  The gentleman from the ********* globle area. I believe his name was **** and his son did amazing work on my shower remodel. They said it was a 2 day project but it was done in a day and you wouldn't know they were there and my shower is amazing. *************, I love it. They cleaned up and didn't mind me being nosy and keeping an eye on thing as they moved along. Thank you so much for a job well done.

  Matrix did a great job on our basement remodel. Everything was completed on time and very professional. Would recommend to anyone looking to finish their basement.

  We are very happy with our basement remodel. Everyone was so professional, timely and courteous. Our project manager was very patient and explained the work every step of the way and answered all our questions. The basement looks great and we highly recommend Matrix Home Solutions to anyone considering a basement remodel!

  Matrix has been great to deal with from the first meeting to the final inspections. *** was our field manager and always kept us updated. One of the best things about working with Matrix is the Builder App that is used to communicate with them and to know every step of the way the progress being made and the calendar of when all the respective people (plumbers, carpenters, electricians, inspectors, etc) were coming out.They are extremely responsive! Thank you for doing such a great job on our basement remodel!!

  We love Matrix! We were so happy with the work performed by Matrix and the team. Our project manager, *********************** was AMAZING. What I loved most about him was his helpfulness, his willingness to work with **, his open and honest communication and his responsiveness were exactly what we needed especially during those moments when the project became a bit challenging. His standards were beyond exceptional. He cared about us and wanted to make sure the work done met Matrix excellent standards.We also want to make sure we recognize ******* and *****, who are also part of the Matrix team. I dont know what I would do without them. ******* was my go to whenever I had questions or needed help. She kept me up-to-date with the schedule and was clearly the link to Matrix, the subcontracts and **. She is like an air-traffic-controller; I cant imagine how difficult it is to manage project after project and yet, she kept such a positive attitude; by far she was the kindest and the most phenomenal person I met. She deserves the highest of praise and recognition. GIVE HER A RAISE MATRIX! She is definitely your front door and represents you well!As for *****, the ********* Chefs kiss! His skills are remarkable and his attention to detail was extraordinary and went above and beyond to make sure the basement finish was as we expected and he even gave us some great ideas!Lastly, I want to recognize ****** the electrician (and his crew)! His level of service is unmatched. He is professional, a great communicator, and he cares about his clients. Thank you, ******, for everything that you did for us. Without question, Matrix is who you want to finish your basement or perform any remodeling project. Thank you, Matrix, for everything.

  We had a completely unfinished basement at the start of our conversations with Matrix. We started conversations in January 2023 and our project was fully completed by the beginning of May 2023. The contractors they used were extremely professional, courteous, and on time.I highly recommend using Matrix for any project as their communication is top notch and they make it incredibly easy on the homeowners.

  We gave Matrix a deposit, and they opened a line of credit in my husband's name with the promise of a bathroom that would suit our wants/needs and did not deliver. The plans for the shower looked amazing, but the plans for the rest of the bathroom were underwhelming. We didn't like the materials offered, they did not install double vanities/sinks, and the tub they wanted to sell us is too shallow. Additionally, we were told the electrical work involved would be outside their scope of work. We tried to cancel the project, outside the 72 hour window. They have kept our deposit, and the line of credit is still open. To date, no goods or services have changed hands, and they have not communicated with us regarding this issue.
