      I placed an online order for pickup of groceries and Within a couple of hours, I got a message saying that my pickup was moved to the next day. When I got off work I went to the store and told them I would do the shopping myself because I needed it for the next morning. The manager assured me she would refund my money the next morning for what I had already paid online. That was on Dec 9 and I still do not have my refund. I desperately need it since we are in the middle of the holiday season and I am thoroughly disgusted with Aldi for the way they managed this.

      I am on SSDisability and just 7 weeks ago had Major Surgery on My Back!!! I am unable to go out shopping or anything else for that matter!! I always use ******* for their delivery because I NEVER have a Problem. Unfortunately I could not reactivate my card due to Technical Difficulties. I just came home from the hospital and needed groceries!! Ive used Instacart before with no problems. I placed my order then cancelled it because I had forgotten a few things!! I reordered the same thing. That Monday Dec 11 at 1pm I received my order but 2 items were missing. The Same Day at 2 Something the exact same order came in & I explained to the girl I had already received my order except 2 missing items!!! At 3:15 the Exact Day The Exact same thing happened!! I received 3 of the exact same orders !! Ive been trying to file a Dispute with Aldi to get my money back but ** getting nowhere. Please help me!!

      I placed my curbside order at 9:00am. I showed up at 12:00 and I was told my order was not ready. i was promised my order would be ready between ***** pm. It is now almost 4:30 and my order still isnt ready. This is less than the customer service i expect from **********************.

      I have been waiting since 6:33am. for them to shop my order. They finally shopped it at 12:15 pm finished at 1pm and now I'm waiting for them to deliver the groceries. I have spoken with Instacart and now I'm on the phone with Aldi to check where my order is. It just states will deliver it today. The shopper will not respond to my texts. I'm very angry and now Aldi is sending me back to Instacart. I will never shop here again.

      Hello my order is 0154-8452-0524-3656.I have tried to call and email customer service with little to no help and I do apologize that it's took me a few months to contact your company back but unfortunately I had death in family and just now sitting down to check my bank accounts and etc. I noticed I never got my full refund from your company. You did issue a 25 dollar refund but my whole order was suppose to be refunded due to not receiving my items. I would appreciate some help with this. Thank you very much.

      Discriminatory behavior by Aldi manager, complaint filed, Aldi unresponsive. Senior citizen parents went in to local Aldi store a month ago to return items well within Twice as Nice policy but were refused. They had to spend time and effort to carry items to the store, where the disgruntled Manager refused on the basis of expiry date. Ironically, the items were not expired and were bought recently along with a receipt.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      There were no calls received from ALDI or ALDI corporate as per caller ID. There was a call from blocked number outisde of business hours, very early in the AM, with absolutely no record or voice message left. I have called back more than 4x in the week and my calls have not been addressed and pnly given general customer service lines (of which I have 3-4 phone numbers as well) but was not given a direct line or call back number. I even provided the option to email me, as record of communication.

      Others who have face similar mistreatment along myself have filed with the appopriate agencies as well, however ALDI has yet to ackowldege the matter. The store staff (******) along with manager (on 12/4 and 12/17) have both engaged in condescending, discriminatory behavior that clearly defies equal opportunity and continuing to do so for more than 2 hours is unacceptable. It is preposterous that ALDI cannot even succefuully call back or communicate within 2 weeks and places burden of proof on the consumer entirely.

      I placed an order with ALDI via DoorDash on 11/1/23. The total estimate I approved for the order was $55.85. I was at home sick with the flu and didnt notice until Friday, November 3 that the total for my order was adjusted to ******! I looked at the receipt once I got the email notification and saw that Id been charged $203.51 for a 9.5 lb. frozen butterball turkey!!! I called CapitalOne & was given a conditional credit for the overcharge - that was reversed because ******** keeps sending in a receipt showing that the turkey cost $203.51. *********** then advised me to report Aldi and Doordash for credit card. ********************************* have non-US customer service people who don't understand the prices of turkeys in the US. I NEED SOMEONE TO HEAR ME AND APPLY COMMON SENSE! A 9.5lb FROZEN TURKEY FROM ALDI DOES NOT COST $200!!! I have attached screen shots of the receipt sent from Doordash, along with the ACTUAL TURKEY reflecting the correct price. Capital1 and spoke to a woman named *** here in the US. I explained the situation to her and she advised me to go to Aldi and have the manager weigh the turkey which I did. Turns out the turkey was only 9 1/2 pounds and only $1.59 per pound and the actual price is $15.12 - not $203.51. I have uploaded a picture of the turkey with the actual price I shouldve been charged by Aldi. I hope someone can see this overcharge and understand that it is a ridiculous mistake, but I cant seem to get through to anybody at DoorDash or *********** and make them understand or correct this egregious error! I hope you will investigate this matter and obtain my rightful refund (credit back to my credit card ending in ****). Thank you.*************************** ************.
