WOW!!! This makes me feel a little betterwe are not the only ones dealing with this! We canceled our account with these folks at the beginning of the year. They continue to send statements and are now in collections! Don't waste your time with these people (or robots)!! You can't get through to anyone!Stericycle, Inc.

This has been the most frustrating situation to deal with. I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding our services. We signed up for services but called to cancel immediately after two weeks of waiting for proper containers to operate. Despite several calls and long waits on the phone to reach a manager, our concerns have yet to be properly addressed. I hope this review makes any administrator aware of the ongoing problems with their customer service.Stericycle, Inc.

I would provide negative stars if possible. I cannot believe the incompetence of this company in scheduling properly and making proper annotations to my account. Very disappointed indeed. It seems to have gotten worse over the last year. I have repeatedly tried to reach out to someone to discuss my account without any resolution. I am routed to a call center outside of the Untied States that does not have the ability (or authority) to do anything else except apologize. I have to call them once or twice a month as they do NOT honor my contract schedule as they should. I will be speaking to someone at my company today to explore other options. This is a terrible company to deal with. We have been fighting to get our account credited since February and now they have sent our account to collections! Whenever you call, you can never speak to a manager, they are all overseas, and they keep you on hold forever. Any medical office that needs sharps/medical waste disposal should look elsewhere!Stericycle, Inc.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They were terrible when I used their services.... never arrived for pickups on proper days, over billed and talking to anyone there gets you nowhere. It took me a year to finally get them to stop sending me bills after our contract expired and they continued to force their service by sending drivers for unshceduled pickups. Now, even after receiving a cancellation letter, they are sending me new bills and pick up slips for another office in our name!!!! Supervisors never call you back. They put me into collections and I do not even have an account anymore with this awful company! SHUT THEM DOWN DO NOT USE STERICYCLE!Stericycle, Inc.

This has to be the worst company that I have dealt with. Tried to contract them for office shredding. I set up the account with the first ****** that I spoke with, he told me the local office would call me back to schedule. I reached back out after a while to see if I could schedule due to not hearing from them yet. I was told no, I have to wait for the office to call me.The local office never confirmed anything with me. One day I get a call from the driver saying he was on the way. I proceeded to let him know that is not correct because I never confirmed a date and/or time with anyone from the local office. His response..."they always do this". They proceeded to close out my ticket and try to charge me for their error. How do you just put someone on the schedule without confirming with the customer?I called twice and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no on multiple occasions. I was told they would put in a request for the local office to call me. Guess what, no call, just collection emails. We don't do business like this and we don't expect for businesses to treat customers like this either. This is a joke of a company that only cares about themselves and not about the customer.Stericycle, Inc.

After viewing the excessive amount of reviews, it appears we are not the only office dealing with this company. Our office canceled our contract with Stericycle in December of 2021. Documentation is there, we have called, we have names of people we spoke to the date, time ect. we are still receiving statements and collection letters even after numerous communications. STERICYCLE PLEASE STOP HARRASSING AND SENDING STATEMENTS!!! Our account was canceled YEARS ago. Shocked that they have not improved this department with all that is on the internet and BBB about them.Stericycle, Inc.

Stericycle has fraudulently sent invoices to multiple people in our company trying to get us to pay them "past due" invoices. They can never provide proof of said invoices. We closed our account 2 years ago. When we tell them we will not be paying, they wait about 2 months and try again with a different person in the company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. There are other companies in local areas that employee special needs employees. I recommend you do some research. I would leave zero stars if I could!Stericycle, Inc.

DON'T DO IT! This company has been the most inept, unprofessional company that I've ever tried to do business with! In June of 2024, I decided to set service up with them, instead of Sharps by Mail. I arranged for service to start in July. I was told that I would be contacted for the day/time of service. I never was. I had to reach out to them to arrange service (they were quick to take my money though). On the day of supposed service, they didn't show up. After being left waiting, I called and was told that they rescheduled service to a day when I wouldn't be there. Immediately, I recognized that this would not work for me, so I requested a cancellation of my account and a refund, since they never performed service. They initially tried to tell me that I'm not eligible for a refund, as I'm paying for a subscription. Long story short, I kept pressing. I was told that I would be contacted by another department who would facilitate this. It took a freakin month for someone to contact me. She assured me that my account would be cancelled and I would receive my refund within a month. As of 9/30/24, I still have nothing and to boot, I'm still receiving invoices and collection notices! Apparently, it was sent to the collections department, who I've had the unpleasure of emailing with and was told that yes, they've determined that I do qualify for a refund and to sign up for an account on their website again and enter my payment info, so they can issue an electronic refund. If I prefer a mailed check, a $25 fee check fee would apply. I told them hello no, I'm not putting my payment info back in, as clearly, they would have continued to charge me 2 more times (evidenced by the continued invoices) and that they only way I would accept the refund is by check for the full refund of what I paid with no fee taken out. It's been a week now and still no response from them. This company is an absolute joke!Stericycle, Inc.
