      I placed an order 0155-2551-0552-3115 and was given incorrect order at the store. I emailed customer service, tried calling and took over 12 hours to have an email sent to me. I have been given so many answers by your agents and almost all of them have promised me a refund which hasnt been done. i feel i have been lied to and so upset over all of this

      that is unfair, unacceptabe and definitely not accurate!! I personally have never shopped online with this company!! My last name is ****** and these bags i was given even displays another name! This clearly isnt my order, if we cant fix this i will be seeking legal because i feel accused of sonething highly not accurate, the proof is right here and i was already informed this would of been took care of.

      I'm a regular shopper of Store #1 in ******* on ************** in *******. I am a loyal customer. So the store's behavior recently was disconcerting. The cashier, Destiny, did not scan all my items despite that I clearly organized them on the conveyor. So I brought it to her attention, noting that most of my items had not been scanned. I had a credit card 10% promotion for a single transaction at Aldi's, so I wanted to take advantage of it. I asked Destiny to please correct the matter and charge all items together. She refused or claimed she couldn't. She resisted assisting in a caring way. Manager, ********, was called it. He was most unkind, replying that 'what's the big deal, saving 10%?" He humiliated me in public and scolded me, making me feel that I was doing wrong. I was just trying to work with him to correct the mistake. I remarked that mistakes happen, and I wasn't upset, but just needed to correct their mistake. Again, he scolded me in front of others. And made me feel bad and the ******. With prodding and pleaing, he attempted to fix the issue, but not completely. He demanded that I apologize to him and thank him. How absurd and unkind. He handled it poorly, and I was overcharged.

      I bought a bag of chopped mixed kale. In the salad I found glass(see picture attached) I already ate a portion of salad and fear I may have injusted so glass along with my wife.

      Hello!First I'd like to thank you for such a great grocery store, with items that I've enjoyed. However, the staff and long lines are not acceptable particularly during the Christmas Holiday. Each time I've visited this store in November and now December, the lines are long and only one person working. Today at approximately, 11:14am I was in line for 26 min and when the other cashier who was on break came back from break she said "next person in line" and I was the next person but I already had 3 items on the belt, so I picked them up and she said NO not you, this man who practically just got in line, and every person in line disagreed with her, and she said, that's how ALDI do and ignored me - it's just so sad we have to deal with people and then people who we're giving our money to. I've visited other Aldi's and this is not true, I've seen the next person in line be checked out. And the Assistant Manager also was there and she just sat there and said she don't know nothing. We live in a predominately black community and the service is awful, everyone, can we have just one of these businesses think about the customer for once.?

      I purchased salad mix on ***** and it was contaminated. I ate it over the course of a week and had terrible diarrhea that entire time. I called customer support on ***** and provided them info and emailed them pictures. I asked for a full refund and $50 for compensation. I emailed them back three times between ***** and today and still haven't received a response about my request.

      My daughter purchased a Huntington Home cordless cyclonic vacuum (Product code ******) in April 2023 for me, which has a 3 year warranty. In October, one of the wheels fell off. I contacted them at ***************) and was told they did not have the wheels. After several calls, I was given a Case #*******. Today, I called and they told me I have to give them a PayPal account address which I do not have. I have had several scam emails stating that my PayPal account is being charged for merchandise that I have never purchased. I have contacted PayPal and they responded that they are investigating however I never hear back from them. I do not want to create an account and have issues with people taking money from me. I am a senior on a fixed income and cannot afford to purchase a new vacuum. Can you please help me?

We spoke with the customer again on November 30th, 2023, and they were offered a $100 ALDI electronic gift card to cover the product's refund, since the supplier did not respond to us, which the customer accepted. Customer was satisfied with our effort to resolve their concern, and they do not require further follow up.       Went to store with their next weeks flyer. Asked for the manager whom I knew as a very nice person.however there was a new manager. I showed him the flyer , pointed at the item in question which were judaica and ask my question . He just look at me and walked away. I went behind him and asked why: his response was- you are weird and left again. Either this guy is an antisemite or has no customer skills. Called ********************** corporate filed a complaint and was told that the ******* manager will call me shortly. No call followed.I called again spent 45 minutes on the phone was refused to speak to the supervisor ******* of regional ******. That s how your company gets a bad image and loses customers and I might say get into trouble.My complaint # is ********

      he was aggressive told lies instead of resolving the situation. I asked him several question like eg which part of aldi ( north or south) owns the us stores . He could not answer the question do he refused. I asked for the mailing address for aldi us legal department. He refused. He said I asked the store manager for his home address !!!!!!!!!! What a lie. He backed up his antisemitic employee. Now I will file a discrimination report which I would have not done if I got an apology from that employee. That is poor management . Maybe the case is closed for him- but he is wrong

      Good morning, I'm *********************** and I am a member of the NAACP's ****************************** for the ************ chapter. Our responsibilities are to ensure that the establishments in our communities throughout the northwest section of Baltimore County are providing stellar customer service. We also have the duty to ensure that people of color, our youth, and other marginalized communities are being recruited and hired for jobs/careers opportunities that they want. On behalf of my committee members, I wanted to voice some concerns I have about the unsatisfactory customer service our residents have continued to receive from the cashiers and associates at the ******************************************************************* location. A lot of the consumers who live in the area have issued complaints to our chapter about the cashiers and store associates not being very approachable or helpful while they are shopping. Even when many of these consumers in our neighborhood request for the assistance of a store manager, nothing changes. Many of the shoppers express to us that the associates just stand around, behave in a rude manner, and ignore them. The shoppers tell us about how there are not enough carts to accommodate the number of consumers who walk in and out of the store and that there are never enough lines open and available for checkouts. It has been relayed to us by the residents that the atmosphere in this store location leaves them with a very uncomfortable feeling. I strongly encourage the corporate office to conduct a serious and thorough investigation into the workplace morale, culture, and diversity within this ALDI location.       I ordered at aldi.com and they delivered instacart but since they make several orders at once I don't know how they put my order in their car everything was in poor condition also missing items rotten damaged I am a disabled person and I can't go to the store and aldi They want me to do it to return damaged things. That's unfair. They should punish those who do their job poorly so they can improve it. Supposedly, delivery services were made to make life easier, not complicate it. It's strange that when you ordered directly on the Instacart app. aldi send better products than when you order at Aldi.com 0154-1140-1222-4510

      I went to Aldi on 11/10/2023. I purchased fresh cod that was 50% off. I opened the package to cook it and found a cod worm. Im 5 months pregnant. Im totally baffled as to why Aldi would discount fish that had worms in it instead of throwing it away?!! I cant even call the store to complain because the phone numbers arent listed. Thank goodness I didnt eat the cod. Im not going to waste my time by going up there again, but others should know. Aldi discounting the fish because it had worms in it is unbelievable and deplorable.
