      I need a refund. They will not send my refund back. I have sent emails and started a dispute on PayPal. There is reason why they can not send my money back.

      I bought a wash machine part on 12/29 for $89.90 from partsdiscount.com. Item arrived on 1/2 at which time I fixed the washer and no longer needed the part. The part was in the original packaging and I packaged it for return per the instructions in the companies email. I paid $20 to have the item shipped back. I have a signed confirmation of delivery on 1/11. The company advertises refunds within **** days. No refund, no answering of emails. Ripoff

      I bought a part for the washer and could not use because the washer was beyond repair put the product back in the same box and return it following their instructions and I never got my return back. I have a tracking number that says that the product was delivered back to them on September 14 it is now November and I have not got my my refund Ive I text them all the info many times, and I can get no one to return my text there is no phone number that I can call to contact anyone I have contacted PayPal. They have disputed it and not heard anything from this company. I am so upset I need help to stop this company from ripping people off if you need any more information, I am more glad that to give it to you.

      I purchased a Kenmore Dryer Heater Thermostat Fuses Kit but they sent me the wrong item. They only sent me the heating element - 1 part. I tried to contact them and they got back to me 2 days later. We went back and forth by email a whole day and they refused to fix the situation. They were rude and told me to go on vacation and refused to refund me for the products I did not receive. I asked for a refund. The photo of the box attached shows there was 1 item sent and I ordered the kit with many items. I dont need them anymore.

      On August 22,2023 I purchased Item #4-TGF303BWG (Iron Burners) from this company.I used their return instructions with in the time frame after receiving the merchandise on August 24, 2023. I returned the purchase to their business via **** tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 50 Sept 1, 2023. I've since reached out to them twice with their promise to retune the correspondence within 24 hours it's been more than 1 month and no response, email, phone or by us mail. I am trying to recover monies that I feel at this point have been stolen from me. Please help!

      I purchased a ice maker from Partsdiscount.com (**************************************) and it does not work. I asked them for either a refund or a replacement of the ice maker that works yet they will not respond to me about this (refund or replacement). I sent them emails about this several times already. I am so disappointed and frustrated because I paid for it yet I did not get what I paid for which is so unfair and not right. So can you please make them be aware of this and that they should make a refund or a replacement as soon as possible because I need it that's why I bought it. Thank you very much. The item was purchased last Aug. 16 and delivered Aug. 18, 2023. We returned to them the item last Aug. 28,2023 through **** with tracking number **************************

      Was sent the wrong part. Was sent Kenmore ************ Washer Lid Lock Latch. Needed kenmore ************ Lid lock asssembly. Part number *******. The part they sent was way too short. They wont refund or send out the correct part. Ive asked for either option. They then told me that ************** for both models. After I sent them a picture confirming the cord in fact does not work and is too short in comparison to the original cable and cant be installed they stopped communication.

      I ordered a lint filter for my dryer. What arrived was the wrong part. I paid $39 for the part. I followed their return policy, but when i got to the post office it was $18 to ship an approximately 4 ounce filter, PLUS a 20% restocking fee. Obviously they are trying very hard to make me keep this useless filter. It smells of a scam, and having read the reviews from othrts i am convinced it is a scam

      We received a faulty item. There is absolutely zero way to call or email the company for a return, you have to file a form on their website, which we did and got zero response. ****** shows IE error with this part in. Installed the same part from a different supplier with zero problems.

      *I Ordered DV45K6200GW/A3 Dryer Drum Felt Seal **************** on August 26, 2022. Paid $72.90. Item was received within a few days. Order Confirmation #******** *Item was not needed, and I returned it on September 16, 2022. Nothing was opened and item remained in original sealed packing material. I followed return instructions taken from Parts Discount website.*Mailed via **** with tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 22. I have proof of delivery on September 19, 2022 at 10:08am via **** tracking system. *Return policy says refund will be issued within 3-5 days, and I expected a credit at least by the end of September (minus 20% restocking fee)*No refund has been issued to date.*On October 14, 2022, I logged into my account with PartsDiscount.Com and sent message asking about the refund. As of today, October 24, no reply has been received. *Company has clear refund policy and I followed all directions for the return.*I am seeking the refund owed to me by the company.*The phone number on my CC statement ************ has voicemail only and mailbox is full.*The phone number on this BBB website for Parts Discount ************ doesn't answer and a message comes on saying "this number is currently unavailable."*There seems to be no way to reach the company, which appears to be dishonest and shirking their return policy.
