I was getting off work and I was pulling out of my parking space and a driver sped up and leaned my way and crashed into me before I could reverse my head hit my steering wheel very bad and I got very very bad whiplash?? I tried 2 talk with the driver 2 share info but all I smelled was weed and seen a underaged girl driving I was so hurt that before I could get the plates they drove off and I went back into work and asked **** for the camera footage of the accident from the outdoor camera and he said it doesnt work?? then I caught him in a lie saying that h*** only provide it 2 the ********* police so I could catch the criminals or make a claim. I was later let go from my receptionist job aswell as I had 2 cameras me into work that same week?? it was at the *********, **** location off of ************************ in ********* **** I would like 2 have that camera footage as an employee I felt that was my right. Something needs 2 be done about the staff its horrible how they treat people aswell as employees???? I had 2 get a new transmission put in my suv aswell as my suv makes all sort of noises now????Initial Complaint

So I went to donate plasma at this center biolife and was just about done and noticed a flap of my shirt was over the spot poked with a needle. I didn't know it happened and didn't know this was an issue no one ever told me ever anything. Yet I was treated like a criminal. They couldn't use the plasma and that I would not get paid was told by the nurse I would not get paid. I was then told I had to wait 30 minutes more in top of the already 2 hours I had to wait to get served so no money I am not waiting to be treated so poorly. Then the nurse told me that she would cause me not to ever donate at any other plasma center ever again. I thought this to be even more punishment. I am deeply disturbed and angry that I spent 3 hours there and didn't get compensated along with a few weeks back three woman poked me and I did not get to go for a whole because of the bruising making me miss out on the promotion I was on. And when I asked about and hoping they would fix it I was made to donate 2 more times to get a measly 40 dollars I want t9 get paid for my donations and to make all of th3 workers to classes for their bedside manner.Initial Complaint

I went to donate plasma at the ******** location in **********. A new employee in training attempted to insert a needle in my left arm but couldnt find a vein. A more experienced professional then took over and used my right arm, despite my preference to use my left arm for the donation.After taking 645 mL of my blood, the employee said the machine was not extracting properly. My arm started bleeding, and, to my horror, the nurse they called for assistance refused to return my red blood cells. I told them I did not consent to a blood donation, but the nurse insisted they wouldnt attempt to return my red cells or reinsert the needle. If the first, inexperienced employee hadnt missed the vein, I wouldnt have ended up with both arms poked and this entire situation.The issue is they took well above the amount permitted by law in **********. For someone of my height and weight, the limit should not exceed *********************************************************************** unable to return for further donations for an entire month.This experience was highly unprofessional, and I feel exploited and deceived, as I never consented to a blood donation.Initial Complaint

On November 17th, 2024 I went up to BioLife plasma service to donate plasma, Im still a new donor & new donors earn up to $800 dollars; I only donated 4 times. Yesterday as I was donating & I got done They told me theres a problem with their system & that itll take an hour or 2. I got done donating around 5pm, once I left the building time started going by & hours started passing I noticed no money hit my account & multiple people has had this problem because when I was up there before I left I kept seeing people coming back. People even went the farthest to ask me if I got paid yet, which I stated no, not yet. They are closed on **************** open on Tuesday at 6AM. I was suppose to receive $100 after I donated but instead I only received $40 as of today; November 18th, 2024. I donated a lot of ***************************** even took a lot of plasma from me just for me to not get paid? Thats not cool at all. On Friday November 8, 2024, at approximately 9:15am, while at BioLife Plasma *************** at **************************************************, ************** ), the medical screener lady had said that my heart rate of 103 was to high, and to wait 10 minutes to be checked again. While sitting and waiting, the facilities nurse walked by and I asked her about the issue, and she said that it could be a ************* that is causing the problem. I then told her that I think that the problem is cause by objects that are illegally implanted in my body without my consent while incarcerated in ******** prisons. We then went into her office to further discuss the matter, and I had reminded her that we have had a discussion about this some time ago. Her and another nurse had me to sign medical release forms, so that they can see if me having objects illegally implanted in my body had came back from X-rays exams were negative, because they said that certain implants may deter me from donating plasma. On November 14, 2024, I showed the nurses my medical records, and she saw where the doctor had said that I was paranoid and hallucinogen, and had referred me to see a psych doctor, and I denied that request. I had told the nurses that me having pains in my body from what I believe are micro-chips or some other type of implants, has nothing to do with being examined by a psychiatrist. This one nurse ignored what the doctor said above, and gave me another form to have my doctor to fill out that is asking questions about mental health treatments and medications. However, the information that was put in my medical records about me having paranoid and hallucinogen problems, is false and are not supposed by evidence showing what I had actually did for her to come to such diagnosis, and she based her decision on me complaining of having pains in my body that may be caused by implants, and she is NOT a certified psychologist. I go to BioLife to donate plasma I mainly donate because towards the end of my moms life she went weekly to get this and feel better. I come to her its close to my house and yes you get paid which is cool. So recently I noticed its hard to pass pre check saying heart rate is too high . Usually this happens at the end of the week when I have already donated once, so when the bigger amount is up they kinda dont care it seems like come back next week most of your nurses are pretty cool and nice There is one nurse named ******* that is very rude and seems like she doesnt like her job. You should definitely look into this location as I see that there are alot of complaints and I heard that this location does alot less than others. A worker that was doing my thing when I was sitting down said they work in ********* and they do three times as much at that location.I just left BioLife and my heart rate was 106 And I dont wanna donate plasma anymore because why is it so hard to try to help people. I am also going to make a complaint on the website for BioLife regarding this. I feel the staff needs to be trained better and also the nurses need to be trained and sympathy, empathy and being polite to customers because it seems like they feel theyre too good because their nurses and they dont know how to respect other people, especially ******* at the ***************** location.Initial Complaint

I scheduled an appointment to donate blood plasma with BioLife on November 7th, 2024. The location of the clinic is *************************************************************. However, I left messages at this office for them to call me back because I needed some info before my visit. They never did. I also submitted two online forms requesting more info. I am a medically challenged senior citizen. I am 68 years old and suffer from 1) Cardiovascular, 2) ***********, 3) Diabetes and Hypertension. Firstly BioLife should have had alerted me that if I have common medical conditions like insulin dependent diabetes, and cardiovascular I would not be qualified to donate plasma. From the pre-screening info they sent me, they did not raise these red flags. This should be basic. They never responded to any of my voice messages or emails. They are very unprofessional and unethical. I had to take **** transportation both ways which they refused to reimburse me. Had they shared this relevant info on their website, I would not have gone to this appointment only to be told I can't donate Plasma. Given my dire economic circumstances, the financial incentive being offered was excellent and timely. As such, I am very stressed and disappointed with this overall experience. If I do not receive suitable financial compensation from BioLife, I will sue them.Initial Complaint

On September 22, 2024 I waited 2 hours to donate my plasma. The phlebotomist stuck my arm wrong, She told Me I dont want to hurt you anymore, you will be fully compensated. I left, I noticed the money was not on my card. I went back into the plasma center to verify I would receive my funds. The front desk and manager on duty said I would receive my full compensation, that they were busy and behind. I have not ever received my money, I asked to speak to the manager on my next visit.Makylah, which I told Her about my missing funds. She told Me she would look into, but I probably wouldnt get my funds because it was a month later. I was out of town, I called their office never to be answered nor did I get a response when I filed a complaint with the corporate office. I would like the money I am entitled to receive and I would like to make a complaint that the way are not changing their hand gloves between the initial donor daily intake. They are handling blood with out consistently changing gloves, unless you demand proper hygiene, its not happening.
