      They keep giving me the run around on a part. They sent me the wrong part and are not making it good. They are not answering now and I have lost money on a part I cannot use.

      I was sent the wrong item, reached out and no response. Paid to return and received no credit for it. Lost over $60 and time !

      Parts Discount has the worst customer service. Part was bad out of the box (ice machine replacement for my Whirlpool Fridge). Their return policy requires me to pay for shipping back to them and they said turn around for a new part would be ***** days from the time they receive the faulty part. Unacceptable in my opinion. I found the part on ****** for a similar price and ended up paying for parts twice :(

      STAY AWAY, THEY'RE THIEVES!! I ordered a washing machine part from them. I ended up not needing it as the washing machine wasn't worth saving. I did not use the part, I only opened the box. I returned it via their instructions & was told it would take 5 days for the credit to be processed after they received the item back. It's now been 3 weeks since they received it and I've not received it yet. I've reached out to them 3-4 ************ haven't answered. I then looked them up with the BBB & saw that they have an "F" rating for doing similar & worse to customers. They should be shut down.

      I ordered a part based on the model number. The part arrived quickly but was the wrong part. Using their return instructions, I returned the part, paying the postage myself. I sent an email notifying them of the return. I have confirmation that they received the returned part. I have not received a refund for the part. I've emailed them multiple times and have not received any response. I can't find a valid phone number for them. So I'm out the original cost of the part, plus the cost of shipping it back to them.

      I ordered a part for my washer , paid extra to get 2-4 days. 12 days later AND STILL HAVENT RECIEVED!!!!!!!!! No office number so I can't call and see what's going on. I contacted them with their only contact us way WITH NO **** RESPONCE!!!!! ITA A FN SCAM A** WEBSITE!! DONT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!

      I ordered replacement parts for my dishwasher. ***** delivered them to my neighbors house and they kept it, opened it and threw it in their recycle bin. When I confronted them with the picture of their doorstep I got my package back and of course there was one part missing. I contacted ************************** to file a claim with ***** so I could receive a new package twice with no response. That's all they have to do for ***** to cover the cost of new parts. I'm beyond frustrated and out the money because I have to reorder from somewhere else.
