Ordered knife 11-2021 with a 90 day shipping expectation. 7-30-23 no knife. The have plenty excuses but no knives. We should file a class action lawsuit. They have lots of videos with knife blanks but not finished knives. They probably keep showing the same blanks while claiming progress. Look on any knife forum and you will see nothing but negative comments. When you send an email you get a generic response saying theyre too short handed and busy making knives to respond. Their only saving ***** is that theyre on the other side of the country. I would have paid them a visit long ago. They should be investigated and sued.Initial Complaint

Purchase was originally made in March 2022 and it will have an 8 month wait period. Order ********************************************************* November 2022.December 2022 passed and I never received anything.I called in January 2023 and they say the items will be ready by March 2023. I figure out i have waited so long already Ill wait a few more months. After this, if I dont receive my item I will request a refund.Now we are ending the month of June 2023 and I have not received my item or any refund from them even though I have requested 5 times already.They have ghosted me and will not reply to any. Immunization: phone, mail, or email. Is like they have decided to disappear with my money. No call back, no apologies for the delay, no update for my order, no update for my refund. Ordered a knife from this company last Dec of 22, allegedly to be shipped within 90 days as a pre-order, I was ok with that but its been 6+ months now with zero information about my order. Nobody answers the phone, their voicemail is always full so you cant leave a message. No response to emails, no response to text messages, nothing but a very vague mass email update video that never really tells you anything, but you hear excuse after excuse and every single one of these complaints on here are the same, with some people still not receiving a product or a resolution for 5+ YEARS. *** filed a complaint on PayPal which is what I used to pay for this product, no reply from this company there either. PayPal is a very easy refund process, in fact one of the easiest around. Id like a full refund please. I dont want your product at this point nor will I accept any further excuses or wait times. The item has not shipped, I honestly dont believe it even exists at this point, and therefore I will also not be paying any alleged restocking fees. These people need a visit from the ************************ and the **** This alleged company appears to be an established and long running scheme to defraud the public.Initial Complaint

I have sought information concerning my order(placed in February) via phone, email, and through their website. I have been unable to reach them in any capacity. Essentially, I have been stonewalled. Meanwhile, this business continues to post videos on ******* about its "progress" and woes as a business; in an effort for "transparency". Yet, you cannot contact them through comments there either. They relocated to another state, but still have their contact number listed on their website (as well as here) as their old location. I paid for the product up front and expected a delay before receipt, however, the lack of communication leads me to believe I got taken to the cleaners.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with survive knives on August 21, 2020 for a GSO 5.1. My order number is *****. I paid them $293.78. I have contacted Survive several times over that period of time, and have received no useful response. All I have been given are excuses and gaslighting. I feel as if they are a scam and have stolen my money. My most recent communication with them was May 16, 2023. I still havent received a response. They show on their site to have multiple knives available including GSO 5.1s if that is the case then why hasnt mine been shipped. This company is shady at best and a straight up theft scheme at worst. I didnt want to have to go this route, but when I ordered the knife it said a few months, which I was ok with, but it has now been almost 3 years. This is ridiculous, and at this point Im unsure that I will ever get my knife. Terrible customer service, horrible communication.
