Love this place! This is my 8th visit and I always ask the referring doctor to send me to ATI physical therapy, Therapist are over the top! Always greet me when I come in and I believe they truly have my best interest at heart ?? gotta say my therapist ****** is awesome ?? he makes me work to reach my goal sometimes I don't feel like doing certain routines but we start laughing ?? and next thing I know I'm done! Wanna say kudos to ******, *****, *****, ********, they are a great team!ATI Physical Therapy

If there's a way I could give zero stars, I would. I have been dealing with a billing issue with this company for over 3 months now and finally relented today and paid a 'discount' on the exorbitant bill I received. I just got tired of them saying they'll work with me while not doing a thing about my situation. This is more a warning to future users of ATI Physical Therapy and ******************** FIRST CONFIRM with ATI - DO NOT ASSUME - that an insured person will pay less than a 'self-pay' patient. I made that mistake and was billed 205% more than the self-pay rate! And once, the insurance 'pays' (which really isn't paying; they're offered a discount) their part, the patient is then stuck with the balance. In my case, the balance was 51% over what an uninsured person would have paid! I don't understand how an insured person pays a ***** more than an uninsured person, let alone 51% over. The whole point of insurance is to provide people with affordable/predictable bills over time; not be stuck big lump-sum payments. I don't know if Ambetter, my insurance company, was in cahoots with ATI in swindling their patients/customers. All I do know is this is wrong and defeats the purpose of having insurance! I am extremely upset over this and will use any means to bring attention to this fraud. I'll also post this review for Ambetter as they're the ones that supposedly "negotiated" this rate on my behalf. What a scam!ATI Physical Therapy

****** is wonderful!! I broke my shoulder in 3 places and required pins and rods. It was horrible. I went to ATI in *********** and met ******. He took me through rigorous and grueling therapy and helped me get the use of my arm back. He answered my constant questions with grace. I feel so blessed to have ****** as my Physical Therapist ??*******************ATI Physical Therapy

*** has been sending the bills to the incorrect address since June. Its the exact address but our address is Place and they are sending it to Street. The other owners made us aware that they were receiving *** mail I contacted the *** office and i was told address was updated and we would be receiving a new updated statement. It has been exhausting and very time consuming every time to call the Patient advocates, they state the issue has been resolved but we never received a statement. Now I was just told by the other people last week they are still receiving *** mail and gave me a sept statement. I contacted the *** office where my son received Therapy for assistance due to problem not being solved by contacting the Billing and patient advocate ********* my surprise the New patient advocate kept insisting everything was correct and I requested a current statement with the correct address after she said it was a mail issue and my complaint should be with the post office (But *** has the incorrect address on the statement). She stated we should be getting a statement with the correct address last week after she discovered the reason of the problem on their end. But Today A new Patient Advocate contacted me to tell us the account has been forwarded to collections after the the last statement that was sent out to the wrong address on 10-6-2023 and sent to collections on 10-20-2023 and therefore a statement will not be mailed. How is a patient account being sent to Collection if we were never billed officially. *** admitted to making the mistake of not updating the Guarantor address from Street to Place. I find that this action very unfair and also a Violation of our HIPPAA for sending multiple statements to incorrect address. Patient Advocate refused to transfer me to a Supervisor, I stated we would be filing a Complaint and she said that's fine they will deal with the complaint when they get it and for us to deal with the collections company now. I went to PT in ****, ** from 2/14/22 - 4/14/22 - 13 or 14 visits. Today (11/13/23) I received a call from a debt collector that I had an unpaid balance. This was news to me as I had never received a bill. Apparently, I had ~$195 balance. When I contacted them they said they mailed me 17 bills. I never received a single bill. Next time, how about you try to reach out to a patient by a second method (e.g. phone call) before sending the bill to debt collection. I am appalled that I had to deal with a debt collector today as I do not have any debts and I have never had outstanding, unpaid balances that I have not paid for or have set up payment for. With this negative experience I will never, ever, ever get physical therapy done in an ATI establishment again in my life and if anybody asks me for a recommendation for physical therapy I will not recommend ATI.ATI Physical Therapy

I started my physical therapy at the Four Points location in Oct. 2023. At the initial consultation, I was told the appointments would last one hour each time. I scheduled my next 10 visits and was totally impressed with my therapist *****************************. She knew what she was doing and I could see results. However, when I went in for my 3 visit, I was handed over to ***** without prior notice or any communication. I was not given the option to cancel or reschedule the appointment but was told that the central scheduling team had messed up and I had to see ***** for the hour. ***** asked me to do a few exercises but my main satisfaction and reasons to go to physical therapy was to locate the muscle that was tensed up and loosen it with pressure. After 30 minutes of exercising; he had nothing planned for me. He concluded my session 20 minutes before it was to end. I was very unhappy with the quality of the service, lack of communication before my appointment and taking away my freedom to cancel or change the appointment. I called the next day and complained to their scheduling department who connected me to *********. She apologized and promised that she would be the one going forward who would treat me. Since I am on self pay, I asked to be credited for the session which was not only subpar but was also concluded with 20 plus minutes to spare. The clinic's director ***** decided not to acknowledge their initial promise and honor their commitment. My time off from work, drive time and the substandard treatment provided will not make me go back nor will I recommend them.ATI Physical Therapy

Appointments were the same routine of easy basic exercises requiring almost no employee involvement. When 1st bill arrived, sticker shock occurred. Even with insurance company paying 60%., each visit was costing over $131.00. Front desk had cell phone bar code reader for instant 5 star review entry. I paid off entire balance almost 2 months after last visit, only to receive another bill. After being sent around the horn for a week, I straightened out the billing matter, only to receive the bill again next month. After going around the horn again with them, they refused to settle the matter. My choice was to pay for visits that I did not attend, or take them to court. I never want to see another ATI bill in the mail again.ATI Physical Therapy

I went in and found that the therapist are very knowledgeable and very helpful at the location that I went to. (**** ). I did six weeks and came out a lot better a lot stronger THANK YOU ATIATI Physical Therapy
