      On 1/16/25 I ordered a Maytag MSS25C4MGZ03 Refrigerator Water Inlet Valve ERP-*********-REFRIGERATOR-VALVE-299 from **************************. The order# was ********. I received the part but it did not fit. I returned the past per the company website instructions via ****, tracking#**********************. The returned part was received on 1/28/25 at 9:55am, per the tracking information. After a week of not hearing anything about my return, I contacted the company via email on 2/06/25. I never heard back. A few days later, I attempted to contact them again using the contact page on their website. I never heard back. On 2/13/25, I emailed them again. Again, I never heard anything. They do not have a phone number listed and my attempts to find a phone number have fallen short. I am now disputing the charge with my bank. Also, the phone number you have listed ***********) is invalid. Ive tried calling it several times.

      On 9/14/2024 I ordered a ***************************** from this company. I received the motor in a reasonable time frame and installed it. In addition, I also installed new drum rollers, a new belt and a new belt tension device. All ********************** are manufacturer stock parts. On January 6th 2025 the motor failed. It started to squeal due to having failed bearings and it also makes a terrible rumbling noise. I have tried to make contact with the company to facilitate an exchange. The problem however, is they have not answered a single e-mail......and I have sent 7 messages from a total of 3 different e-mail addresses. The other problem is that their receipt has no phone numbers for me to call. Their website also has no numbers to call.

      On 9/27/24 I ordered control k**** for a range and paid $74.75 on my credit card. The k**** arrived about 10/1/24 and appeard to be the right ones, even had the correct part number on the packaging.When I tried to put them on the range I discovered the holes for the shafts were too large and they wouldnt work on the range.On 10/3/24 I returned the k**** following the companys instructions. They stated they would refund my credit card within @ (2) weeks. My credit card bill came in and the charge was on it which I paid. Its now been a month and I still havent received a refund. Not only that, but I have emailed their support numerous times regarding the status of the return; they havent responded to any of my contacts.The company requested I give them an on-line review right after I ordered. I held off to see how this played out. I gave them a bad on-line review today along with this complaint.

      I ordered a replaceable plate for my microwave. It was the wrong one. I returned it and they refuse to refund my money. You can't even call anyone to talk to. Have sent 2 emails. No response. I tracked the return and it was received on 9-27-24.

      I'm seeking my additional refund in the amount of $7.95 from said business. I purchased a part that I returned in the same condition as it was sent and only received a partial refund. I've sent several emails to said business regarding my additional refund. There's nothing in said business refund policy that states partial refunds upon returning items back.

      I ordered parts for my washer through this company and the parts that were delivered were not the correct parts for my model washer. When I double checked the part numbers, the parts that were delivered were the parts listed on the website. Which means, when they were listed on the website, the wrong parts were listed for this model washer. When I asked to get a return label to send this back, they are requiring me to pay for postage. I don't see this as reasonable as the issue is from their error. Not mine. When my wife asked for a label, they stated to look at their returns on the website, that does not have a contact space about returns. It is just here is the address.

      This seller sent an incorrect part for my dryer, order #********. Photos were submitted to prove the correct part was ordered, and additional photos to prove the wrong part was sent. Seller is only offering to have me return the part at my expense, and is refusing to refund, only replace the part they sent, potentially with another wrong part. I was willing to return if they provided a label, but they just kept sending a link where I must return at my expense and they would ship another part. I have ordered the correct part elsewhere due to their error. I should not have to pay for their error, and I simply want a refund.
