Using a Libre 3 sensor. Six were purchased in April. The first one gave a low glucose alarm after four days and was 100 points off. This was at 2:30am. After that I kept getting sensor errors. Removed the sensor after 1 week of use. The next sensor did the same thing four days after being applied. I have turned off the alarms and will never use this piece of junk again. I paid $450 for 6 of these worthless sensors.

I had been using the 14 day sensors but changed over to the Libre 3, with good success. The only thing I don't understand is WHY they don't have the logbook anymore with the Libre 3. I know the sensor does continuous and there is a graph that shows the daily *** and downs, but they should allow you to manually scan and get the results saved to the logbook. Also, my readings with the Libre 3 are higher than with the Libre 14 day, but that *** be because I started using Metformin instead of Januvia. These medications process the glucose differently so I am going to go back to Januvia. Overall I have had no complaints and my experiences with Customer Support have been painless.

On February 15, 2023, I wrote to inform Abbott Diabetes Care about my son's malfunctioning FreeStyle Libre 14-Day reader and about three sensors that were defective. The reader, compared my son's doctor's manual readings, were 100 points higher than his actual glucose levels. To date, we have had no response to our communication. Further, I called to report an additional defective sensor and was told that I would receive a voucher for a free sensor from our local pharmacy. That voucher was never received. I asked the same clerk about the February 15 letter and he was unable to respond because it was an inquiry submitted in writing and he had no access to those files. **************** is sure lacking.

Totally lost for words about how I have been treated by Abbot. If you have any defective sensors from this huge manufacturer of Libre 2, Be prepared for your blood sugar to go up and for the outcome to cause you anxiety. Defective Sensors will be a huge hassle. This Company talks to you like theyre doing you a favor by replacing defective merchandise.

Usually had good service.. upgraded to s libre 3 system. The website said my phone was compatible but the customer service said it wasn't. I world not have bought it if it wasn't compatible. They said I will get a replacement for the exact sensor. Which I can't use.

I am new to the Free Style Libre 2, but the first sensor I installed myself showed a huge difference between finger sticks and the Libre 2 - within a couple of days - 40 to 50 points difference. My diabetic dietician told me to call and ask for a replacement. My sensor stayed attached but the alarms for low blood sugar were going off all the time.I spoke to a very good customer rep - she asked me a series of questions, and in the end agreed to send me a replacement. I was unsure after reading the other comments whether I could get a replacement but they are sending one. Thanks to those of you who shared your experiences.

I started using the Freestyle Libre 3 and got readings of 53 and 54, which meant I should have been dead. The alarm woke me up and when I checked my blood sugar, it was 100 points higher. The sensor continued to read wildly incorrectly, When I tried to change the sensor I got error messages so two sensors that I paid for were defective. I wasnt about to pay for more defective sensors ( they have a 40% failure rate). I called customer service and have never had such an unpleasant experience. After grilling me for an hour (I felt like a criminal) they agreed to send two new sensors in the mail which meant they would take at least a week. I told them to Fed Ex them for. Next day delivery and they refused. The customer service rep said that since I had another way of checking my blood sugar it wasnt an emergency, I tried to explain that lows happen during the night and the only safe way to continue was to stay up all night to check my blood sugar at half hour intervals. He kept saying they couldnt send them overnight. Then I started screaming, asked to speak to a supervisor, and all of a sudden he agreed tomFed Ex them. I will never use this company sgsin. Its bad for my hes,the to have to argue with them and they should be sued for providing a defective and dangerous product.

iv had 3 freestyle libre 2 sensors stop working or they dont work at all. Abbot freestyle has the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Im told different things from each agent I talked to. *** does whooe work days trying to take to the reps. they often dont understand me, Ive been hung up on tips to call a number and i get the same messages and have to wait again, *** tried messaging them and thats when worse. they ask for information that i had to look up and find the box and sensors that didnt work and give them all kinds of i fotmaton. I had to work and called back - the whole mess starts over again from scratch, and again they say different things. Youd think theyd keep a record of you calls and messages. they keep none its always start from scratch. This had been a big waist of my money and time. Ive lost days trying to get things fixed and get ky easy new replacement that is an utter lie. they even tried to tell me once that I bought my sensors out of the country (usa) i purchased them with a prescription in a CVS pharmacy on the east coast of the united states. this company feels like one big scam : be careful the time trying to find out whats wrong and why a sensor isnt working right *** all the issues with them, Its dangerous for your health when you need. to know your blood sugar readings on a daily consistand basis.
