      Model number matched with the dryer timer I needed. Put the piece in a very simple thing to do and a few minutes later started smelling smoke and breaker popped. The piece was fried and so was the wires that were connected to it. Asked for a refund and said I would also return their piece to show damage. They refused and said they would send a new piece. Theirs have already done more damage on my dryer that I have to pay for. I didnt want another piece from them I want a refund to get another piece from a different place that wont do more damage than already done. Still refuse refund. Not good service and dont order unless you have the extra money to pay for other parts their piece destroyed

      I had to return a part that I ordered. I did everything exactly like they ask but they won't process the refund. I got an email saying the status of my order has been "changed to partial refund" but no credit back on my card. They've had the part for 19 business days

      Ordered a lint screen for my maytag dryer. Put in the model number it said this one fits. Product arrived fast. Box was damaged and screen ripped. Obviously not their fault. Sent an email with pictures of the screen and box to customer service like it says. Haven't received a response a day later. Not to mention the screen itself doesn't fit. I matched it up to my existing one. It's a tad smaller and definitely a cheap knock off that very flimsy.

      I placed an order for a dryer motor from the website for my model with a next day rush. After the purchase, I got an email with the wrong part number on my purchase, so I purchased it again, with a rush. I went to cancel the first order and received an email the next day that it was successfully cancelled. Looked at my credit card purchase and saw both were pending. Two days later I noticed I hadnt heard or seen the purchase. Noticed both orders were processed and no credit. Sent an email (no phone number) and havent heard anything from this company. This is just unacceptable for a business and I am extremely upset that Im probably out $300 with no motor. I would not recommend this business. Look elsewhere!

      Wish I could leave no stars. Order two-day shipping took 7 days to get here. I attempted to reach out to the company and have my package return to sender with a refund as the part did not make it in time. All I received was an automated response telling me to be patient and use kindness.In order to return my package I will now need to pay shipping and a 20% fee for restocking which is utterly absurd. So I will not return.

      First time using this company! I researched the dryer part needed to make certain the part was compatible with my dryer. I placed order online and correct ? part was sent while I was out-of-town on vacation in just a matter of days! WOW! Company sent me several reminders that the product was delivered which I appreciate in my busy life ??Upon returning from vacation, was pleased to find the part fit very snuggly!! I promptly saved the part # for future reference. I happily recommend this company.

      I wrote them: The belt for the dryer in this kit is incorrect. The belt is smaller than the oem belt and will not work for the model stated to fit. The part number on the bag sent to me is 4400el2001acm. The correct part number from the oem parts list of the drawing is4400el2001d. I will need the correct belt sent to me please.
