  Very impressive! Matrix did a fantastic job turning our basement around. They are very organized and responsive. Everyone they sent over to complete each task has been a true pleasure to work with. Our project managers, ****** and ***, have been on top of every step. We cant wait to start using our new basement and fully utilizing our house.

  We loved working with ***** during our initial design consultation. He quickly and efficiently created a stunning design that we absolutely adored.Our project manager, ******, was exceptional. The quality products were a major selling point for us. We appreciated the professional expertise and full-service approach of the team. Everyone involved was excellent, and we found the BuilderTrend calendar to be very helpful.Basements are clearly their specialty, and we would highly recommend them for future projects.

  The Builder Trend app was fantastic. We were impressed that no other company offered the same thing when we were shopping around. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Everyone was so nice and walked us through all steps and worked with our schedule!Matrix kept to the schedule they promised us. It was a 5-star experience. Highly recommend!!

  Matrix sales were phenomenal. Salesperson was knowledgeable about their product across all platforms, came ready with samples and photos, worked with us to advise where we could bring the cost down (purchase our own toilet/sink/vanity/hardware, do the painting ourselves).Matrix secured the village permit and sent all supplies to our home before work was scheduled to begin.On-site delivery people were friendly and conscientious of me securing my pet before propping the door open so she didnt bolt.***, our project manager, was responsive to questions and notified us of changes in the schedule along the way. He was on site at least weekly to monitor progress and post update photos in Buildertrend.Throughout the process, there were some hiccups. Communication with the office and about delays were slow to be relayed to us. This was especially noticeable when one of our support posts could not be encased in the wall as on the plans. Matrix proceeded with framing out the change and on with moving the wall a few feet prior to notifying us a change would be necessary or discussing alternative options.*****, our *********, was diligent and very attentive to detail. I was particularly nervous about how the ceiling would look painted black with the crown molding framing out all the walls. Not only did it look fantastic when completed, he was the only contractor that finished a day ahead of his schedule.Overall, Matrix completed high-quality work from beginning to end. Their app was useful to be able to see what was scheduled and photos of completed work. Every one of the probably ***** people that were here were polite and careful not to dirty/damage my property as they came and went and moved equipment.

  I have enjoyed working with *** and the Matrix team on our basement renovation! Mostly, everyone was punctual and arrived on the days scheduled in the Buildertrend app. *** was responsive and helpful when delays or issues came up, and the team worked tirelessly to get things done on time and with precision. Would definitely recommend using them!
