      To begin claim started 3/23/ 2025. Total loss sent 4/7/2025(legally). Actually sent 4/4/2025. Paperwork overnighted to them 4/7/2025. Account set up for direct deposit same day. On 4/10/2025 I called to see where the funds were. They back timed an email to confirm when they sent me information. The claims specialist was rude and never apologetic. They had everything for 48 hours and did nothing. The incompetence is outstanding their service nil. They consider texts a attempted call. I received a text that they would "reach out", I called back left a message then found an email with a duplicate email in the same batch. Words matter stupidity is rampant in State Farm in the claims department at least.

      I spoke with John who says he was fairly new to the company , he had great customer service very kind , efficient and for being new he knew exactly what to say and how to say it! Big help and will be recommending State Farm to my family

      State Farm customer changed lanes in an intersection and hit my car. Police ticketed the driver for illegal lane change and also having registration that was 2 years expired. The accident was verified on city intersection cameras and was marked appropriately in the police report. By some magical voodoo, the State Farm claims person marked us as responsible for the accident... despite the police report, tickets and video. They then refused to even talk to us anymore. STATE FARM IS TERRIBLE. We ended up just suing the state farm customer in small claims court and won.

      They are super useless. Heaven help you if you get in an accident they will take the other persons side and not help their customers. The rep I talked to claims they have more training than any Law enforcement agency and they are better than any LEO.

      I had a stone hit my windshield while driving. I was instructed to go to S******* which I did and had it replaced. S******* was great. Later I checked my account and they had it as an "at fault accident". I called my agent who sent me back to claims. After 5 different calls with State Farm representatives telling me they can's help me and giving me another department to call, I still could not get anyone to help me. I am not longer a customer and never will be again.

      State Farm is horrible, my truck is a 1988 Chevy Silverado someone was shooting and it was hit with a bullet. State Farm sent me to G***** to get it repaired. They said they don't fix anything over 20 yrs old. So I went to the place I had my truck painted they aren't in network now they are telling me to call around. I don't know where to begin. I pay too my for insurance for this to be going on. It's really frustrating when I thought I was covered State Farm is a horrible company to deal with...

      I requested a 2nd inspection hoping for a inspector with integrity but Paul just obviously
      came to pacify me. Turned in a claim for hail damage and sent obvious damage by reputable roofing co but claim was denied, even tho roofers were present doing the inspection to confirm their findings. This co only collects money but doesn't pay. Do not go with this co for your insurance

      I’ve had State Farm insurance (car and home) for about 15 years. My storage unit was robbed right before Christmas and can’t get any reimbursement because I didn’t have a photo inventory and receipts of the items that are missing. Honestly, I have never thought to take photos of my storage unit and I was honest and said it’s difficult to even remember what all was stored/missing. It’s nearly 4 mi the and they ask the same questions to info provided to my insurance agent.
      Honestly, I am super disappointed and would absolutely not recommend State Farm insurance.

      My wife and I had State Farm for over 36 years and learned that they changed our policy number to make it look like we only had them 11 months , we found out through the Grapevines ( another Source ) that they wronged us big time they raised our cost of Insurance premium a lot . And they tried saying the reason our cost went up of what we pay for insurance is because of no at fault accidents . They didn’t have to pay out a nickel of of pocket but reviewed us as high risk . So if your looking for Insurance you May want to think about an Insurance company who will stand behind you and treat you like a customer instead of a number like you are an employee of theirs

      There customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. They clearly read the same answer from a sheet of paper as every person I have talked to simply says the same line over and over regardless of what question you ask and they make you jump through way to many hoops just to tell you they won't cover anything even if it is in your plan. Do not get state farm they are a terrible business with 0 customer service.
