe it's a maintenance issue when it only has approximately 89 hours.I called back on Aug 26th and they informed me my service representative wasn't working that day. They preferred I call back Mon the 28th to talk to the service representative instead of talking to someone else in the service department about my unit and the issues they found.I called the 28th during business hours and nobody answered. I left a voice-mail indicating I was calling back. No call back.I called again the 29th and they transferred me to the service department which then went to voice-mail. Again still have not received a response. On today's date (30th), I called several times until a human answered. I expressed my frustrations and I formed them I needed to speak with someone in the service department. They transfered me to the service department which then went to voice-mail.In all, I've attempted to contact ***************** multiple times in the past and most recently, and still have not gotten a response. As a valued customer, I don't feel that ***************** has the customer in mind because of how many voice-mails I've left and still no response. It also seems as if they won't fight for warranty work when a generator that only has 89 hours is not functioning correctly, they place the customer behind everything else.I'm not one to complain much at all but this is completely unacceptable by a professional business.Review fromNIKOLAI F

1 starSo we decided to buy a NEW Jayco camper from ***************** in ***** but somehow got the ******** ** location. They convinced ** to buy one from the ******* location as they had an identical floor plan. The deal was done mid-end of May and we were not able to travel to pick up the unit until middle of June. Both myself and my wife work for RV dealerships which we made very clear as to what our expectations were before we picked it up. They promised to do the pre-delivery inspection and have it all ready for us, they had 3 weeks to do all of this. We arrived at the ******* location in the middle of June on a Saturday. That experience went OK but they did not do the "delivery" of the camper for us but we had faith in that dealership after everything we were promised. We picked it up and brought it home, 3 hours away. Plugged it in to the 30amp. The ** was not working, the fridge was not working, and the ** tank was empty (all of which should have been checked and filled and done in the 3 weeks they had). Reached out to them, they said it was all warranty work. Took it into my wife's dealership, they replaced the ** unit. The fridge was never even plugged in... First camping weekend ruined for the 3 little kids we have. Finally took it out 2 weeks later. Fridge was broken, awning was ripped. Reached out to them again. Filled the ** tank to see if fridge would work on **... CAMPER HAS A PROPANE LEAK! ...at this point you have endangered the wellbeing of my family and little kids. Now it's been weeks and we still have no resolution. They offered to exchange the unit for same price. It's been weeks, nobody calls you back, scenario keeps changing every time you talk to them (5 different people now). They collected new deposit 10 days ago for new camper. NOBODY CALLS unless you call them. NO RESOLUTION. NO COMMUNICATION. They put my family in danger because they didn't do their jobs and nobody seems to care at all over there. Help please! 0 STARS. 1 starMy parents bought a brand new camper to make memories with family. My mom has been an ER nurse for 45 years and has earned every bit of her retirement. First camping trip it rained and their bed and closet full of clothes got soaked. Took it in and **** said they repaired it. Second camping trip it rained and same thing happened. This has been over 9 months that **** has had the camper and they refused to do anything about it. Saying there is no issues whatsoever. They had a 'sprinkler' on the roof of the camper all weekend nothing happened. They say there is no rust and no water damage so my parents must be lying....we have photos and documentation and have contacted so many different people about this and nothing is happening. Now **** says we are bullying them because we call or check in once a week. No luck from local manager, any local employee, corporate ANYONE.Review fromTerri M

1 starUnfortunately I visited the dealer first and it wasnt until my husband visited later in the day that I felt the salesman took us seriously. Maybe they thought that I wasnt able to make a purchase without my husband there with me. My husband however, found a travel trailer he liked and decided to proceed with purchasing. Unfortunately, when we came to do walkthrough they had wrong time. Apparently they said they sent a text/email to change appt but neither of us received anything. I would suggest the dealership get a verbal confirmation or a texting service that requires confirmation when adjusting appointment times. A couple employees made it seem like we were in the wrong by having wrong time (my husband had verbal confirmation of earlier time by two employees(one being sales lady), both of which were not there when we came to pick up camper. So we were there over 6 hours only to find out we would not be able to take camper home. The worst/most frustrating part of the day was as we were about to drive off some one stopped us to let us know the water heater in a brand new camper did not work and was confused why we werent made aware of it. Again, showing a severe lack of communication between employees. So we had to unhook and let them fix that which they made it seem like it would be quick but we waited over an hour more to be told we could not take camper home b/c the new heater ended up throwing some error codes and they cant do anything until next week. My husband had to call several times the following week to stay on top of what was going on. We went up on a Saturday and it wasnt delivered until Tuesday afternoon. There was also no follow up since to make sure we received the camper or customer follow up. Overall there was very little communication between depts, employees, and lack of preparedness. Again the men who did walk through were friendly and professional. I would not recommend this dealership/location.
