As someone who is not computer-savvy, I dreaded having to upgrade to a new computer. But it was a stress-free, pleasant experience, and I am so happy that I trusted 208Geek. The tech came to my house and was professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered my questions as he cleaned up and transferred files and installed the new hard drive. An outstanding customer-oriented small business that is staffed with knowledgeable, intelligent, and talented people. This was my first contact with them and to say that I (with 25 years of early IT experience) was impressed is to understate the situation greatly. These guys are great! I was able to drop my computer off immediately and picked it up within 24 hours. They cleaned up my computer educated me on antivirus software and downloaded free clean up software.208GEEK, LLC
