      In the month of March, I made several purchases of around 50 purchases at Ulta and had some problems, damaged products where I sent photos, 1 box that arrived open with missing products, 1 box that did not arrive and promised discounts that were applied but only a few purchases I received the chargebacks. I called more than 500 times and almost 100 emails and nothing was resolved. As I called so much, both of my phone numbers were blocked for calling customer service. The only thing they say is sorry, we are checking, it has to wait and we don't have a deadline. I'm begging for a call but they ignore it. I was affected financially and emotionally. I'm totally frustrated with several boxes in my living room and I can't use any product until everything is resolved. I have never seen a company with such terrible customer service. It really makes me cry because of so much stress I have been going through with this company. Really hoping ulta company contacts me by phone so we can resolve this. I have never used social media to voice a complaint and this makes me very sad because this is the only way to find a way to resolve the problems I am unfortunately having.

      I have purchased from Ulta for over fifteen years. I place my orders online using credit cards saved in my Ulta account.. This morning when I tried to sign-in on the website, my account could not be found. I tried to sign-in using three different browsers, as well as the Ulta app. My account could not be located. I called Ulta's customer service FOUR separate times trying to resolve this matter. The first rep was able to find my account using a phone number I had ten years ago. Once I was able to get into my account, I noticed that I had missing points and one of my credit cards was missing from the payment screen. She put me on hold to look into the matter, and the call disconnected. The second representative could not find my account in the system at all. After going back and forth, he was able to pull up my account using the account membership number that I was able to locate. I explained to him the situation in detail. He put me on hold to look into the matter - and the call disconnected. The third rep was able to locate my account, confirm my current phone number and promised to call me using the correct phone number should the call disconnect. I explained to her what the issue was. She placed me on hold to check my info and disconnected the call. No call back.The fourth representative was able to open my account and preceded to tell me that I was primarily at fault for the missing account information. Additionally, since I did not have my order #s from earlier this year, they could not address my missing points. (BTW, I always accessed my older order #'s from my online account.) I asked to have my complaint escalated, she put me on hold and...disconnected. Frustrated, I used chat to contact a *********** explaining the matter in detail (again), I asked to have my issue escalated to a supervisor. The rep refused because I did not have my order #s for the missing orders. Terrible customer service and no resolution. ZERO stars

      I made a purchase on Mothers Day thinking I was getting a sale on selected items but one item was out of stock and (item wasnt on sale) tell me how they trying to say that with the perfume that is $48 dollars that my order amount is still the same price. I feel robbed. **************** gaslighting me telling me I didnt get that my $92 dollar perfume with 20% is still 92 its crazy

      Encouraged me to apply for credit card to save 20% on purchases that day and encouraged me to spend more saying I would save 20% because I said I should be approved with a credit score over 850. Surprise! I received a letter stating my credit had been rejected, despite the letter indicated credit score over 870!I lost $ assuming Ulta would honor my proven credit record. Scam. I will no longer shop at Ulta.

      Sales associate signed me up for a rewards account after I explicitly said I did not want this. This happened after I walked up to the register, provided my phone number, and the young woman behind the counter whispered over to her co-worker "she doesn't have an account" as if this were some confusing taboo she was unequipped to handle. For reference, this was at the ******, IL location at ******************************* Will not be purchasing anything from Ulta again, as they are incapable of taking my money without having my personal information associated with it.

      This has been the worst experience ever discriminated against by a manager name *********************** . I approached him for assistance I had a bottle of perfume in my hand he announced on the intercom in the store I have a black girl with a bottle of *************** perfume in her hand! It was embarrassing and hurtful he couldn't justify what he said or done ! I asked why he said I look like someone who comes in every week and steal! I'll never shop there again .       Received an email with a FREE birthday gift to choose from. Ordered on line and it would not take the code provided, had to call customer service. Could get the item, but shipping was $6.95, no thanks. Went to a store, and as ALWAYS they are out and do not offer a rain check. They did suggest I drive 20 miles to a store that had it. No thanks. This happens EVERY year, just don't offer the FREE gift. Would have given NO stars, so done with Ulta

      Was talked into opening a CC for a discount. The first month's bill did not arrive. The resultant CC did not arrive. Second month's bill did arrive with a nice additional fee but did not have an account number on the bill (lots of asterisks to obscure the number). As such I was unable to pay. I called them to pay. Had lots of conversations about my card and where it was and a request to waive the fees. They waived the initial ($15) fee (but not the interest) and I paid the rest. Got another bill the next month with more late fees saying they received my payment after the next deadline. Entered more discussions on the fee structure and to make a long story short, ended up paying over $300 for a $225 original purchase and a ridiculous amount of phone interactions with managers that had no power.This business is about as close to a scam as you can possibly get. Recommend nobody ever do business with these people. They are out and out predatory.

      Please do not let them force you to give out your phone number. Whenever I had tried to get help via customer service, they refuse to help until I give them my phone number. I was told they use it for identity verification! Which is very unsafe, as anyone can get someone's phone number. If they truly wanted a safe form of id verification, they could use the id number on the back of an Ulta Rewards member's card or the password used to access website. I am on the Do Not Call Registry and am concerned that IF I do give them my phone number, that will constitute consent to receive all kinds of solicitation calls. I strongly suspect they are harvesting phone numbers and selling them. Why else would that be their only means of identity verification? There are so many other, more effective ways to verify identification. I am already getting numerous solicitation phone calls per day from businesses who don't care if I am on the Do Not Call Registry. I don't want any more! I am boycotting Ulta until they change this ridiculous policy and I hope others will also. Use Target, Sephora, drugstores, ******** etc. The price of women having to give out their phone numbers to a corporation is too high a price to pay. I've thought about giving them a made up number, but suspect they will text a code as another layer of "identity verification".
