State Farm’s client rear-ended me in a car accident. After the accident, State Farm failed to cover my $205 medical expenses at an urgent care facility. Additionally, they
presented me with a document requesting that I waive any future rights to pursue legal action
against them or their client. I chose not to sign this document, and as a result, my medical expenses were never reimbursed. Furthermore, State Farm deemed my vehicle a total loss and offered to purchase the car from me, however they are trying to subtract $2000 for the salvage. I only pay the salvage if I am trying to retrieve my vehicle. They refuse to remove the salvage value and they refuse to answer my calls. Their client rear ended me but it seems they want me to pay for the accident. My advice to anyone is get a lawyer don’t deal with state farm on your own.

Claims department is terrible. Highly under value vehicles. They changed their story from phone conversation to phone conversation. I felt like they were out to cover their own a** and help the collision center come up with more cost than were needed as opposed to taking care of their customers. My family has been loyal customers for 10 years with auto and home insurance and they are going to loose us as customers. Terrible terrible service.

A worthless insurance company. Turned down a roof claim that was substantiates by three roofing companies. Horrible customer service. After 20 years with them they also were useless and no help
During a tornado claim. I dropped ALL my Stare Farm insurance and DO NOT recommend them.

Horrible company! Almost 20 years with them and they will drop you once you file 2 claims within a 2 year span. That is having to fight with them to even want to pay out the amount that needs to be done for a repair. If you happen to get wendy s**** as your claims adjuster then I feel sorry for you. She is a condescending hateful woman that will harass you and the contractor you hire with constant emails and phone calls and then block you when you decide to tell her what kind of person she is. I honestly believe she enjoys denying claims. They did eventually pay out but it didnt get our roof back to where it needed to be because they refused to listen to how it needed to be fixed the correct way. Wendy acted as if she was a roofer and understood how to fix a roof repair. They will take your money for years and then send you a nasty email saying that it is unacceptable how many claims you filed. I find it unacceptable that they are greedy. I cant help that mother nature decided to let our neighbors tree fall on our roof. Don't even get me started on our local agent that did absolutely nothing for us and you could never get him to call you back after leaving messages. They actually did us a favor though because we now have another insurance company that is cheaper and BETTER.

Fraudulent company with good advertising. State Farm would not cover our car rental after an accident. They claimed they would cover a "like vehicle" but didn't cover the rental of an SUV. We didn't know this until we turned in the rental at which time E********* said that was a very common occurrence with State Farm. The car was hit in a parking lot when we were at a highschool basketball game.

worst home owners insurance on the planet. you only have a one year liability clause when it comes to home owners and they push all the way. our home was damaged during a bad storm. they refused to pay to have a roof replaced and try to force use to use a inferior shingle that does not match in size or width or color to our home. spoke to a independent adjuster and absolutely state that we have grounds to sue but since they pushed the claim past the 1 year mark im unable to go after them with a lawyer. evil company.... were stuck with the bill and no roof. we pay thousands in premiums for auto and home every year.......... filed a complaint as well with the state bureau of insurance.

So last year I had a 2015 Kia optima I bought it with damage from a dealership and State farm just paid out the damages on the vehicle from a previous accident and now my rates are going up even though they got the photos from the person who owned the vehicle showing the damages previously
