They are Terrible!! - We had used them in the past with a relatively fair price - We called them for a wench out at our parking lot and did not clarify the price not even thinking they were such shysters!!! - They blocked one of our trucks in until they received payment and sent over a bill for a 3 hour minimum of $1275.00 per hour and only did 1 hour of work to pull one truck out of a snow bank from snow that had blown in between the axles. I wish I had followed my gut and looked at their BBB rating and comments before calling them for repeat business. I hope everyone reads their complaints and does not use them and they go out of business! We called to inquire to see if there was a mistake on the billing and the person who answered the phone was quite rude and said they no longer reveal pricing over the phone - ****** learned - should have been a HUGE red flag that this is not a reliable business to work with!! They are worth no stars

This company is a total scam be aware if you decide to use them for towing or repair services. They will either not give you a price quote upfront or give you a fake price quote once they hook up to your equipment then they will increase the price and refuse to give your equipment back unless you pay the full invoice. Also they charge minimum 2hrs for diagnostic at an outrageous price of $550 than give you a crazy high quote if you decide not to get your equipment fixed with them they charge storage fee of $145 a day and an additional $500 equipment release charge. I had to pay $1741.00 to these scumbags just to get my truck back. If you call and complain they will straight up cuss your out tell you either pay the crazy bill or we will just keep your equipment. PLEASE, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WISH I HAD SPENT 5 MINS READING THE REAL REVIEWS AND NEVER CALLED THEM FOR SERVICES. BTW ALL THEIR 5 START REVIEWS ARE FAKE....

Stay away from this company!!! Unethical and Deceptive Business Practices. Our truck got stuck in a ditch and we asked how much it was for a tow truck to come and tow us out. It was agreed at $750 per hour once the truck was dispatched. Nothing else was mentioned by the dispatcher. Within 1.5 the tow truck was at the location. After 10 min the truck was out of the ditch After 20 min after that we got an Invoice for $6831.20. They took our keys and said we need to pay, or they ******** the truck and trailer and will get more charges. Charges: $892 fuel charge, 4x$750 for the tow truck, 4x$475 for traffic control (whatever that is), 2x$125 Cable wrap fee, 4X$195 extra man that was in the tow truck.

I am a used truck dealer located in **************** and had a customer broke down on the shoulder of I65 at the ************** ** Exit on 11/22/2023. I done an initial diagnosis of the Transmission problem and ended up calling them as they were supposedly the closest to **** told them what I was coming up with and asked if they had the expertise to be able to help. They led me to believe the did and that they had road service. I asked them to send someone that knew something about this transmission and they said they would send someone to assist! When the young man showed up he was driving a dump truck with fuel cans on the back and not a service truck. He had no way to even check the problem and didn't know a thing about the transmission!I asked what had taken him so long and he told me their shop was in *********, ** which was quit a ways from my location! I ended up having to pay a $717.00 invoice for absolutely no service!!I called my dealer at home which is over 150 miles from the breakdown and he guaranteed he would tow it back to their shop for no more than $1,200.00!Stay far away from Priority Wrecker Service!!

Lies, hidden/undisclosed fees and minimums are not what truckers need to deal with when needing assistance in the field. Their Service trucks are not all equipped for road service so theyll charge you by the hour while their tech goes across town to buy tools. They sent out a flatbed with a couple side boxes. Dispatcher said they would have compressor, impacts, wide variety of tools, etc. Theyll take your CC number to dispatch then require cash or cash apps when finished at hundreds more than quoted. Theyll pull their truck in front of yours to block you until payment clears with dispatch (as if youre gonna leave without paying them.) I did talk to a supervisor (that in turn spoke with mgr or owner) before paying and let them know what was going on with how their employees were communicating with customers but they refused to change anything and told me to go ahead and leave whatever reviews I needed to.

These people are total crooks. We received a ludicrous charge of $5660.20 (five thousand six hundred and sixty dollars) to move a tractor and trailer 20 miles. They included $1000 gate fee, $550 diagnostic fee, and $50 technology fee. Being in business for nearly 20 years myself, I'm not sure how these people can lay their head down at night and sleep. I'm astounded by their lack of morals or ethics. PLEASE - for your own sake - avoid these people like the plague!

My box truck fan belt broke along the 294 expressway south bound,by ************** to be precise. As desperate as I was I googled for a roadside mechanic and priority wreck service answered, they gave me an ETA of 40mins but it took them 2:00 hours to arrive. Two gentle showed up. One solely focused on my information while the other made me assist him to open the head of the truck. At a mere glance without touching, he said they can not fix it. They recommended I tow to my desire destination. They emailed me a bill of **** dollars if I opted to tow. Without tow they are charging me for service call of $684.00. Despite my plead for a deal they said l either pay the full amount or they will impound my 16 feet box truck. They pulled their truck in front of mine ready to seize my truck. I have to visit the nearest ATM machine to withdraw $400 and they charged the balance of $284 on my credit card. I managed to get the truck to my mechanic at quarter of what they were charging. With a little effort my mechanic fixed the problem by replacing a pulley and belt to fix the problem. He said those two could have fixed the problem if they wanted. He is ready to defend his claim anytime he is called upon. I wish I can get my money back or at least a fraction of it.

SCAMMERS ALERT! Do not use this company. I was quoted $185.00 to charge a battery. They charged $685.00. They also go by the name ******* towing out of *******. They would not take a credit card. Had to be ***** and held my driver hostage til they got the money. Did not get a paid receipt either. BIG TIME SCAMMERS!
