      I initially contacted Adam Jurs State Farm Agency on 11/26/24 to ask about a premium increase. After a brief text exchange, they suggested a call on 12/5/24, which I declined, proposing 12/6/24 instead. They never responded, so I followed up on 12/5/24.
      On 12/9/24, after my review, Adam Jurs reached out and scheduled a call for 12/7/24. Quite quickly he accused me of including "incorrect information" in my review. He focused more on the review itself than on actual customer service, even mentioning that he’s "OCD" about reviews. He also said my review made a team member and disclosed her name. When I apologized, he responded "that's what happens when you post something on a public forum." which was unprofessional and inappropriate.
      When I asked about my premium increase during the call, he couldn’t provide an answer—despite having requested the call himself.
      I sent Adam a screenshot that documented the communication disconnect between the State Farm representative and asked him to review it however he ignored my evidence entirely. The day after the call Adam sent me a screenshot of his laptop as proof of his earlier claims but again ignored the screenshot I had provided.
      His text message to me—"What are you talking about? As I stated. WE responded. I can't take the fact you didn't receive a secured message from us" demonstrated an unwillingness to engage constructively.
      On 1/4/25, Adam directly threatened me with legal action. He also mocked my review as "feelings" while insisting he "stands by his character" making it clear that he sees no issue with his own disrespectful and unprofessional behavior towards his own customers.
      My review is based on direct quotes, screenshots, and documented interactions. His threats, behavior and mockery of his own customers further reinforce my concerns about his priorities and approach to customer relations. This behavior is unprofessional, disappointing and concerning coming from a "trusted" insurance provider.

      The most worthless, cheating, lying and disgraceful insurance company i have ever dealt with. They take your money for twenty years, and when you need them most, the screw you over.

      My family has been with State Farm for over 50 years and the way they have treated my mom here lately not paying hardly anything on a flood claim.Then send a contractor in that tried to over charge on everything he does

      I am extremely disappointed with State Farm and their handling of my recent
      claim. After a severe snowstorm, the weight of ice and snow caused my deck and
      stairs to collapse. When I filed a claim, I expected my homeowner’s insurance to
      cover the damages, as this was a direct result of the extreme weather. However,
      instead of providing the coverage I have been paying for, they unfairly denied
      my claim, citing "wear and tear" as the reason.
      This explanation makes no sense, as my deck was in good condition before the
      storm. The damage was clearly caused by the excessive weight of snow and ice,
      yet they refused to acknowledge it as an "accidental direct physical loss." It
      seems like they will look for any excuse to avoid paying out claims, even when
      the damage is obvious and should be covered.
      On top of that, the communication throughout this process has been frustrating.
      I had to wait for responses, and when I did get them, they were vague and
      dismissive. Instead of helping policyholders when they need support the most,
      State Farm finds loopholes to deny valid claims.
      I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere for their
      insurance needs. What’s the point of paying for homeowners insurance if they
      refuse to cover damages when you actually need them? Avoid State Farm unless you
      want to pay premiums for false peace of mind.

      Claims adjuster Drew from State Farm initially approved my repairs but later stopped the work, citing prior damages from 2020. However, the repairs were already completed at that time. I purchased the car in 2022 and provided him with pictures from the time of purchase, showing no damage. I have no knowledge of what happened between 2020 and 2022, nor should I, as I wasn’t the owner.
      Despite this, he questioned how the damage occurred—introducing a new concern for the first time. He continuously moved the goalpost and ultimately denied full payment, leaving me with a $4,500 out-of-pocket expense. This is nothing short of a scam. Every time I provided proof, they found another excuse. Once the repair was approved and completed, that should have been the end of it, but instead, he resorted to baseless speculation
      I have reached out to some “bad faith” lawyers, so we’ll see what happens!

      Terrible customer service. Can't get anyone to respond to phone calls or emails due to an accident that happened 3 months ago. But they continue to take my money!

      Made a payment and still days later not in system says still processing but my bank already cleared it. I'm still waiting for my address to be the right address they keep not fixing it to they are rude and say they'll do one thing and don't.I called and recorded the calls with their names and told them that and asked for corporate number to report this to their corporate and now I can't get through it forwards me to them go figure.

      State Farm denied the claim after:
      Storm winds lifted shingles up off my home , allowing rain damage.
      They are claiming poor installation and poor quality shingles.
      Claiming they did not "Stick" down due to the seal on the back not adhering.
      The roof lasted 16 years of their 30 year rating,,,, until a STORM WINDS , lifted .
      USELESS !!!!!
      20K to replace the roof, on a 2000Sq Ft Single Story, Brick House. REDICULUS !!
      It will cost me less than 20K to """""REPLACE STATE FARM"""" for my home, business, and cars!!!
      YOU Won the BATTLE State Farm, but you lost the WAR !!

      Really ***! A semi tire from the other lane smashed my truck. There has been no investigation into how and why this happened. Corporate greed! Only poor people are supposed to pay for insurance. Monetization for the better of corporations and CEO's.

      Judy was State Farm lied. Lied and is canceling my insurance. Have proof through text messages that all repairs were done I turned in a claim and within 2 days of turning the incline. They sent a letter canceling me now. Dylan will State Farm. They have waited 3 weeks to send an adjuster and tell me. I need to pay the 20 to $30000. Appointment for repairs on my roof and they will remember me.
      Caught them in multiple lives. And the adjuster that's supposed to becoming. I've documented it all. And I'm seeking legal consultation about this off.
