      Awful business. I ordered a timer for my dryer, received incorrect part. Ordered another after emailing with the company a picture of my dryer serial number and being instructed as to which timer would be correct. Still wrong. Sent both back and did not get a refund. I'm out over $200 plus the cost of return shipping. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH AN ONLINE PARTS COMPANY. Do not order from these people.

      Got parts fast even with the cheap shipping. New parts fit poorly, CS is email and you get a one sentence reply then they stop answering. They told me I got the correct part for my stove and my stove must be an old model when I asked if the parts were seconds. Buy from a different place.

      Worst experience I've had! Ordered the part and didn't read reviews. Looked up contact info and there no number to get ahold of CS. Wasn't getting a good feeling so I cancelled the order. Within an hour of ordering it was canceled, with confirmation. They still took the money out of my account. E mailed them about this, didn't get a response. Emailed again and the person had a very cocky response! Please do not trust these people. Read reviews first

      Ordered a MAYTAG washer lip seal premium bearing grease kit. The bearings fit and seem to work fine. The seal that was supplied was manufactured with a few thousandth under size on the **** and would not seal.I text PartsDiscount.com and never received a reply. Had to purchase seal from another company at an additional cost of $65. Would not recommend PartsDiscount.com for washer parts.

      You internet con-artists think you're pretty smart ! You sent me a dryer filter element that was broken at the corner of the frame, and included the broken piece! How clever of you ! Now you can try to blame the *********** for the damage ! Then you ship it in a box that is designed for stacking only on a store shelf ! One problem for you though; the *********** delivered the flimsy box, totally unscathed ! In other words, no damage ! So how can a part be broken, if the box has no visible damage ? It was already broken ! Maybe the original heavier, corrugated shipping box, that your bulk order of these filters came in, was damaged ! Maybe you tried to sell these broken parts in your store or when you couldn't, you went out of your way, to sell the damaged parts, to internet buyers, (who can't get support of any kind) by placing them in a "clean" box, as you did with me ! Your absurd return policies pretty much protect you from most liabilities and discourages many ripped-off consumers, from seeking accountability ! I wonder if a mass class-action lawsuit from all the internet victims, would be appropriate accountability, that could remove your business from the internet ! Aww, then you'd have to start ripping off your local in-store customers !

      I thought Id be waiting over a week with a broken dryer for the heating element I purchased from this company. Instead, they got it to me two days after my purchase! Replaced the heating element and the dryer works beautiful. Top quality parts, fast shipping, excellent company! Will be a loyal customer for life!

      I ordered a washing machine boot seal. The product I received was exactly what I wanted and it arrived in in three days. The price was much less than everyone else. I couldnt be more satisfied.

      Parts Discount delivered to me the same part I previously had purchased from local appliance supply for one third of the cost. The free shipping was supposed to take **** days. The part was at my house in 3. Thank you Parts Discount I will be a loyal customer from now on.
