  Hi, I am getting my basement remodeled by Matrix and it has been an unbelievably pain free and pleasant experience. I am thrilled with the quality, timeliness and communication. The workers entering my home have been respectful of my floors, dog and overall work space. They have been professional and very efficient. The quality of the work has surpassed my expectations.I work outside of the home every day, so the online ************ website has been a game changer. I can see the schedule, pictures, and invoices, and I can send and receive messages. When I told my field Manager, *** (phenomenal) that a worker's car was blocking a neighbor's mailbox, I took a picture, posted it on the site, and *** sent a note immediately to move the car to an approved spot. I am very glad I went with Matrix.

  We had our basement finished by Matrix, and could not be more pleased. We can definitely say that, our expectations were exceeded!From initial contact to completion, the Matrix staff and various tradespeople were phenomenal. The quality of work is exceptional. There was an obvious pride of workmanship, something that is not so common these days.We would not hesitate to recommend Matrix.

  Great experience. If you are on the fence about using Matrix as a professional service, get off the fence and do it. You get what you pay for applies to this experience. After getting past the Sales visit, I was impressed with the professional approach to the project. Matrix provides professional detailed drawings for review and access to a site that has comprehensive information on the project. I particularly liked the project scheduler, ***** chart view of the project. It allowed me to plan ahead and work my schedule around planned work. All the trades that came through had Matrix logo uniforms. Truly an impressive group of people, each one really experienced and thorough in their work. One of the best things about Matrix is the Project Manager that is assigned to the work. I don't have to do much besides opening the door each day for the trades to come in. If I have a question, a concern, I take it up with the project manager and it gets resolved. Just like that. I paid for peace of mind; that each trade did their job correctly and to code. I don't work in construction, so I wanted a professional to handle the permits, the scheduling of trades, the deconfliction of materials, inspections, and 100 other decisions that are required. I am very happy with the results and the project went much smoother than I imagined. The only CON I can think of, is the initial Sales visit. The salesman was professional and polite, but I personally don't like the pretend phone call to some manager to get a lower price. That's probably a ************ strategy, but it felt too much like a used car dealership. Stop doing that, just give people a realistic price from the beginning.Again, I am very happy with Matrix and my basement results! I would use Matrix again if I decided to move somewhere that needed a basement finish.

  We had Matrix finish our basement and put in a full bath. The project did take longer than was projected, we were told end of December but its now the end of February. There were some hiccups along the way that delayed the project. However, our project manager was always in contact with us and helpful throughout, letting us know what was happening and when. Also, our carpet got paint on it and Matrix had the carpet replaced and the painters come back for touch **** The app made it easy to see when things were happening and there were progress photos. With the warranty in place for the floors and walls, my husband and I are glad we went with them.

  I have nothing but great things to say about our experience working with Matrix Home Solutions. The process was smooth from the very beginning.Everything went up very quickly and we are very happy with the speediness and quality of the work. Thank you to the flooring crew, it looks amazing! ******* was one of the hardest workers Ive ever seen not only with this project but in general. He came to do the walls, doors, trim, etc. He went above and beyond what we could have imagined. ******* was very clear on what his plans were for his work, gave me education on what looks best based on his experience, and always encouraged us not to be shy about pointing things out if they needed to be touched up because he truly wanted customer satisfaction (even if it created more work for him.) He was incredibly respectful coming into our home, very approachable, and professional. Thank you, *******, your hard work really made the whole thing come together at the very end! **** the field manager! **** was amazing to work with! He was always looking out for the best interest of the customers. **** came frequently to check status of the project while ensuring everything was meeting our desires. **** was always clear on communication and getting back to us with whatever questions we had. He was very dependable and always went above and beyond in his work. He was flexible with and changes we threw at him and always encouraging us to share our thoughts. **** is incredibly professional, has a lot of knowledge, experience, and thought outside of the box. I also appreciate that he was able to look at things and catch the original plans and how it may impact our home life moving forward. There were things that **** did not have to do for us but was more than willing and we truly could not have asked for a better filed manager to work with.Thank you to everyone who came to complete our dream basement! We are very glad we used Matrix Home Solutions to complete this project.

  While my basement was being completed they were completely nice and professional and i had no complaints. My basement was finished 12/06/2022 and 1/19/23 we had heavy rain which flooded the basement. After having a plumber come and figure the issue out i was told that floor leveling concrete was in the drain. So after calling my site manager and he comes to see the problem he confirms that concrete was dumped in the drain but it was flushed out. The plumber showed him all of the concrete that was in the drain and that it was not flushed properly. My site manager takes pictures tells me he will talk to the office and get back in touch with me. After three days of no communication i reach out and my number is blocked, each time i call it is going to voice mail.

  We hired Matrix to finish our basement. We've never undergone a project like this but we felt confident that we were in good hands. We had positive experience from beginning to end. ***, our project manager was great - always accessible to answer questions and just a solid guy! **** and ****** were also great to work with. You could tell they were very knowledgeable in their trades and they were extremely thorough. One of my favorite things about the experience was the app that they use for the project. They have the project dates laid out in advance (carpentry, electrical, drywall, flooring, paint - even when materials would be delivered). It was so helpful knowing exactly what work was taking place each day AND they stuck to the schedule with no delays. I have already referred them to several neighbors and friends. Again - a shout out to ***, ****, ****** and the entire team.
