      I ordered a knife on October 2, 2022 with a projected 90 day lead time. Im submitting this complaint on June 4, 2024 and I still dont have my knife. *** contacted Survive Knives several times only to be told theyre working on it but a delivery date cannot be given

      Ordered a product that was and is listed as 30 day ship item. Over 6 months and my almost ****** item has not been sent. No word from the company, and they will not respond to emails. They will not answer phones, or return calls. This company is robbing customers.

      In September of 2023 I order a knife from a company called survive knives. I was told it would take a few months. I checked back in December and was told January or February for the finish. I have sent emails and asked questions on their ******** page and even on their ******* videos. They have failed to respond at all. I call the company and it goes directly to a full mailbox. If you look on their ******** page or ****** this is a very common problem. People have been waiting years without an info. I just want a refund.

      I ordered the *** 2.7 February of 2023. I have not received the product, the business will not refund and has stopped responding. Before they stopped responding, they kept saying they would send a different knife or refund, neither of which happened. I just want a REFUND!

      I ordered a product on 25JAN2022. I have not received the product yet and would like to cancel my order for a refund. Provided schedule updates are never accurate as timelines are never met. I have been patient, but waiting nearly two years for product delivery while constantly seeing the company develop and release other products is unacceptable. I dont want to punish the company; I simply want my money back. I requested this about a week ago and have received no response. This seems to be a pattern of behavior, so it seems appropriate to escalate at this point.

      I ordered a GSO-5.1 knife from this company and paid $269 for it. They said orders would be delivered in 90 days. I emailed them via an area available on their their website in May, 2023. After no answer I emailed them from my personal email address on July 7, 2023 requesting my money back. On 11/14/23 I logged in here to file a complaint and saw their telephone number (never available on their website) and called it. The voicemail was full. Im asking for help to recover my money.

      I ordered a knife from this company in September 2021 and they have still not shipped it.I have sent numerous emails. When I am replied to I get a canned email that says they are getting on schedule blah blah blah.

      Ordered GSO 5.1 in October of 2022 and was promised delivery in 90 days at this point 11 months later nothing has been delivered and zero responses from the business after multiple emails and messages sent on the site

      I ordered in January 2023. Have not received the product. They dont respond to email. They just send silly newsletters with vague information. I think they are a scam.

      On 10/10/2022 I placed an order at Survive Knives LLC for a GSO-5.1 fixed blade knife for the cost of $269.00 (Order #*****). At the time of purchase, the website had a disclaimer that all new orders would ship within 90 days. In the months following placing the order I visited the website frequently to check for status. During this time they updated the website multiple times claiming that they were experiencing delays, but never provided me with a status of my order. After waiting close to 9 months for this order, I was fed up with the delays and attempted to contact them to cancel my order for a refund. Below is a summary of my attempts to contact them:- On 05/04/2023 I contacted them via email asking for them to cancel my order. I received no response to this email.- On 05/16/2023 I used their Contact Us page on their website to send a message requesting cancellation of my order. I received no response to this message. - On 05/24/2023 I called them multiple times to cancel my order. No one answered the phone, and their voicemail box was full so I was unable to leave a message.- On 05/24/2023 I sent them a text message letting them know I had tried contacting them and wanted to cancel my order. I received no response to this text.I have continued trying to call them weekly and they never answer their phone and their voicemail is always full. At this point I believe that Survive LLC is a fraudulent company that has no intention of refunding me or providing me with the product that I paid for.
