      NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE HIGH STRESS SITUATIONS It seems we are all experiencing the same "non-service, no response, high priced scam"We have called several times for pick up of waste, spoke with several people who arent able to help, transferred to different departments only to be able to leave a message that no one returns, and left completely frustrated and out a whole lot of money for nothing in return!! HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO STILL BE IN BUSINESS?!?!? We have been trying to get a pick up since the end of October. Every time we call we have to give them our business hours and days of operation. We tell them we are not open on Fridays. They attempted to pick up on Friday January 26. We have called three times since then, got the run around and finally today I get a letter from them simply stating that they tried to make a pick up on January 26 and no one was there!!

      I have never encountered a company quite like Stericylce. I am very displeased and implore you to never use this company. They provide ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been requesting to cancel my account with them since October 2023. Tomorrow is March 1, 2024. An Account Rep reached out to me in December Below is the correspondence:*12/5/2023 5:37pm Hi,Please reply to this email me to inform me if services have been rendered.Best,Tierra *************************** Inside Sales - RWCS *12/6/2023 8:34AM ****** **** Services last rendered in October. I contacted a Rep in NOVEMBER to discuss an error in our billing, and a request to cancel our services. She stated that she would have my account rep reach out to me.Are you the account rep I am waiting for?--***** Office Administrator *12/6/2023 9:21am **** I am reaching out to see if we have rendered services. Cancellation is a 60-day process. If the cancellation is due to Services issues and have not been resolved, it is a 30-day process. Therefore, I need to know if we have picked up waste.Best,Tierra *************************** Inside Sales - RWCS It has now been 85 days with ZERO RESPONSE!!I have an outstanding balance of over $500 for services that were never rendered. I am unable to open the invoice online to view what I am being billed for. Yes, all past invoices and contracts were paid for.

      This may be the worst company i have ever dealt with. They put you into a long term contract without your knowing it, increase your bill every chance they get and refuse to answer you. Then, they send you "collection notices" out of the blue for bills you never got. What a complete ripoff. How do I give zero stars?

      A disgrace of an organization. Company structure seems intentionally compartmentalized to prevent customers from reaching "supervisors" who may provide any measure of support. Employees on the sales side of the business are, of course, cordial and helpful (how I reach supervisors now). The customer service side of the operation is via a ********** call center, and despite their pleasant demeanor, these individuals have no actual ability to resolve matters, and are clearly scripted. This again speaks to the very effective way Stericycle sequesters leadership from their customers.After Stericycle stopped collecting regulated medical waste from our facility (with our accounting in good standing) I was told in order to severe the contract we would be held to 50% of the cost within the balance of the contract. This would be fine were it not for the fact pick-*** became a problem 3 months into a 5 year contract. It is a shame in this day and age to see what could be a great **************** conduct itself in such a deceitful and harmful way.

      The onsite employees who ************** are very professional and they show up as scheduled - it's the customer service that drives me nuts. Everything is routed to a call center and you can rarely get in touch with your local office. To request anything, any change of service/schedule, you have to go through them, and they route it through the local office. Then you have to wait for an email to confirm the change you requested - or call back to request again. You can never talk to the local office directly. I have been requesting SEVERAL times that some of our small bins be replaced with larger ones since we occasionally overflow in-between visits. I get promotional emails from the Inside Sales Rep occasionally and have tried to get in touch with them to help me - I sometimes get a response but no real follow-through. So frustrating.

      These people are horrible. Look at their rating: 1.05/5 at the time of this review.We cancelled their services 6/1/23 (Have an email to prove it) and continue to get billed for services not rendered.I am writing this while on hold with their ****************** who refused to refer me to an account specialist ("it is not allowed") or to a supervisor. I was on hold for 33 minutes. They confirmed that my account was cancelled as above and cannot give me a reason for subsequent bills including one for THIS month (January) when they have not been providing any service.They simply refuse to go away.

      I totally agree with all of the reviews listed! THIS IS THE BIGGEST NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH ! They make it impossible to get through to anyone! When you finally get through to anyone it is in the Phillippines who have no clue what to do!They made me sign a 4 year contract, which the representative had mentioned that I could get out of when I signed and not to worry ! Now with the frustration of the lack of service to get anything done with this company, I want to get out- they want me to pay out the entire contract! I have tried to call their customer service and left messages for the supervisors but no one gets back! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!! There are many other medical waste companies that are a million times better who I use for my other locations!
