      The therapists are helpful. Some more experienced and it shows. I was satisfied with the treatment. However, I received a statement showing I owe money. I needed to make sure they billed my 2ndary insurance first. I spent over an hour speaking to someone who is not a native English speaker, only to have her not know much of anything, be hard to understand and lie to me. Third try I finally got my request honored and talked with a supervisor. He spoke my language and we were able to get off the phone quickly. But still no resolution. They could not give or send any proof they had billed my secondary. Very dissatisfied. I will find a different PT in my area.

      I haven't been a patient of ATI since November 2022. I never received a bill and assumed it was covered under my insurance as ATI assured me it would be. Yesterday I received a somewhat vague text message that at first impression looked like spam. Had it not have list ATI I would have honestly ignored it. I went to my local ATI and asked them to look into my account, for whatever reason they weren't able to and said my account was closed. Luckily I called the costumer service line for ATI, because I was told I owed a substantial amount and was sent to a debt collector. I was also told ATI could not provide me with my bills or statements because my account was closed and only the debt collection agency could assist me. At the beginning of the call with ATI I was asked to verify my address, which I did, and not once was I told I had given the wrong address, but come to find out ATI had my address listed wrong and all 10 of my bills were sent to someone else. Not once was I called or contacted by another means (phone, text, email) by ATI before being sent to a debt collector. This is extremely poor costumer service and frankly business. ATI should be ashamed and they need to come up with a better protocol for obtaining patient information and verifying that it is correct. My address was entered in wrong, never verified and never corrected until over a year later. I was then expected to pay my bill without as much as a statement or copy of my bill. As someone who works in healthcare, ATI can guarantee I will not be referring anyone to their company and will be sharing my experience. The amount of money I am expected to pay for a shared PT appointment is also mind blowing. Multiple patients to one therapist, feeling rushed and unimportant - is that the patient experience ATI is selling?

      I had a bad experience today. I took my son to his appointment and turned away due to insurance issues. The therapist said that they keep getting denied. I was sent a letter of approval for 12 total visits. I called the insurance company and they stated that they need further documentation as to how therapy is benefiting my son to be approved. *****, at the ******** location, very poorly communicated it and stated I was sent a letter. I did not receive a letter nor any phone call letting me know about this. This seems to be pretty common from what I've researched. Furthermore, he just shrugged his shoulders when I asked him who will need to fix it and he stated a therapist. Well, he is a therapist! I had to call and speak with ATI billing and open up an entire investigation when all the therapist needs to do is document correctly for the insurance company. This company just needs to do better with communication and follow through. This is not something I can even do on my end and clearly an issue on theirs, however they treated it as if it was mine.

      I was overall satisfied with my physical therapy at ATI. The staff is young but knowledgeable, and attentive. The office itself is modern, located in ************************* with new equipment, and a very inviting ambience. I came out in a better shape that I came in, and that was the ultimate goal. I have to admit that previously I was skeptical of physical therapy but now I am a huge proponent of it. If your insurance company covers the costs for physical therapy, take advantage of it, it will be totally worth it.

      This is a review for the ATI Physical Therapy at ********************************************************. 35007.I was sent to ATI Physical Therapy by my dentist. I had fallen and hit my face and jaw on the concrete. I was in pain every time I tried to open my jaw. After the dentist took a pan-x ray, he could see that I had jammed up my jaw. He recommended ***********************. As soon as ** felt my jaw, he knew my jaw muscle was jammed into my jaw and tight. He did acupuncture on my jaw, and within minutes of it, my jaw was feeling better. He then put a moist heat compress on my jaw. When he was finished, I was able to open my jaw without pain. He scheduled an appointment for the next week as a follow up. When I arrived the next week, the pain in my jaw was gone, but there was a pain in the muscle in my ear, where the jaw muscle extends from. ** felt it, found it to be tight also. He did acupuncture to my ear and the muscle surrounding my ear, and then applied the moist compress to jaw and ear. When I was ready to leave, my jaw no longer hurt, and neither did my ear. *********************** does GREAT work.

      I have been visiting ATI for many years as have my minor children and spouse. Today I received notice from a bill collection agency of $625.00. Not once did I receive a paper bill from ATI, phone call, e-mail etc. notifying me of a balance. The process of speaking to a third party bill collection company from a call center overseas was beyond infuriating and time consuming. As much as I love the PT who I see with this company, we will never ever go back. I am appalled and also appalled by how much they are billing insurance for services.

      I went to this location in 2022. Today (****), I discovered that I had an outstanding bill that was already submitted to their internal collections department. Never once did I receive any bills, telephone calls, or emails about an outstanding balance. For someone who has not moved nor changed any personal contact information, there is no excuse for not being notified. By ATI failing to notify me on an outstanding balance and sending the account to collections is bad business practice and I will never recommend anyone to go to ATI moving forward due to this experience.

      I returned to ATI for my back as ordered by my Neurosurgeon. At first I was taken aback, as I would have a question or concern and got no answer from any employee. At one point feeling totally ignored I was ready to walk out during the middle if my appt. This happened several times til I started to get my shoes on to leave. After that they knew I was upset and was more attentive to this returning patient. I do want to thank them for having to adjust my appts due to my health as I was adjusting to a new health concern and medication. Winter weather concerns were also a problem for appts. The icing on the cake came when it seemed all the employees knew something that I didn't. When I called in to schedule appts for the next week, I was told that I was at the end of my sessions. I had no idea of this which angered me as they didn't let me know so that my dr or I could deal with my ins. Company in a timely manner. Another complaint I have is that after passing out at home and spending all day in the *** I called to cancel my appt for that day and explain what had happened in the *** As the PTs were busy, I asked that they call back. I have been waiting for 10 days for that call. So I am feeling ignored and wondering if I should go to another PT company after my back surgery. I haven't decided yet and probably won't til after the surgery which hasn't been scheduled yet. I will keep an open mind til then but may start checking around. A couple of improvements that I have noticed that I am ******** to do is go up and down 3 steps with little to no help and when I passed out I was almost able to get up off the floor without help. Both of which I was unable to do before coming to PT. So PT did some good, and I am grateful. However, keeping secrets from me abt upcoming sessions or lack there of in a timely manner is NOT right. Nor is ignoring a patient who has questions or concerns.

      I received physical Therapy from this company between January 2022 and March 2022, and am still trying to get the money they owe me because they kept charging my card when I told them I had already met my deductible. This has been going on for well over a year. All you get is the run around when trying to contact their business office. They never return phone calls and they never respond to emails. I have also filed a complaint against their company with the Attorney General for the *****************. If I could give them less than a 1 star rating I would.
