      this is the worst place to go to. they don't do anything for you make you do the same 30 mins stretch every time you are their. I stop going since 10/2022 and from 05/2023 still getting bill for $50. called multiple times and was told not to worry but still every month i get the same bill. Now that I paid my bill this morning i got another email for the bill again. they are one of the most useless place. I hope the business goes BK.

      Beware of ATI! They show you some exercises on your first visit but pay little attention on repeat visits - patients go through the motions on their own while the therapists and aides (its hard to tell whos who) hang out at a desk chatting, watching tv and eating. You feel as if you're interrupting if you ask them what you should do next so just memorize the exercises so that you can get through them and leave. In fact just do them at home and don't bother going back.

      I have an ATI physical Therapy office located 5 minutes from my house, and I choose to drive 30 minutes to a different ATI physical Therapy office, because of how good I believe 1 of their therapists is, who've I've worked with before in the ******************* who was transferred to their *************** location. This particular therapist "****" had worked on my arm... 1 week after completing my Therapy, I was viciously attacked by a dog and had to physically fight the dog to get back to safety and if it wasn't for **** strengthening my arm I wouldn't be here writing this review... I'd recommend ATI physical Therapy to anybody who needs it

      ********* thank you for your persistent effort and getting me scheduled for the therapy and I so badly need. You deserve a good review as you did before as well because you are an outstanding person that is very patient and professional and you make it a delight to be on the phone, even if I have to be on hold for a second, because you're always so polite and welcoming, your words were uplifting. Keep up the good work. Thank you. ****

      Beware if they tell you that you will have no out of pocket **st and that your insurance will **ver everything, We were told that on two occasions by two different staff members before my wife started treatment. Then the bills started **ming. Check with your insurance **mpany for any possible ** pays first. It appears to me that either through ignorance or deliberately they will say anything to get you to use their service.

      ATI said I would only have a copayment of $15 a visit. After they sent me a bill for almost $800. I asked them to explain why, they stated b/c they wouldn't know how my insurance processes payments? BS. I set up automatic payments, though I have never received receipts. I kept mine from my bank. Today I got a letter stating my balance went to collections? The last statement I received through email was 21 July 2023. This statement showed the same information as the previous ones. The only account activity shown on the statement was from November and December of 2022, no updated Account Activity since then. The Supervisor confirmed that my email was not in the financial department and they had not sent me receipts. He stated the financial department was separate from the department sending statements. He also noted the account activity on the statements were only from November and December 2022, but the Total Balance was going down on each one. I stated that I had my receipts from my personal bank but should have some documentation from them as well with activity on the account. I asked why I wasn't contacted about a payment being declined. Though I have sufficient funds to cover. He stated that it wasn't their responsibility, and I should have contacted them. If Im not receiving receipts or any form of communication and my payments are automatically withdrawn, how would I know to contact their financial department? The supervisor stated I should have seen the Total Balance not going down. At this point I moved on to ask how I can be put back on payments and update my email with the financial department. The supervisor stated that I could not and needed to pay the debt collector. He explained that the debt collector was an in house department and would not report the collection to the three major credit reporting agencies. I asked then why I couldnt make payments again since this was their mistake. He stated no and directed me to pay the debt collector again.

      I tried to reach out to the *** advocate team who is just ignorant and not willing to help at all.My doctor sent me for therapy for 2 sessions but when I got there I was told I needed 12 sessions for 6 weeks. without giving any information on how each session will be etc. Repeated the same thing I was told on day 1 which day 1 evaluation which was $300. Seriously.Now I am trying to talk to their team, but No one is able to help with the bill i received Now I visited the location at Belt Line **********. I am trying to reach out to someone who can explain to me how a $120 self-pay session ends up 400-500.I would really appreciate if I could get any assistance on my case ID # *************** Anyone who is planning to take therapy. Please clear every thing before you take just even 1 session or rather just ******* it

      ATI billing is horrendous. They bill some sessions in-network and some out-of-network. Ive gone to them three different times. Each time I ask if they are contracted with BCBS of AZ. I learned yesterday that these clowns utilizes traveling physical therapist who are not contracted with your insurance but FAIL to tell patients this. I did my homework prior to going but *********************** who is on a 3 month assignment there doesnt have to tell you they dont take your insurance. How would anyone know this? Isnt there a law in ******* about upfront billing practices? This is misleading and deceptive to patients. It is clear ATI doesnt utilize our feedback for improving their faulty billing practices. Your billing team members do not do their due diligence in reviewing patient accounts. ATI IS NOT HONEST and has NO integrity or standards. Nobody answers their 855myatipt number.

      ATI physical therapy put me on an automatic payment plan for copays, then forgot to charge me for 6 random visits. They sent me redundant bills for visits I had already paid for, and then sent me to a debt collector. I sent proof of payment for those visits and they responded with another list of random visits. Then they wouldnt pick up the phone when i tried to call them multiple times. In addition, the front desk at the office couldnt tell me what I owed and told me to call their corporate office which never picked up the phone. I will never be using them again.

      I was told my insurance was good, had ok therapy, staff was nice but preferred talking to each other, and 6 weeks after therapy I get a bill for over *******. What the heck. Now I have been calling for 2 weeks and no one can seem to get it together. I have good insurance and know they will pay, how difficult can it be. Just charge my insurance for goodness sake. Why doesn't billing know what to do. Sent the bill to my insurance!!! They say we will call you back, that's a joke never had they called back. My insurance says they haven't received a bill. What is this companies problem. What a mistake giving them a try, just a huge headache.
