February 4, 2025 at 20:50 placed an online order for one (1) pair of compression socks through Soothrelief, wound up with an order of 8 compression socks and being charged for 8 pairs. $60.91 (4 pairs )and $39.95 (4 pairs discounted) . Immediately sent 6# email(s) to cancel this big order but was told it was already being processed and shipped. When socks arrived I was at clubhouse of apartment complex and carrier was delivering the parcel and I asked if I could "refuse" the parcel and she scanned it as "refused" and took it away. The company Sootherelief now states because I didn't "follow specific procedures" they cannot process a refund. I can provide a copy of the cancellation request immediately after receiving the confirmation email from Soothrelief and all other correspondence. Thank you.Business Response

Transaction date 02-12-2025 My understanding in my purchase was for one pair of the compression socks. Their advertising kept flipping me to various promotions which I thought that I was skipping. They sent me 8 pairs of socks with a charge of $39.95 for a set of 4 and an additional $69.91 for a second set of 4. I did not open any of the socks and immediately got on their website to obtain instructions for a return label and full refund. They responded by asking me to respond to their email for confirmation, which I did. It put me in a cycle response asking for the same information. I have read the other complaints on this same pattern from others. One woman apologized for her age. This is not an age issue. The site is a scam and no confirmation of price or order was received until after the item was shipped and could not be canceled. They state there is a return/refund policy in place, but again there is no response. I am hoping that you can assist. I will also contact my credit card. On February 18th 2024, I ordered one pair of compression socks from a company called SoothRelieve. After placing my order I received a confirmation email for eight pairs of socks. I immediately emailed within one hour of placing my order and requested a change of order to the correct quantity. I was informed that the order had already been shipped and I could not cancel or obtain a refund. I see that there have been numerous complaints against this company with many of them being lodged with the BBB . I also note that the BBB has been successful in helping these customers obtain a full refund . I am 84 years old and live with a small fixed income. I cannot afford to pay the amount of $100.86 us for these socks and wish to cancel the order completely and receive a full refund.Please help me.***Business Response

This business is a FRAUD. It has been reported to the BBB multiple times (which I was unaware of) for the same problem I am having. SootheRelieve company charged me a total of $151.81 when I wanted to order ONE pair of their socks (@$17.95). On February 13, 2025 I made a purchase from this company for a pack of 2 compression socks $38.91. Immediately additional adds popped up and I heard two consecutive alerts. When I checked the bank alerts I had been charged for my purchase $38.91 but also charged for another order that I did not purchase for $39.95. Nothing was clicked or confirmed so I dont even know how the second order happened. I immediately contacted the company and the next morning received a message that it had already been shipped and nothing could be changed. I feel this is a highly fraudulent practice. 02/13/2025 Im an 83 yrs old man with a very bad neuropathy, on the 12 of February, 2025, I ordered 1 pair of compression socks only, for $15.95, when I received the invoice they charged me for 4 more pairs for $60.91 (which price included tax$, that I never ordered, for a total of $76.86 THEN they doubled up on that order with ANOTHER order # and charges. a total of $153.72! )I ordered 1 pair of sox) I contacted them the same night to correct the order or cancel the order completely, but they gave me the roundabout. A couple of days later they asked to fill out a form, which I did. Someone by the name of ******* answered stating that it was to late and tried to sell me some other items for knees or back pain!!! They website is very confusing and they try to add items to the order. I see on the BBB site, most of the complaints against Sooth Relieve are the same as mine. This complaint happened because I received TWO Orders from SoothRelieve which were duplicates both stating that I made Two orders at the same exact TIME and day: February 12, 2025 at 9:13 am.
