If we could put 0 stars we would. As a ************** it is a priority to have our medical waste handled appropriately and removed in a timely manner. SteriCycle continuously fails to show up for their scheduled pick up dates, and does not call the office back to reschedule pick up. However, they continue to expect payment and do not see their lack of service as a breach of contact.From a customer services perspective they are terrible. All of their calls are routed to international call centers with representatives reading off a script, unable to answer questions or connect you to the appropriate department. We are continuously told our issues are "escalated" and a customer service representative will contact us immediately, however no return calls are ever received. This company has locked numerous medical and dental practices into binding contracts while not delivering on promised services. Doctors and Dentists should avoid working with SteriCycle.Stericycle, Inc.

Have been attempting to transfer service over since I bought a new office. It has been weeks with no resolution. I have spent hours on the phone with this company and waited for callbacks from managers. Still no resolution. Im so frustrated with this company, ** considering terminating the contract and paying the $750 penalty instead of continuing trying to deal with them.Stericycle, Inc.

This company seems to be a scam! I have paid for my Medical Waste to be picked up & they never came. I constantly call & the only answer is they are unable to reach the local office. My facility is smelling because of the Medical waste build up. I asked to speak to the ***************** have been no help. I do not recommend Stericycle at all! Im very frustrated & irritated. They are very unprofessional & they are all trained to say the same thing. Do not use them!!!Stericycle, Inc.

They have the worst customer service. They started billing me for a different company through email. When I let them know that they had my email associated with this other company they said they could not take it off without ME getting consent from this other company. I let them know that this was their mistake to fix. They finally did take my email off this other company but I then figured out that I had paid 2 of their bills. I requested a refund and provided them with copies of the cleared checks as well as the bills that had been sent to me. That was 10/2023. Since then I have spent countless hours on the phone asking them to refund me. The same answer every time- we will escalate your ticket blah blah blah. I ask for a manager- always in a meeting. I ask for a call back, never not once got a call back. It is now May 2024 and I still have no resolution. They don't answer back to emails. It is beyond ridiculous what this company has put me through!Stericycle, Inc.

Mystericycle is the customer portal. The previous portal showed dates for future picks but you had to log off and log in to see your pickup dates. The new portal only shows the next 4-weeks and often Stericycle will come to pick up Regulated Waste even if you are not on the schedule. Customer engagement is lousy and built upon over-charging customers. Rip-off.Stericycle, Inc.

HORRIBLE!i signed a contract in 2020. the guy lied about everything and told me i had pickups per my request. after he left i started getting monthy pick **** i called customer service and they told he had gotten fired. i then talked to someone that sad they would change my contract to 2 years instead of 5. shortly after i emailed and he informed me he was not able to and to call adn put the account on hold every year until the contract ends. i did that for 4 years. now they are telling me i cant i have showed them emails and they do not care.this is the worst company ever. please stay away.i ahve their boxes sealed in the back of my office. they charge me for a montly pickup and no one even comes into the office.Stericycle, Inc.

We were contracted with Stericycle for hazardous medical waste pickup two times per year. They showed up once in April 2023, then claimed they attempted a pickup on 12/5/2023. Our office has never been open on a Tuesday, we never scheduled for a Tuesday pickup. When I called, I got an overseas representative who rescheduled the pickup for 12/22/27. Stericycle never showed up for this pickup. When I called, again speaking with an overseas representative, she offered to reschedule it for ******** The offer was declined and a refund of $315 was requested. The refund was approved (although we have not received the refund as of 3/21/24). We paid $630 per office (2 offices) for 2024. We did receive a pickup in our second office in March 2024, but still no pickup for our first office. We are now tripping over hazardous waste bags because we have nowhere to put them! I requested a refund of $630 for our first office for the 2024 contract and asked to cancel both contracts. Someone from a U.S. based office called today to tell us that we would now be charged an early termination fee for cancelling, yet they can not seem to fulfill the contract, so we have to pay for nothing. We have already contracted with another company (that is $168/year cheaper than Stericycle) and we are on a month-to-month agreement. I do NOT recommend Stericycle to any business because they do not fulfill their contracts!Stericycle, Inc.

I had Stericycle services for three years for my company. During the three years they often missed pick *** and did not follow up to reschedule. I sold my company back in 10/23, and canceled my contract 8/23. I am still receiving bills and collections notices even though the contract has been canceled and I have written proof of the cancelation. I have contacted Stericycle by mail/email/phone several times to have this corrected and every time I receive the same response our contract specialist has been notified and they will correct the problem. Well its not fixed yet. Terrible business practice. Id appreciate some help from Stericycle to fix this problem. If you need services for waste pick up, do not use them!!!! I have been dealing with this company for 16 years. When stericycle and Shred it merged it messed up our payments. They cannot find payments We are getting collection notices all the time. This has been going on almost a year and a half. We have to send proof of payment every couple of months from our bank. They refuse to let me out of our contract despite not being able to fix the problem. Compared to other companies i have been researching, they overcharge as well. Do yourself a favor stay away from this company!Stericycle, Inc.
