      Ray from pointe pest did an excellent job. He was very thorough and i have to say that of all the technicians he's done the beat job. I was about ready to terminate business with the company because of horrible service but Ray did such a good job that i may stay with the company. The five stars are for the Ray the company its self gets a 1 star.

      Pointe came by to try and convince us to use them for pest control and I am glad we made the decision to change from our other pest control provider. So far the first application has proven to be superior to the competition. I hope to see progress in choosing the. Thanks Pointe!

      *** was great and very understanding of our concerns. He took the time to explain their products any potential effects on other than the targeted pest and helped with recommendations on what tenants could do to help mitigate conditions that attract pest.Very happy with the response and service!!

      Cristian did an excellent and thorough job today at my house. He is personable and pleasant. His boss came with him, as I understand he is a new worker. Both men were very pleasant and helpful. They listened to my concerns and I appreciated that. I will be glad to have Cristian come back the next time I need Pointe Pest Control.
