I am an Instacart shopper and while I was shopping a batc/ order in the ****************, ****, Aldi's location, I encountered a store manager ( Whose name I did not get but I can describe him easily because he looked like a disheveled ***, missing a tooth and talked like he had a 5th grade education. He was totally rude and a jerk. I simply tried to ask this guy a question and he was so enraged about me stepping into his stock room to simply ask him to please push some products forward in the dairy case but, I never even got to ask it because All the guy could do was b**** about me stepping into his back room even though I apologized he still wouldn't let me ask the question and he was just a jerk and then when I told him he was a jerky told me I had to leave the store because of my attitude really this is what kind of people they employ that cost me money and I'm not gonna take this lightly. He was totally rude, way outside of the lines of his duties and was just purely, unethical and unacceptable behavior on his behalf. He even followed me out to my car and took a picture of my plate simply because I told him that I would be back and that I was gonna make sure that management management was aware of this and I also told them you come back outside here again and I'm gonna have a big problem with you and that is not a threat but you consider that threat whatever this guy is a jerk has no business being a store manager and even in public service.Business Response

There are very disturbing pieces in the bag. It happened over 20 times, the disturbing pieces. This was new. I am a pretzel fan. I have to ask for my money back because it happens too much. this is a blight of mass product. I bought pretzel rods and the box was short three servings, but the pieces looked great so I put up with it. I made a mistake. This time, I would like my money back.Business Response

Within the past year, I purchased two of *********** Awesome Pans. I do not know the exact dates of purchase (they were bought on separate dates, very close together). I was intrigued as the pan was getting rave reviews online for being very similar to a much more expensive pan that is very popular. So my husband and I purchased one and upon using it we loved it, so much so that we went back to Aldi to see if we could find another one (we did and we bought it). However, after only a few months of use, the pan seems to have lost all of its nonstick capability. The main reason we bought the pan was for cooking eggs and that's pretty much impossible now. It doesn't matter how much butter/oil we use or what we cook in it... everything sticks. We always gently hand wash our pans - we have not misused it. We have since moved on to our second pan and again it started off great, but we are already noticing the dissipation of the nonstick. Both be considered trash in short order - what a waste. I reached out to Aldi customer service via e-mail and was told to refer to their ******************** section on their website to contact the manufacturer. I did that, twice via e-mail (on 5/1 and 5/22), and have not received any response. I have since also contacted Aldi again by phone and stated that if this company was not going to stand behind their faulty pans, then I expected Aldi to do so. First I was told that I could take the pans back with the original packaging (who keeps that?) and the receipt (we don't have it as the purchases were months ago). After I objected, I was told that my complaint was being escalated to the district manager and that this representative was going to send a message to the pan manufacturer to try to compel them to reach out to me. If this was being taken seriously, I would have expected some sort of response by now. I want my money back ($63.58 in all) - store credit would be acceptable. I'm happy to give the pans back if Aldi would like them.Initial Complaint

I placed order 0154-8028-2014-7334 through the Aldi app. The person who shopped the order gave me someone else's order. I've contacted Aldi multiple times on their very primitive customer service page and emailed them as well with no response. Today, I went to Aldi at ***** with my mother. Who is ******************************************************************** twice ( within 40 minutes) that they were cleaning it. In a ver rude manner. I asked for the supervisor and she was even more rude, told me that it would be close until tomorrow and that many places have no restroom. I felt mistreated and my mother was in an urgency. This is my first time with such a bad experience in Aldi. I am a frequent customer, and I felt really bad about my mother. Hope those employees learn how to treat customers.Business Response

Aldi's consistently shows wrong advertising of frozen vegetable. In their flyers they consistently show, frozen veggies as 12oz bags. When you get these home, These veggies show only 10oz in a bag. This is blatant false advertising of several bags of these vegetables. I buy from Aldi's on a weekly basis I shop on Instacart. It may be their app for Aldis that is showing this false info.In several cases I needed to buy 2 bags of veggies to even get enough.Business Response

store #**. It was about the incorrect price on shrimp. Manager refused to do the price check then went to go check after I begged her then she said oh this is wrong. I stated this is the price its showing your policy is to honor she be came extremely rude, racist, and nasty. She said well I'm not going to I said where is the manager she said I'm the manager. I followed to the register she refused to honor price I asked her what was her name 5 times (please pull your footage) each time she said no I don't have to give you my name you can look at the receipt. I walked to another rep to ask her name he said its *******. She said complain on me all you want nothing is going to happen this isn't my 1st complaint and won't be my last. I have her on video saying this. What was more unprofessional I had to get rang up by ********,very nice but asked is everything okay what happened as I was explaining to him the manager ******* kept interrupting our conversation and she kept calling me crazy and stupid and kept saying you're doing all of this over some shrimp? This woman kept coming behind me and berating me till one of the customers asked her to just leave me alone and walk away. I stated that you won't be with this company after today she said my last day atvthis store is may 26th but I will still be with the company. Please pull your tapes. I told her that corporate will have them pulled she said so what they won't hear anything. She was sooo comfortable in disrespecting me and had a look of hate in her eyes that was extremely disturbing. It's most shocking that a manager behaved this way. I will never step foot in that location again because it seems that because it is in a predominantly African ******** and **************** I won't get the same respect and or quality of products and services as I would one in a more affluent area. I am rejecting this response because I still feel they took this very lightly. An apology is nothing for what I had to endure that day. I will never step foot in that location again. And I'm sure it's only going to get worst. When Publix makes a mistake on price they rectify the problem right then and there. I shouldn't have had to go through this from someone in management. To be quite honest I deserve to be compensated. So no I don't accept and apology that doesn't mean a thing. For her to behave that way so comfortably means they encouraged her behavior in management. I'm appalled.
